Oh no . . . well, we all have our stories. Sometime I wonder how I was able to put some of these experiences behind me. .
It happened like 3 yrs ago-- And I just got comfortable with myself narrating the story to people (or my freinds making fun of me with it) several months ago.

Mine was in High-School (SS3). Who's wasn't?  cheesy

It was during our Founder's day. Founder's day was a really really really big deal in my school then. Big deal asin, Kings and governor(s) were present. March Past was one of the main events of the day.

I was in front of my team's flag, (meaning, I had to call out the orders. "Left, Right, Left, Kick, stomp, front, back, Left, Right, Left" ).   grin

My team was about getting to the front of the judges, When my skirt suddenly popped (the zipper broke---the zipper is at the back of the skirt). My skirt was tight as 4uck, so yh, everything was showing.  lipsrsealed Though our shirts were tucked in, mine wasn't long enough to cover anything.  I wanted to freeze. I had to keep shouting orders. It was super awkward. It was obvious there was something wrong with me, coz my voice started shaking and breaking. LMAO.

The rest of the story is just unarratable. grin I cried o. Chei. Till this day, I thank God I wasn't wearing a thong----buhahahah.  lipsrsealed

No, I'm not following you around.

When I asked my question, I wasn't referring to you in particular.

If a girl asks a guy out on a first date, who do you think ought to pay?

@ Uncle Violent:

Gradually, gradually, we're arriving on the same page. God is good.

I still stand by earlier point; 'Farthest' is more appropriate in the OP's context.

There's a distinction between Further and Farther, and that is 'Physical'. They can't always be used interchangeably.

Below is what Oxford says about the subject matter.  I think you are the one caught up in your own little knowledge world. It's the 21st century darling, we're sweating our arses off trying to improve current global literacy rates, coming up with arguments based on what you "think" is right without reference and hoping people could simply "learn and get with the program" is only going to make our efforts drag!
more at; http://oxforddictionaries.com/definition/further
Nicely done. You just made my "job" easier. I'm gonna use your Oxford write-up as a refrence too.

Further is a much commoner word, though , and is in addition used in various abstract and metaphorical contexts, for example referring to time, in which farther is unusual, e.g.without further delay; ; have you anything further to say?; ; we intend to stay a further two weeks. The same distinction is made between farthest and furthest: the farthest point from the sun; versus this first team has gone furthest in its analysis.

Quick Rhetorical Quiz for you: "Further explanation" or "Farther explanation" , which is 'correct'?

Btw, if there isn't much difference as you said, shouldn't Oxford have written just that? Why the long story?

People in the UK are more open minded, US tend to know only about. . . US basically.
justwise:
That is true and Americans travel less, Africans know more about America and the UK than those countries know about themselves cos we learn alot about foreign history in school and visit those countries than they do visit Africa.
Uncle Wise, are you among of my mind? lol. Chei! You spoke my mind. Americans (generally speaking) are very funny peoples.

@ OP: So you're trying to choose between your Sweerat and studying abroad/Meeting diff. people---?. Well, the choice is yours. Draw your scale of prefrence and choose which is more important to you.

I don't know why folks think they can use the word "Gay" at every opportunity they get.

Again, it's a fashion trend. It's suits some people, it doesn't suit others. Simples. Damns.

Both are actually used interchangeably.  There are no laid down rules on which is more appropriate!
The farther you walk, the further you get
The further you walk, the farther you get
English shouldn't have to be a pain in the bum!
Go on soun. People are so caught up in their own little knowledge world, that they find it hard to learn and get with the program. It's the 21st century darling. The two words are quite different. Not everyone knows this, because it's one of those common grammatical mistakes. Again, in the OP's context, Farthest is more appropriate.

Why did you to go to the extent of impregnating her when you don't love her? Let me guess- free lipsrsealed
If the guy won pikin (if the tin no be mistake), you tink say den go remove the belle?

The pregnancy is most likely a mistake on the parts of both of them.

@ OP: Since today is Sunday, I go preach to you small.

One advice I go give you be say, as you won break up with her, use your sense in the process. The tin may vex her sotey she go con vex and break bottle on ya head. undecided So therefore, break-up with her in an open space, where people go see you well well, and where you can run away if things want to get ugly.
