HealthAnxiety And High Blood Pressure by babeface3(op): 10:07am On Nov 05, 2015
He has severally recorded high on his BP even after severe medication. He also battles anxiety. he even developed phobia for the apparatus- sighting it keeps hi on edge grin. He bought electronic checker and recorded normal after a calm down. But the doctor keeps insisting that the BP has nothing to do with the anxiety.

Whats the way out of this? should he continue the BP drugs or treat anxiety first?
PoliticsRe: TY Danjuma: 'Boko Haram’s Intelligence Is 100% Better Than That Of Our Military' by babeface3: 4:15pm On Nov 04, 2015
I continue to laugh in pidgin grin what of the media hype my colleagues in humanitarian work have called military propaganda- 3 months ultimatum, military doing this and that and killing this and that, new service chiefs, who showed their military might by inviting the media to withness their hundred press ups, displaying military hardware in the internet and so on.

And each time they did the, boko haram would reply by hitting 80 persons.

What is happening lately? did they suddenly realise that they are endengering civilians by those so called propaganda?

Ignorance in high places grin grin

Nairaland GeneralRe: Nigerians And Kenyans Attack One Another On Twitter (hilarious!) by babeface3: 9:07am On Oct 30, 2015
My personal experience with a Kenyan girl. She was so fake and wanted to give all sort of fake impressions about her self. She wanted to be more white that black. Coming to the guy, she was always opening his long teeth and had no opinion of his. He wanted to always agree to anything any white man says and laughs even if they slap him or mess on his face. Behaviourially, Nigerians are great. They dont like us outthere because you cant ride us. We always know our onions. Like seriously, we are not comparable to any other people in Africa. Though a lot of vices have been attributed, but we are far ahead wink
RomanceRe: Help I'm About To Get Married To A Lady I Can't Have Sex With by babeface3: 3:54pm On Oct 29, 2015
YOU are not alone, you get what I mean? some people are already married and they are into this shit. It is simply, anxiety. This might have been fuelled by the personality of your fiancee. The truth is that there is always a down time for every man in se.xu.al relationship. During one of your downtimes, you got so embarrassed because of the way she reacted, it was not obvious but you felt it in your subconscious mind. That was when anxiety crept in. You started being eager to impress her and it got to a full blown anxiety leading to temporal impotence or coitus interuptus. Remedy: The first step is to let her know what is happening to you and then ask for her efforts, or call it help if you like. She just has to calm down and turn you on. Note this, dont rush in. Have the pre-intimacy for a while and then go in gently. Tell her you will get over it with time and if she understands, she would receive it with smiles if you fail and then keep turning you on. Dont stop after the first success, try to make it more frequent this time and get more intimate. She is the only one that can reassure your subconscious mind which sexuality is suffering inferiority complex. If she is not cooperating, there herbal based drugs that can put you back, then you can gradually withdraw from it whithout her knowing your remedy. You could also take her on a long night out. Both of you should get drunk and display "your stupidity" while making love. This reassures your subconscous mind. Note: S.exis "animal like". It is born out of a primitive instinct in man. The efforts to "cosmetise" it creating a disequilibrium in the desire by both partners has caused all such problems. You want to come in and she tells you she wants to shower "in the heat of passion" or starts teaching you what to do because "you are local". She douches and uses all sort of soaps and chemicals to wash the place forgeting that there is a scent that nature put there to stimulate and arouse men. These are some of the causes of the psychological problems. So, take the few advise above
shay101:
Hi everyone,

This is my predicament, have been dating this lady for almost two years now and anytime we want to have sex I usually don't have an erection. This is unlike me because usually I am very active when it comes to sex. Even when I watch a simple music videos I feel an erection in me. But anytime am about to make love to my fiancee, even if I had an erection it just goes down. Sometimes even when I succeed in having an erection it dies in the middle of the sex. We have never had a complete round of sex before. I thought something was wrong with me so I tried having sex with another lady and this didn't happen.

Please people I'm here because I need your help on what to do because am about to start marriage plans, but I don't want a marriage I will not enjoy or where I will be cheating outside. Please help me everyone including pastors in the house.

Thanks

The truth of the matter is that alarm is seriously blowing in our economic situation but this government is just pretending, just not to cause panick. They should call a spade a spade and stop the pretence.

Other countries would say it the way it is.

PoliticsRe: Akure Markets Shut As Deji, Eze Ndigbo Quarrel- The Nation by babeface3: 2:11pm On Oct 15, 2015
Good point. I was a tenant to a prominent chief in Lagos. The day he summoned us for a meeting in his palace, I did not even know you have to postrate while coming in with bare feet. When a servant signalled and whispered to me on that, the Kaabiesi beckoned intoning that I should forget that. "I know you do not know all these", he said. I still postrated and removed my sandals impulsively. What happened in the case posted by OP is a case of animosity against the Ezeigbo. The youths and the Kabiesi were already angry, which anger they vented at the least opportunity
Durinsday:
Very good exposé. This is a matter of understanding. The Deji should have pointed out this tradition to the Eze Igbo calmly just to give him benefit of doubt. Even yabbed him humorously of not knowing tradition. Then if its really important to him, asked the Eze Igbo to come back without the crown for the deliberation. That way no one would react inappropriately.

These things just need understanding and good spirit. The Eze Igbo humbly visited the king the next morning after a late night summon and dobaled with his crown on. I guess thats where the problem came. If the Deji looked at him and laughed at his ignorance of tradition while admonishing him to go back and come without a crown that would have been best. Trying to remove the crown from him in peoples presence is embarrasing and I can bet that Eze did not know this tradition. The Yoruba are a wise and accomodating people no doubt. This kind of response from Deji would have even unseated the market chairman before the next meeting as the Eze Igbo would be negotiating from a position if little power.

Display of classified ignoranca. Have you ever stepped outside your hot pot called Nigeria, nay Yourubaland or something? huh
MayorofLagos:
At everyturn we encounter conflicts and problems with Ibo. This mantra of "reasonable Igbo" is a fraud you all play to disarm your opponents.

Today in Senate Anyawu was probing Fashola on deportation. Can you imagine...a whole Senator picking on a past issue for vendetta. These are ones you want to bamboozle us into accepting as reasonable.

An Eze of Iboland wears crown into Deji of Akure palace. He must be crazy! The Deji wears a beaded Crown.
Do you know what a beaded Crown stand for in Yorubaland? Yet you will push this Eze on us as reasonable.

There is no reasonable Ibo anywhere I don tell my people to stop believing the lie.
Even your Ohanaeze that are supposed to guide and lead are unreasonable ....they tell us they control economy and progress of Lagos and Yorubas are lazy.

We must apply a solution to your nuisance in Yorubaland. We will squeeze your economic stream and compress your growth untill you see your homeland as a refuge and relief from the calamity and packup and go home or find elsewhere outside Yorubaland to go settle.

Could it be the account has been suspended? But there was no notification to that effect.

EducationWhy We Continue To Take The Lowest Abb In World Education Ranks by babeface3(op): 10:22am On Sep 18, 2015
Nigerian educational system is warped. TETFUND that is supposed to be used for revitalization of the sector is an opportunity to bridge the gap between lecturers and politicians. Its an opportunity to build a house and throw thrash as research for which the grant is given. Give some key people their cuts and all mouths are shut.

I visited a university in Nigeria and discovered the same books I used in the 90s as an undergraduate are still being used even by lecturers. I checked the books and found out it had not even been revised. Lecturers copy verbatim from the books, type and give students as handouts. They also pay some journals private journals in the Europe and America to publish articles which they count at "publication in international journals" and use them for promotion.

I asked of internet facility or virtual library but that was asking too much. Some of the students have never seen or heard of some academic materials that are common among their mates even in an average academia in SA.

A professor not up to 50 years in age told me he had never made use of internet facility in all his research years shocked I gogooled his name and realised he had neither published in any international journal of repute not attended any international conference. His materials were principally based in his university. How in the world did he become a professor huh

The lower academia is not left out in this.

Where are those educational inspectors that would take the classroom teacher unawares participating in his class disguised as a student?

Where are those educational inspectors that would creep into the class and check the notebooks of the pupils accompanied with necessary questions about the teacher?

Where are the large playgrounds that used to be as big as the whole Alimosho Local Government?

Where are the march past in the morning assembly with the beat of bands in beautiful rhythm transforming us to patriots who are ready to die for the cause of the nation while we march around large ground with pride?

Where are the dedicated teachers who will not spare the rods lest the child spoils, who will not sacrifice discipline for fear of parents?

We have fooled around for so long!!
