candidtalk:I don’t know about those people you mentioned but for Aisha Yesufu, a lot of young girls are able to speak out because of Yesufu. Even I have been inspired by her ability to be bold in the face of adversities. And she was also involved in the ‘bring back our girls’ campaign if not the originator. Besides, there are a lot of older generation activists around the world that use only their POWERFUL VOICES to inspire change. From a man to a fellow man, you’re not half the man that she is and if you want to be, stand up right now from your sunken couch, go and start your own NGO and solution seeking programmes. |
noCAP:I believe Tinubu will pull out of this race on God. That man is terribly Ill. Tinubu is just trying to tick off the last part of his bucket list of Presidency before death simply so he can say ‘been there done that’ and even his followers know this truth because I know they’re educated. My theory is that Tinubu/APC followers are simply trying to eat out of the mismanagement of Nigeria. They’re the 500k + ghost workers. They’re the boy boys of Tinubu that have unlimited salary for ex governor driver. They’re the ones stealing our oil and making 1trillion per month. What A Country! Buhari has really lowered the standards that Bola Ahmed Tinubu with all the allegations of coccaine trafficking, serious health issues and old age almost dying and lying about it again is thinking he’s valid!!! |
candidtalk:They say when you point a finger, there’s 3 already pointing at you. She’s not perfect but her heart is in the right place but you, what are you fighting for? What solution seeking programs have you started? |
BATified2023:If I were from the east I would call Nigeria worse! They haven’t had a single president from their region and you wouldn’t let them leave either. You don’t know how it feels to be a in place where you’re not wanted. If you’ve been to the Europe as a black man you’d have empathy for Igbos. The easterners have a dark relationship and history with Nigeria and you can’t blame them for reacting the way they do. What we need is to sit down and discuss. They’re our brothers now. Brothers fight and even swear that they’re not doing again lol but in the end they reconcile. A good place to start for reconciliation is through Peter Obi. And we’re even lucky to have someone like Peter Obi who is actually detribalized. How can you even say such? Don’t you have Igbo friends? And do they act like ipob? |
RingRoadMafia:It’s not even Nigeria’s Lagos. It still belongs to those in charge of neo colonialism in Africa. That’s why Nigeria is still exporting oil that Europeans NEED, only to import its finished product back. Nigeria as a colony would export cotton at 0.25 that Europeans NEEDED only to import clothing made out of that particular cotton at 30. The cotton pickers couldn’t even afford their own cotton anymore! Just like how we can’t afford fuel.. |
squash47:Ose! National Speaker For The Yorubas ![]() But Baba Fela don speak to us tire nau egbon. He said the tools wey our govt dey use na tribalism and nepotism. There are far better traits to look for in a leader than him just being from our tribe. What happened to age? healthiness? plans? transparency? Make we choose leader wey dey go live interviews abeg. This is 2022 na those things dey gbona bayii |
BATified2023: I still think Peter Obi is obviously the best candidate even though all of them are shhhittt but dude this is hilarious! I thought racist jokes were funny but tribalistic jokes are out of this world! |
Afamed:Lmao this is so out of context ; I’m not supporting anybody but you realize he was trying to stop waste in local govt which is very wise. |
franchasofficia:Who are you voting/rooting for? |
YoungLionken:The truth in this post is too bitter. The psych of the average Nigerian is so rotten. Everyone is trying to steal from each other. The little things don’t even matter at all. Girls believe that their social media presence is their real life presence, they think Instagram makes them Gods and Nigeria fell for the scam. That’s why you’d see empty skull girls as guest of honor for spelling bees. Most boys don’t reach their potential anymore. When you post about things that actually carry useful knowledge, they run from it like a plague. The music is vague and hyped The comedy is not funny and super hyped The foods are not the same. There’s this frozen butter that use to take like heaven, not anymore! Pringles doesn’t taste the same. Cornflakes is different, shortbread is different, cheese balls is different. We can’t even afford akara and bread anymore! I could go on and on |
Eriggs:Why are you behaving this way na brother. The same people that came out for endsars are the same people pushing Peter Obi. We’re all channeling that energy to Peter Obi because ain’t no way you saw what happened in Tinubu’s Lagos during endsars and you then go ahead to support him. Normally, I don’t trust all politicians but at least Obi is healthy. What do you think? |
Wisfem:Lmao. Even the educated ones in Nigeria are not sound. People like me and you, immediately we hear something like this we understand what Obi means. We obviously haven’t reached the level of wanting gay rights or not joining NATO etc (and I hope we never have to). Illiteracy can be very annoying to see and the worst part is they’ll bash you for trying to explain to them. |
purplekayc:Whoa I had no idea it was a lady running the thing. Pretty cool. |
PlayerMeji:What people want is for him to just put another boy as president BUT IT CANNOT BE HIM. He’s just too old. Look at Buhari nau. This would have saved us from this whole Tinubu/Peter Obi argument. |
Dhayor001:That’s why we have the cowry card |
ElSudani:We know Tinubu is an intelligent man but his age is a no-no. We’ve just come from Buhari’s regime that was plagued with old age issues. Tinubu could have just continued the godfatherism and endorsed a young person for president like he did Sanwo Olu and you’ll see if Nigerians will not rally behind him. |
Tareq1105:Tinubu would have been a decent candidate but seeing that we’ve just come from Buhari’s regime that was plagued with lack of supervision due to old age, I don’t think Nigeria can withstand another 4 years of something similar. Look at the facts. (1) Tinubu is running under the same APC that has just collapsed the country. (2) The country is rotten and Tinubu although brilliant in economics doesn’t seem like the type to clamp down on corruption. Hasn’t even mentioned anything about corruption in his speech. (3) If you are using compass of believe of Presidency should be back to south then you should further believe that in the region of the south it should go to the South East. Se mo paro? But see, using tribe as compass don sha. Make we use age and alertness. |
Majesty2:Don’t you think Tinubu is too old considering we have just come from Buhari’s regime whose old age and illnesses set us back? If Tinubu were younger then it would have been reasonable. I don’t think Nigeria can withstand another 4 years of lack of oversee. What do you think? |
oyin44:They said they’re not sharing money o |
LIGHTROOM:It doesn’t lol. When has govt action ever added value to our lives? My first guess is that due to lack of proper management which led to unpaid salaries, they’ve decided to abandon ship. My second guess is that, since the Buhari regime is almost over, someone is trying pull the largest money heist by selling govt property at lower price to himself. Privatization will only lead to higher tariffs |
meobizy:Whoa. Are you saying Nigerian citizens are lab rats? Lol |
lhordspy:Na from clap we dey enter dance. Na from cruise na e youths take vote in Lekan of bbnaija that year and that one even cost people money o. Voting Peter Obi is free and they do have their PVCs. |
noobody:Oh okay. Thank you so much. |
Some days back, the current went low all of a sudden. I use my stabilizer for my AC but ever since the low current, the stabilizer has been making a ‘tak tak’ sound and sometimes it powers the AC for some minutes before the stabilizer goes off and on severally. Today, it’ll not even start the AC at all and it’s reading only input…no output at all. I’m so confused. I don’t even know where to go with it. What could be wrong please |
maasoap:Peter Obi is a financial expert for the nation. Tinubu and Atiku are financial experts for their pockets. The first sign of someone that really understands the situation of the country is what Peter Obi did by not collecting pension and the other unnecessary benefits as a state gov from a dying country. |
PoliteActivist:Now that is hilarious ![]() These APC supporters are actually eating from the mismanagement of the nation. They don't trust the nation to feed everyone including them so they rush like monkeys. Just vote Obi and everybody will eat! |
Shollyjay90:Every single thing Peter Obi is saying isn't exaggeration as a fellow financial expert. The only thing is the will to put words into action. |
Nightwolf1:The lies got too much that even their own APC chief had to come live on the news to call out Tinubu and his lies ![]() |
Two chieftains of the All Progressives Congress on Wednesday had heated disagreement over the governor who “built” post-military Lagos State. The two members of the ruling party, Tunde Bank-Anthony and Wole Badmus, featured as guests on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily programme. While Bank-Anthony said APC’s 2023 presidential candidate and former Lagos governor, Bola Tinubu, cannot take the glory for the achievements of his successors, Badmus insisted that Tinubu transformed Lagos with his masterplan that successive governors in the state built upon. As the 2023 election draws closer, Tinubu’s supporters have been using Lagos as a base for campaigning for their candidate. Lagos, a cosmopolitan city with about 20 million eclectic people, is the economic hub of Nigeria. The state generates the highest internally generated revenue (IGR) annually amongst the 36 states in the country. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, Lagos’ IGR for the first half of 2021 was N267.23bn, far ahead of the Federal Capital Territory with N69.07bn and Rivers State with N57.32bn. Speaking on Channels Television’s breakfast programme on Wednesday, Bank-Anthony, the spokesman for the Concerned Lagosians group, cautioned Tinubu’s supporters not to ascribe the current development strides of Lagos solely to Tinubu. “The people that succeeded Asiwaju (Tinubu), BRF succeeded him and his eight years was more visible than Bola Tinubu’s eight years…He (Tinubu) cannot claim glory for what they did; it’s not possible,” Bank-Anthony said “I read something not too long ago, the chairman of the party in Lagos said Ambode did not follow the blueprint of Lagos. What is the blueprint of Lagos? It should be online for people to see,” he added. He also said Ambode was a performing governor who was yanked off for “personal reason”. However, Badmus, the Executive Director of the South-West Grand Alliance For Tinubu-Shettima 2023, disagreed with Bank-Anthony, saying Tinubu transformed Lagos with his “blueprint”. “Nobody is claiming that Tinubu is the founder of Lagos. Nobody is saying that Tinubu is the person that discovered Lagos; what we are saying is that Tinubu became governor at a time when Lagos was the brink of collapse. He became governor at a time that the infrastructural decay in Lagos was unprecedented,” Badmus said. https://www.channelstv.com/2022/09/07/apc-chieftains-disagree-over-tinubus-achievements-in-lagos/amp/

alizma:Whatever "good" you see in Lagos, was birthed by capitalism not Tinubu. Do you know how it is capitalism? Capitalism develops one place and neglects the other. The big companies stay on the island and build large structures, employing millions from the mainland who are underpaid exploiting their labour. Even Tinubu square had to be on be island. Tinubu absolutely neglected the mainland. Thank God for Ambode and Fashola that started projects there. |

? He said you people should hold us accountable now, He is involving all the youths, that's why he said we have to take back our country, so the country belongs to we all especially the youths that has suffered gross exclusion...
