So 4-4-2 was the key. If to say we still had Diaz instead of Carvalho on that left flank ehn, E for sweet me die But sometimes I ask myself what Liverpool would be without Thiago. He's a certified baller! |
West Ham is always a tough one for us. They sit back very compact and we're still struggling with breaking down defences that sit back. That counter attacking we played against City is not going to fly therefore we need an orchestrator like Keita in midfield. My front 3 would be Carvalho - Firmimo - Salah. Antonio loves staying up front causing trouble. I just hope Gomez can stand his ground. FT Liverpool 1-0 West Ham |
Moh247:But that's just the thing. These set of people school and work in Europe like humans but return to Nigeria as monsters who see Nigeria as a land with people to exploit just like the Europeans. At least the Europeans didn't even have to lie to us before exploiting us like these Nigerian politicians. Tinubu is no exception. For every good that Tinubu did, there's a corresponding evil. |
We're still traumatic from the Buhari/APC era plagued with old age/sickness. Oh and immeasurable hunger in the land! |
trutharena:Lol like you have access to any of these things. These are all results from the forces of the capitalism informally passed down to us. If you want to check Tinubu’s achievements, use Human Development Index. |
Gbamsolutely! END OF THREAD! Let them know......
He was mocking you and your oppresor |
GeneralPula:What updates are there of Tinubu abeg? He’s yet to answer questions that we desperately want to ask him |
Orgasmgiver123:I get 100m record deal for you to create Beethoven album ![]() |
BATified2023:How can you be this in love with your oppressors? |
fredoooooo:Why though? Are you scared that a properly managed Nigeria is not enough to feed us all? |
RoyalBlu:Nigerian girls don start again. Where is the pun? |
lhordspy:Bros abeg suffer no dey tire you? Even Buhari had his own praises and achievements as an army man yet Nigeria is one of the most insecure places in Africa under him. It's old agedness! I get that when a country reaches a certain level of development, they usually need old people to reset the moral compass but Nigeria is not there yet! It still needs fighters! Therefore, let Tinubu rest. He too don do e own when e was young. Make Obi too try small. |
dyera:Can you just imagine. These criminals don’t have any shame with their empty skulls. To save Nigeria economically, first solution is to aggressively turn the country into one that produces and exports which we were before until the Europeans forced us to produce what it needs and export only one produce. And obviously to clamp down on corruption as well. |
LeoDeKing:In capitalist economies, people have strong incentives to work hard, increase efficiency, and produce superior products. Pray tell, how can you increase efficiency when Lagos traffic problem is still yet to be fixed till today?! We’re not even producing in Lagos as everything concerning inflation is biting us hardest so what are you talking about?! Everything that pertains capitalism in Lagos was left behind by Europeans. |
festacman:Lol what world? There are worse atrocities going down in Africa and nobody bats an eye. Until African countries play major roles in world development, nobody will care. Vote wisely. |
Igboslayer:Even your leader doesn't believe in one Nigeria. Tinubu was once a scholar and if you take a quick glance into Nigeria's history, you'd understand why even someone like Tinubu would feel that way. They have all reason to agitate. If you were from that region, even you would want to separate. What we need to do is sit down and dialogue.
|
joe1309:Why did you immediately go to Anambra. What if he's an Atiku supporter? ![]() |
twilliamx:Just listen to yourself. Where is the master plan? If you can bring out Tinubu's master plan I'll apologize to you instantly. Having lived in Lagos mainland all my life and I can tell you human development and standard of living is still very poor! Remove the Island that was developed by Europeans and look at Lagos again and tell me what is so amazing about Lagos. |
Yer'e wizard Harry ![]() Rip |
DeOTR:At least Peter Obi sees there’s something wrong. I’m not saying you’re blinded by hate, I’m saying you’re either worried that Nigeria cannot feed everyone when it actually pulled Europeans out of their recession or that you have the wrong perception of Tinubu. Let me put you on to a secret. The forces of oppressive capitalism and industrialism informally passed down by the Europeans is beyond the Lagos government or Tinubu. Through forced exports to Europe, Lagos saw an Influx of millions Yorubas to Lagos for fishing, cotton exports and many other exports, it had a port for large scale slave trade(a big business at the time), they even built the road networks you see on the beloved Eko which all led to the waters and many other things. In fact, the Lagos govt has done little to nothing to foster capitalism and industrialism or any economic system for that matter. For you to allow capitalism thrive, you have to even let the poor workers have access to the capitalist organizations through infrastructure like easy transportation. As much as I hate capitalism, the Lagos govt didn’t develop it. They’re not that strategic. They have no clue what they’re doing. Discussing the effect of the forces of capitalism in Lagos will expend the entire thread but you should read on that. Baseline is that Peter Obi is a step towards the right direction. Go and check any govt that industrialized itself without slavery, it was by first clamping down on corruption and Obi delivered in that regard in Anambra and it’s good enough I promise you. A lot of other areas will kickstart themselves afterwards. Read books on corruption to really understand how it slows down development by crazy percentages. |
abc115:Why Bola Ahmed Tinubu? |
DeOTR:My brother, as a Yoruba man, a part of me looks at Tinubu and wants my tribesman to be in charge but after reading into African history, I found there’s a way bigger picture. Tinubu isn’t part of that picture. The picture has African presidents speaking in person to the people. The picture has African presidents seated amongst young people discussing issues concerning the country. The picture has African nations finally free from the shackles of corruption and finally focusing on where it’s always been headed which is PANAFRICANISM. Nothing on Tinubu's agenda highlights the wicked corruption currently going on in Nigeria because he’s obviously a partaker. Tinubu isn’t a stepping stone to anything so the question is are you scared that a properly managed Nigeria cannot feed everyone just fine? |
anonimi:Lollll they’ll all come around. Some of the followers of these oppressors are not aware of the negativities of tribalism and others are aware but are too scared that Nigeria cannot feed everyone so they rush. Let’s just be friendly to them just as Peter Obi is friendly even to these rotten politicians. We can actually win their followers over. I have won many over using wit and consistency. Just explain to them that it’s okay now with Obi. They don’t have to be in fight or flight mode anymore. |
Felixamos:Haha, you don’t even have to insult them. One section of Tinubu/Atiku’s supporters are not aware that tribalism doesn’t pay them and the other section are scared that they’ll not be able to eat anymore if a capable person like Obi takes charge. We just need to convince them calmly that it’s okay now. They don’t have to rush anymore. Nigeria is rich enough to feed every single citizen. You’d be surprised how many I’ve convinced on here this way. We can win them over. |
daygee12:I totally understand where you’re coming from but in 2022, you have to understand that we all need to see involvement of our president in whatever meetings are beneficial to the salvation of our country. Tinubu hasn’t been showing up to anything not even interviews. It’s difficult to support him. |
rhythyson:I know right? Is it a must to get good governance? |
Na from clap we dey enter dance na. From absent at Peace pact signing to absent at ICAN conference to absent at Nigeria’s economic summits to is absent on seat of president to absent in Nigeria for a whole year. If you’re voting Tinubu for 2023, then you surely voted Buhari twice because they’re one and the same. Vote Wisely
|
Moh247:Tinubu supporter spotted |
35824L: I dey support Obi but guy you be werey ![]() |
ipobarethieves:My brother, they say if you leave a perfect gentleman on an island without blade for years, even he will look like a caveman at first sight. A lot of Nigerians are angry and rightly so because they’ve been oppressed for a long time and now they see a chance for freedom, a chance for better living and so opposition isn’t just opposition, it is what stands in the way of their freedom; an enemy. In my opinion, Tinubu’s and Atiku’s current image is too similar to the images that have been oppressing a section of the country and it triggers them. Likewise Peter Obi’s image also threatens some people‘s daily bread, although it’s illegal daily bread but somehow even they worked hard for it but I think these set of people need to understand that it’s okay. They need to understand that Nigeria can feed everyone now. They don’t need daily bread, we can all have daily shawarmas. |
Seankhalifa:Bruh she hasn’t even told her own side of the story, you don dey conclude |
Neoteny7:My brother take it easy. Our goals are all the same. I want a better Nigeria and I know you do too. Peter Obi is just a representation of our voices. It is a new dawn and we, Nigerians are not just voting a leader this time, we are leading Nigeria together by voting. Peter Obi is the best candidate for this new dawn. He’s transparent, he’s healthy and he listens. If Peter Obi doesn’t do as we want, we go scatter everywhere as we usually do. It is our turn. |
