If the protest was peaceful or scheduled to be a peaceful protest, I see no reason why IGP would be making such statement. In that case the statement from IGP sounds more like a "threat" to democracy, if it was a peaceful protest..

I could use a little clarification here....

I previously filed I-129F but we had some issues and i withdrew the petition... But we got back together again...

I remember before i filed for the second time, I called USCIS to check if i needed a waiver but reps i spoke to dont seem to understand what the waiver was....

One of them asked me after placing me on hold for like 45 mins ..if i met my fiancee through a marriage broker and i said no and he was like then you don't need a waiver on filing limitations..

Also I asked the Former VO and she said Since thats my 2nd time for the same person, I don't need one..

Now I filed a new I129F and USCIS sent me a RFE requesting that I submit a waiver...

Am kinda confused.... I have sent in the waiver though but i just want to understand the process a little more..

Could you please assist?

A friend of mine just met me shedding tears like a baby.
I thought he had lost his mum or one of his relatives but i was wrong.

My friend is stammerer. Everybody knows about it. He feels bad each time he finished quarreling with people.

I tried my best to console him but i was totally dumb-founded when he told that he is going to commit suicide if his problem persits.

I cautioned him not to think of commiting suicide in his life. I told him that with God, nothing is impossibe in this World, that God who created him knows the best.

I tried to console him with suitable words but words are not comming because i was confused.

Please Nairalanders, i need your advice on behalf of my good friend.. What do u think can be done so that the stammering can be reduced? Can it be cured with drugs? Lalasticlala
