It is not the matter of the son being responsible or not.. he could be daddy GO of mountain of fire, it doesn't matter.

Will is will, will is an intention of a person. As long as it was made in clear conscience as evidenced by OP's story, not even Supreme Court or the king of thier hometown can override it!!

I have seen people that willed thier properties to someone that is not their family member even tho they have kids ( the kids abandoned him and a stranger took care of him, the kids didn't know thier father had that much properties)

Neither of us where there.. it depends on how the conversation went on.

The big breaker here according to this post was that Chioma was there with Davido when Cubana called him. (Maybe the phone was on loud speaker).

If this convo was private and Chioma didn't hear it, I don't think Davido would have reacted like that...

When one fù ck up like that, Davido was probably trying to find a way and working on his lines how to break it to his wife and wah Cubana's call came in and messed up his game..

Lots of this issues raised in APC petition, PDP and LP petitions are matters that the INEC should have addressed prior to the election.

If someone is not supposed to be on the ballot because he was not a member of a party or unqualified.. why don't INEC screen them out prior to the elections??

They have to agree to reverse itself (which they could do but don't always do because it questions their integrity and taints their reputation).

Guys, calm down.

Reason the federal high court throw out the case is due to Locus standi. That is, pdp doesn't have the legal position to file such case. At that level, only somebody that did primary with shetima, tinubu, or APC member can file such case.

But at election petition tribunal, pdp, LP, candidates have the locus standi to file such case by the provisions of the law.

So, I can assure you 100% that the case will be listened to at petition tribunal. Thanks.

As a statistician, I've always believed in the powers of deductive inference based on sampling.

INEC has uploaded over 94% of the Presidential Results on the IREV Portal. Now there are people who believe that the result announced by INEC is significantly different from the result uploaded on IREV. I decided to randomly select result sheets from IREV and collate. The sample size was 314 result sheets. That sample size was gotten from an online sample size calculator. The result is very interesting.

RESULT
So after collating the result sheets from randomly selected 314 polling units, APC got a total of 15394 votes. LP got 10430 votes. NNPP got 2613 votes. And PDP got 11533 votes. So APC got the majority of votes followed by the PDP, then LP and finally NNPP.

This means INEC declaration is in tune with what's uploaded on IREV. However I noticed that the result for Rivers State is very strange. My collated result shows LP has more than 4 times the votes gotten by either APC or PDP.

So in conclusion, the IREV result is almost exactly what INEC declared. The only discrepancy is that of Rivers State. I might have to inspect that of Rivers State even further in my next analysis. But despite the Rivers State discrepancy, APC won fare and square based on the results on IREV Portal. I say this with 95% confidence.

Whether the results from IREV is authentic or not is a matter for another discuss. My focus was just to use the results I saw on the IREV Portal.
