cheesy

who doesn't know?
only Tinubu urchins are trying to blackmail Jonathan.
the only way Apc will be saved in 2023 is giving either SE or SS ticket because 2023 election will be voted base on interest and not party.
no more some people using others as leverage for their selfish interests.
if they insist it'll be zone to the south then it'll be only fair it'll be microzone to those region in the south that has never had and those yet to complete theirs which is where SE/SS comes to play.
if not, the so called zoning to the south is rubbish and better throw open so we'll do as we like.

Any party has the right to zone or give ticket to anyone but if they're expecting voting in 2023 to be party base, then they're been delusional.
if Apc gives a SE ticket or SS ticket, then it'll be 100% voting for APC irrespective of pdp dominance in both region.
Meanwhile if pdp thinks because both region are their stronghold, that they can do anyhow then they'll be in for some shock if SE or SS gets Apc ticket.
maybe that's the reason they will do theirs after Apc so to know which direction to go.
Meanwhile anything apart from SE/SS then congratulations to the north because they'll be ruling for a very long time.

SE/SS presidency or the north continues!

if you no like am do the below.
Why can't southeast leaders contest for presidential ticket under APGA, must it be under APC. Microzoning to a particular region is a tall order and you need not deceive yourself on this. Your leaders should strive to build party to national level instead of waiting to reap where they did not sow.

The fact is why is buhari also afraid of adopting indirect primaries and wants to short changed other candidates. He knows Tinubu will beat him to it reason why he's looking for every means to use consensus option. A whole president having machinery of govt afraid of Tinubu. Tinubu is not even saying you should support him but just provide a level playing ground for the primaries. Didn't buhari pass through the same indirect primaries in 2015 before he became the part flag bearer. I see buhari as an ingrate who forgot that without the support of some people, he wouldn't have become president today.

Just waiting for Peter Obi to win PDP primaries and people can start congratulating Okechukwu Ahmed Tinubu in advance.
The chances of Obi winning PDP ticket is very very slim. I have never see him canvass for northern delegates votes or he thinks only southern votes will carry him.

How i wish different agitation will spring up around all the regions of the country, i would have love it. From events so far, it is only the core north that wants one Nigeria. Since that is the case, the middle belt, south east, south south and south west should organize a strong movement with persistent push for self determination then the remaining north who are one Nigeria should remain and manage their one Nigeria in peace with their cows.
Only Militants from south-south region can cause a standstill, however because they have been influenced monetarily, they have been mute. They are the only one that can demand for referendum and FG will have no choice then to listen to them else they go back to the creek to resume hostilities.

Why can't people think before speaking. You're throwing jabs at a candidate whom you may still need his support and block vote from his region if you eventually win the ticket, or you think only south-south and southeast vote is enough to win presidential elections. Peradventure, you're to face Atiku in the presidential elections, don't you know southwest votes will be the major determining factor. The Oba's you're seeking their support have little influence on elections in southwest. The dollar Jonathan spent on Yoruba Obas while seeking re-election yielded nothing. Only the Governors in southwest and Tinubu hold the ace and can determine where southwest votes should go. It costs Tinubu nothing to direct Lagos, Osun, and Ogun votes to swing to Atiku's favour and then you loose. Instead of you to sell your candidacy, you're busy abusing and attacking your fellow party man.

He has strong men to contend with in PDP, his chances of winning the ticket is very slim except it is microzoned to southeast which looks unlikely. Buhari is just the type that only act on court judgement that suit his administration. Politics › Is Nnamdi Kanu's Offence More Punishable Than Northern Bandits? by badoh(op): 12:49am On Apr 19, 2022
I'm never a fan of Nnamdi Kanu and do not support secession. We know that agitation for Biafra state in southeastern part of Nigeria is attributed to him, however, there are no facts or evidences to suggest he knows about the UGM killings going on in the southeast, though I may be wrong. His area of interest is agitating against bad governance and marginalisation of his people. The Nigerian govt went extra mile to get Kanu incarcerated while at the same time pampers the Bandits terrorizing the northern part of the country. Bandits continue to kidnap, maime and kill innocent souls which the president swore to protect My question is what sin has Kanu committed that is greater than what bandits are carrying out? If bandits can bomb a train, is that not declaration of war against Nigerian state? Is that not terrorism? Why can't Mr President free Kanu and apply the carrot and stick approach to calm down agitation in the southeast of the country? Bandits have been proscribed as a terrorist unit by the court yet Nigeria govt is foot dragging on eliminating them but applying full force on agitators in the southeast. I'm from the southwest but I believe there should be equal treatment from the govt. I'm pretty sure if Kanu is released today and the government engage him, there would be peace in south east.
However, I also believe people agitate when it doesn't favour them. Where was this same Kanu when Jonathan administration favored mostly people from south east and south-south forgetting that what goes around will definitely come around? Why is it difficult for Nigerian leaders to rule with fairness and rise above ethnic and religion sentiments in the discharge of their duties? Only Obasanjo passed this test to some extent cos he chose his cabinet members without ethnic coloration. I have never seen this govt arrest a high profile bandit or boko-haram and charge him to court just like they did to Nnamdi Kanu. Why the double standards? President Buhari should please release Kanu so that peace can reign in the southeast. We all want peace in nigeria.

SWAGA and all these promoters of Tinubu are wishing Buhari to be neutral on who succeeds him, while their principal BAT has been anointing successors in Lagos since 2007 using GAC as a front. PMB can never be arm twisted from choosing his successor. He will certainly influence it.
Everything ends at the table of PMB who is the leader of APC, the direction he choose every other person will fall in. Orji Kalu and othe contestants know this, Tinubu is just dissipating his energy .He propped up PYO as his plan B in case the ticket eludes him. Many of the politicians know.
Anyway Amaechi is the most experienced among having being a speaker, governor of a state formerly ravaged by militancy prior to his coming. He is performing very well as a transport minister.
APC delegates should do the best for the party and Nigeria by giving their flag to him.Lest I forget he is strong and energetic for the task ahead
You people continue to defend Amaechi as if he's a saint and has never embezzled public funds. Stop defending any politician, all of them are the same. The concept of imposing a candidate because he's a preferred choice is what has catapulted Nigeria into the various problems we are confronted with today. Obasanjo imposed Yaradua knowing fully well he was not fit which later culminated into Jonathan presidency who also was not ripe for that position. He should withdraw because he's a big threat to the presidential aspirations of some people. They are okay with Atiku contesting, Amaechi contesting but wants Tinubu to jettison his ambition. When the man was busy building the party and aligning with other stakeholders to bring APC into fruition, it doesn't matter to you then, but when its time to reap where he sowed, you people are dragging him left and right and concluded he's not fit.
