colorsofrainbow:Where do you stand sef. I can see you're not stable. Any small news about APC, you'll always want to drag Tinubu into it. Get something fruitful doing. |
PrinceOfLagos:Better don't kill yourself because of Tinubu. The guy has become a threat to you people such that any news coming from APC, you'll always link Tinubu to it. If politics is that easy, you can also come out and start campaigning instead of looking for every opportunity to bring down someone who sacrificed a lot to bring a party into fruition. |
Kingpele:If you're saying a party is inconsequential, why then contesting under a party platform? You think you can use a party to win elections and later discard such? |
OfficialAwol:What concerns Tinubu here again. You people cannot just comment without bringing Tinubu into it. Get busy |
kingphilip:If Nigeria were to be a country that upholds rule of law, the current occupier of the office should vacate immediately the court sacks him and not filing for appeal at the same not leaving office. He should first vacate the office, then file for appeal. If the court of appeal later reinstate him, he goes back to his office. |
festacman:In business world, they are called service support officers(SSO). |
Penguin2:Some of you are not stable. Always speaking from both sides of the mouth. Any small change in APC, you'll always attribute Tinubu to it. Dem use this man swear for you ni? Can't you form your opinion without joining Tinubu to it? |
gozmok1:Oga, where did you put the role played by Amaechi in installing this govt. You people are quick to nail Tinubu and acquit Amaechi, Onu, Okorocha etc. Where'd the fairness in this. In as much as youre trying to protect your people, stop character assassination of Tinubu and encourage your own politicians to also come out of their shell and contest. |
Devil1Messenger:Answer this question? Why was he not able to take power when he was in CPC. He had three failed attempt not until the merger was formed. Why not give every interested candidates a level playing ground to test their popularity at the primaries instead of trying to force or choose through consensus. Tinubu is not saying you should adopt him as a consensus candidate and that's the reason he was moving around to solicit for support all over the country such that during primaries, he would have greater support. |
kingjizz:Did anyone stop you from contesting? If you can't get it, leave others that are interested and support whoever you want. |
NyamiriFlathead:So it is only Justice Ayo Salami that single handedly gave the judgment. Is he the only one on the panel? |
Passionnn:You that has plans, why not show interest and start campaigning all over the country. So he should reveal his plan so that others can copy it? |
Bridget95:See, he has interest in that seat and that's the reason he keeps campaigning all over the country. The constitution doesn't bar him from contesting, so if you're also interested, come out, express interest and start campaigning. However, if you're not interested, stop character assassination, only promote your own candidate and wish him well. |
mrvitalis:Chest beating as usual. Has Aregbe now won Osun APC primaries for his preferred candidate? |
Frigga13:What concerns Tinubu with this news again? You can't just comment without finding a way to link Tinubu to it. The more you try to bring him down, the more he's getting more popular. Tinubu is a Nigerian and he has right to vote and be voted for just like you and me. Instead of character assassination, if you're interested in making the needed change, join a political party and vie for office. Thank you. |
KenOne:I can see Tinubu is cooking food in your brain. What concerns Tinubu in this again. Are all geopolitical zones not represented in the senate and house of Reps? Why do you always attach Tinubu to almost every political news. Guy, you need to get yourself busy with what will add value to your life and not supporting Nigerian politicians who dont care about us. |
DMerciful:You get the point. You see, we dont want someone that will do the bidding of the north and will be easily controlled by them. One fact is this, they know Tinubu is somebody who knows his onions and cannot be cajoled nor controlled. This country needs somebody who has the political will to cause distruptive change like you mention. Tinubu, Osinbajo or Wike qualifies in this but will they allow them. Forget the Corruption tag on Tinubu which cannot even be substantiated, he will ensure justice is done for all the geopolitical zones without fear or favour same as Osinbajo but Wike may drift to some extent cos the guy no send. |
Anyone that drags Tinubu here needs to have his brain checked cos I dont know what concerns tinubu with opposition party. Stop character assassination of Tinubu. He's a Nigerian and has right to vote and be voted for.Peace. |
hatchy:You people will always find something to link Tinubu With. Wetin concern Tinubu with this now? Why are you always after Tinubu? Wetin the guy do you. This guy has paid his dues, let him try his luck and stop the character assassination. |
His case has been made public. This Man will get the needed help by the grace of God.Mark my words |
Babalakin:Some of you just think everything is about sending mail to CPD of CBN for resolution. In this instance, it's either he gets a court order mandating the Bank to reverse the sum without recourse to the Account holder or the Bank can also get in touch with the Account holder by getting his written consent to reverse the sum. |
Terorislam:Because you see him as a formidable threat to your aspirations. Where were you when he was pulling resources together, aligning and positioning his then opposition party(ACN) as a force to reckon with. Why not go out and present yourself as a candidate and do ward to ward campaign and let's see if it is easy. |
Though I'm yet to confront my wife on this as I need to gauge public comment if this act of her is tenable. This is how it goes. My mum called me last week to know how we were doing( myself, my wife and our children). In such greetings, she will pray for us on the phone and wish us well. However, she told me she has been calling my wife's line for a couple of days but the number always returned busy. I never attached importance to this cos I thought it could be network issue. This week again, she called me to extend her greetings and told me to inform my wife that she has been trying to reach her on phone but her number is busy. I was curious and wanted to know what actually happened. Around 10pm yesternight, my wife gave me her phone to charge for her as she was already feeling dizzy. I collected the phone and remembered what my mum told me. I went to check if my mum number was blacklisted on her phone, alas, my mum's number was actually blacklisted. I can't really comprehend why she would do such. I'm so disappointed in her for what she did. I had to snap the blacklisted part in case she wants to deny it if I eventually confront her. My mum is not the troublesome type, very calm and kind. I dont know if I should confront her on this or I should keep it within myself. I can never think of doing such to her own parents. Has anyone experience this before? |
eldoradoxx:Pls stop saying there was treachery in 2015. For your information, in 2015, 3 parties(CPC, ACN & ANPP) in opposition formed alliance, campaigned and won the presidential election. This method is allowed in a democratic settings. What we are saying is that you should demand from PDP the need to zone presidential ticket to southeast where their politicians have invested heavily for a good number of years instead of threatening APC in order to hand ticket to your kinsmen and by- pass those that invested their time and resources in the formation of the party. The two parties should provide a level playing ground and allow all interested persons to contest the primaries and who ever carries the day should fly the ticket of the party, period. Stop character assassination of a particular candidate you see as a threat. Everybody has the right to contest in a democracy as long as the court has not convicted such a person. |
Penguin2:Some of you are just full of hate and always wait for any small thing to drag Tinubu. What concerns Tinubu with a legislative member resigning? Is he the first person that will resign from his party? I dont know why Tinubu keeps giving you people sleepless night. It seems the reason why you people hate him is because you see him as a big threat to the presidential aspiration of kinsmen. You people will never attack Amechi and Onu whom are part of those that brought Buhari into power except Tinubu. Dem use Tinubu swear for you people ni? |
Fiscus105:Well thought. What some regions don't even know is that Yoruba people don't care whether you're a Muslim or christian. What matter most is competence. Infact if Tinubu picks a moslem northerner as running mate, christians in the southwest will still support and vote for him. Tinubu's wife is a christian, Fasola's wife is also a christian, so no discrimination. |
Why must he make reference to Tinubu? Instead of him to sell himself, he's making reference to Tinubu. Kalu is just making enemy for himself. You can't continue to blackmail tinubu so that he drops his ambition for you. Where were you when they formed the party? Tinubu, Onu buhari and some stakeholders invested their resources in year 2015 to bring APC into fruition. They campaigned vigorously and eventually won. Imagine him saying APC should zone to southeast. If you know it is sure for you, contest against Tinubu in the primaries instead of attacking him. APC should zone the ticket to the south and allow for free contest. Any attempt to microzone might spell doom for the party. |
JaroMan:Tinubu and some other stakeholders rallied round him in 2015 to win APC primaries and the general election. Instead of him to give all candidates a level playing ground to contest the primaries, he said he has a preferred candidate. Most of the actions carried out by Buhari are being influenced and dictated to him by Malami. Tinubu want a real contest in the primaries and not consensus option which may divide the party. |
CaptainAyub:Was PDP ticket micro zoned to southwest in 1999? Did Ekueme, Solomon Lar etc not contest against Obasanjo in the primaries? Infact, APC should not make the mistake of microzoning to southeast else they will give a northern candidate in PDP an easy ride and ultimately win. |
DOTian:Did you complain of marginalisation and nepotism when Goodluck was in power? He favored southeast and the North when he was in power thinking the North will compensate him with their votes but he was stabbed at the back. I dont expect you people to complain now that Buhari is in power. If Jonathan had ruled justly and not marginalise some sections of the country, he would have won his second term convincingly and handed Buhari the worst defeat of his life. |
By virtue of your position, you are the leader of the party and your party faithfuls are looking unto you to resolve the crisis within the party. You becoming president today is not by your power or might. Do you know the number of times you contested and failed which also made you to cry. Had Tinubu, Amechi, Onu and some other big stakeholders in the opposition not come together and dropped their individual interest, you wouldn't have become the president today. These people devoted their resources to make you win the primaries and also campaigned vigorously in every geo-political zones of the country to market you. The best thing for you to do is to make sure APC ticket is zoned to southern part of the country and let all interested candidates jostle for it in the primaries. Also ensure all internal issues in APC are resolved so as not to give opposition an edge. I believe APC has competent candidate from the south. People like Tinubu, Osinbajo, Amechi, Umahi, Fashola etc can make a difference if given the chance. These guys can assemble technocrats that will turn around this country. |
uchaymart:Your response is not good enough and that is one of the reasons why things are not working in this country. Somebody broke traffic rule, instead of him to be fined and cautioned, you're supporting him because he's a senior military officer. |
