People should take their time to read and understand the content. They said what is obtainable now is that any power generated by states must be transmitted to the national grid, however, with this new bill, there wont be need for such again. |
SmartPolician:Can you please tell me the impact of Osinbajo for the past 7 years as VP? I'm from the southwest and a christian, but governance is not by just speaking grammar but the impact you were able to make while governing. I see him and his principal as a monumental disaster to this country. It was a grave mistake to have returned them the second time. Both of them deserved to be impeached. |
Truthisunique2:Go and sit down and stop this your ''in Christianity". What is CAN or PFN? You better know who you serve and don't let any christian or muslim body brainwash you. For Nigeria to grow, we need to forget all these religious sentiments and go for the best candidate. For your information, I'm a christian and I prefer Tinubu to other candidate because of his foresight and tendency to bring about economic recovery. People should not rate Tinubu based on Buhari's bad performance, both of them are miles apart in terms of technical knowhow and reasoning ability. |
You don't expect overhaul of the education sector from someone that does not value education. The damage and havoc this buhari govt has caused to the Nigeria Economy will be very difficult for a successive govt to redeem. How could a litre of diesel sells for N850 and you expect businesses to survive in this economy. If not because of the population the north controls, they should never be allowed near power anymore. They are destroyers, only few of the northerners that are learned are making waves and making positive impacts in their endeavors. Buhari that we thought would be a savior turn out to be a disaster. I'm not just happy with the current situation of the country. Imagine bandits, kidnappers and bokoharam running riots when we have a retired Major general as president of this great country. He has lowered the standard of governance in Nigeria by appointing incompetent hands from north and south to his cabinet. If it were a saner climes, this dude would have been impeached for several infractions and high level of incompetence exhibited by him. |
Strangebuttrue:Please of what benefit is a Christian VP Osinbajo to the Christians in Nigeria? I even prefer we have a christian senate president who can checkmate the excesses of the executive than a VP who may just be a figure head in govt. |
NwaMamaIwota:Oga, shut up and carry your online curse to another realm. Why are you deceiving yourself with a curse that will never have any effect? Leave people to support who they want and stop burning energy on unproductive curses. |
1.8m? |
Foodforthought:Can you face Tinubu and call him bastard to his face? Please express your opinion in a civil way. If somebody call you or your own biological father bastard, how will you feel? Let him choose who he feels will guarantee votes for him to actualize his goal and leave the electorates to do the talking on the day of election. Thank you. |
Penguin2:Are you the one that will lynch them? You just talk as if you're omnipresent. So you will be in every polling units to monitor vote buying? Oga, if you're from southeast, talk for southeast, don't join south-south in your threat. Every political parties have their supporters and its not a must you must support a candidate or a party. Leave people to vote according to their conscience. You have the right to collect their money and still not vote for them. At least, it's secret ballot system of voting. |
Papichulostunne:Let me ask you a question. Can you compare Tinubu intellectual capacity with that of Buhari? They are far apart when it comes to administration and spotting of talents and technocrats to drive business and economy. Tinubu may not be a saint but if he eventually wins, you will see the the volume of Foreign direct investment he will attract to Nigeria and the impact this will have on Nigeria Economy. My major fear is how he will tackle insecurities ravaging the country and provide conducive atmosphere for investment. |
Quest7777:He looks unserious to you but the brain he has and what he has been able to achieve with his life through the private and public sector, have you been able to match or surpass it. See, it is not a must to support a candidate, Tinubu has every right as a citizen to vie for elected offices in Nigeria just like you. Let anyone that thinks he's upright show interest in politics, join or form a political party and contest. The power to choose the right candidate and reposition this country is in our hands. Promote your candidate and let others do same for their candidate instead of looking for every available means to batter the image of a candidate that does not suit you. This is applicable to followers of APC, PDP and LP. Thank you. |
Who told you a poor man today can't become a successful man tomorrow? |
Fahdiga:Can we know that popular politician? The way Obi will lose the 2023 elections, infact he would dare not come out to contest again. The coming election is between APC and PDP. Labour and NNPP are no match for the two biggest party in Nigeria. |
foryourmindok:The level of confidence you have that made you to come up with these unrealistic assumptions is second to none. In reality, Obi cannot win middle belt and south-south. Infact, southeast vote will be diluted with the encroachment of PDP and some APC political heavyweights. What you quoted is only achievable on paper but not in reality. See, this election is between APC and PDP, LP cannot pose any serious threat in 2023 elections. |
Stanislause94:Sellable candidate my foot. I have come to realize that effective leadership is not by speaking just grammar but having workable plans and implementing the plans to the letter. Osinbajo may have human feelings but I don't see him having the touch to turn around this country. What has been his impact for the past 7 yrs on Nigeria Economy? Prices of goods and services is beyond reach and you think it is grammar that can resolve this. See, we need technocrats that know their onions to put Nigeria Economy on the path of recovery and I believe Tinubu will to some extent bring these people on board. |
Even when govt ensures the system is working, some of these doctors and consultants will still sabotage govt effort all in a bid to continue to refer patients to their private hospitals. This is what many of them do and I stand to be corrected. They will always tell patients facilities are over-stretched or one machine is not available while they refer such patient to their own clinic. Everyone is culpable in this country and the blame should not be entirely for the govt alone. |
Karlovych:You people should just shut up and stop linking Tinubu to every bad news. Instead of you to rack your brain and come up with security initiatives, you're busy looking for opportunity to tag Tinubu bad. You need to grow up please. |
EdiskyHarry:What has been the impact of the govt of Osinbajo and Buhari on the life of average Nigerians? The economy has been so bastardized that prices of goods and services keep increasing on a daily basis. Oga, no one should cajole people anymore because you can speak good English. We need a new hand that understand macro-economic policy and who can also bring on board technocrats to drive Economic recovery. I believe Tinubu in this aspect. He favours competence over sectional interest. I think we need his touch. |
Ddeliverer007:Since you said Tinubu is a tout, ask yourself, have you achieved 50% of what the tout has achieved in his life? Bro, you have a long way to go and you need to be more productive to reach the level of success recorded by the tout. |
Obidient4life:I don't know where you people get confidence on the possibility of Obi winning 2023 presidential elections. Where is the structure, where's the fund, where are the foot soldiers in other geo-political zones apart from southeast whose votes will even be diluted by PDP. Stop giving yourselves hope, Obi can't even come 2nd in the contest based on the reality on ground. It takes more than social media to win presidential election in Nigeria. A lot of factors will decide the winner. I don't see Obi winning this. It's between Atiku and Tinubu. |
What gave you people the assurance that Obi will win the election? Does the current statistics favour him? Does he have the structure to pull through? Does he have the fund to actualize his dream? Does he have the required foot soldiers in every ward to promote his candidacy? I don't even see Obi coming second in the contest let alone coming first. The chunk of the votes comes from the north and his chances there is very slim. He may not be able to get 20% of northern votes. His only stronghold is southeast and the votes there will be diluted as a result of Okowa's choice as VP to Atiku. His aspiration is a tall order which cannot be realized in 2023, this is the fact. |
KikBuhari2Daura:Why not go and establish your own Auditing firm and become a consultant to State govts on IGR instead of promoting unsubstantiated claims on public forum. |
Penguin2:You people are sad because Tinubu clinched APC ticket against your expectations. You know he's a bigger threats to the aspiration of Atiku and Obi and that's the reason you remain restless at the mention of Tinubu. I hope by the time Tinubu becomes winner, you won't start another campaign that he will be impeached in no distance time. You need to get busy with something productive instead of looking for every means to bring down Tinubu. Meanwhile if you're interested in politics, join a political party and vie for position. |
Totilopussylick:So you think na all northerners rooting for Atiku? Some of you just don't understand politics. You don't know that most of the northern governors and party faithful in support of Tinubu have nothing to gain if they support Atiku, you also don't know they have stake in Tinubu's govt if he wins. These people will mobilise support for Tinubu in every polling units of their respective states so that APC will remain in power. |
GEJ and AIT did more than this in 2018 through character assassination of Tinubu even though he's not the one on the ballot. They will still fail this time around. Obi that you have been hyping as a saint even though he's not will come 4th in the presidential elections. |
Albertone:You dissected the story and came up with good points. |
ottersberger:You people chest beating is outside this world. This Obi you're hyping will likely come fourth in the 2023 presidential election. Defeat is so imminent that you're praying Kwankwaso to deputize Obi. Don't be fooled, Obi cannot win 2023 elections. The statistics on ground does not favour him. He will come a distance 4th behind Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso. |
Olaoluwa122:Some of you will just talk as if you're the one deciding for voters in a state. For your information, you only have one vote, its even possible you don't have PVC and you will come online to beat chest a candidate cannot get a particular number of votes. That's how you people were beating your chest Tinubu will not get APC ticket, yet your prediction failed. Just sit and watch as event unfolds, so much surprises will come out of the 2023 presidential elections. |
So you're now his spokes person? Keenly interested in development back home... Nonsense |
Offpoint1:Oga, will you compare Tinubu intellectual capability with that of Buhari. They are not on the same level at all. Tinubu is sound, loaded and intellectually fit to lead. Leadership is not measured by just blowing grammar but by feat one is able to achieve. Tinubu is known for assembling technocrats to do the job and doesn't choose based on sentiment. One of the reasons why buhari failed is because he himself is not sound and he appoint his kinsmen based on sentiments while jettisioning competency. |

This is Tinubu's legacy in Lagos, I hope the rest of the country can see what his urchins have turned into (the nightmare they give hard-working Lagosians) and the plans he has for the country.
