websolushun:
Oga stop this your rant. Havent u heard from Innoson, whatelse do you want him to say?
You should be asking GTB that question not Innoson.
Oga if he doesn't have skeleton in his cupboard, EFCC will never have arrested him.

Ifeanyi Ubah said the samething that NNPC was witch-hunting him and they owed him money until the truth came out that he was selling the Petrol kept in his tank farm.

ProWalker:
By the time he start to mention those politicians that helped him to secure waivers to clear consignments without ORIGINAL FINAL SHIPPING documents that is still in possession of GTB, many politicians will go to jail.

The question is Who is the designated CONSIGNEE on the Bill of Lading?

8 billion ko, 800 billion ni grin grin
You all can see that GTB has maintained a very dignified silence, let Innoson keep pushing out his own narratives.
Most of these Igbos can't use their sense to see that, the man is not telling us the whole truth. How can a complainant win a court case and the court asked the defendant to pay a compensation and the defendant will still use EFCC to arrest the complainant? It is not possible, if innoson didn't do something fraudulent or forged a document, GTB would have settled out of court and see how they can reduce the compensation fee with apologies. Rather, they are using EFCC against him, this to me doesn't sound like victimization but a clear case of Forgery with documents presented to court.

I repeat let's wait for GTB to release a statement or wait for the Supreme Court judgement.
BusinessRe: Innoson Vs Gtbank: 30 Key Points To Know About Their Dispute by bakynes(m):
I have never in my life heard a case where a complainant will win in court and the court asked the defendant to pay compensation and the defendant will use police to arrest the complainant.

The man is not telling us the full gist, he must have forged some documents that he presented at the court.

We still need to hear from GTB.

The man is a FRAUD! cheesy

He sounds jittery in detention.
Most Igbos are just using sentiments, they should ask him what he did to warrant his arrest.

The same thing Ifeanyi Ubah did claiming innocent until his yansh opened like foul yansh.

There is something innocent Chukwuma is not telling us, how can you win a court case against GTB and GTB were told to pay compensation and still EFCC will arrest you?

The bank is not intimidating him,he just needs to come out and tell us what he did that made EFCC arrest him.

They arrested him based on Forgery so he must have forged some documents to favour him at the court.

RomanceRe: My Beautiful Girlfriend End Our 5 Years Relationship Because my Career Pursuit by bakynes(m):
Same thing happened to me this time last year, mine was 4 years, I was even planning at least an introduction by April this year but she took me by surprise and started avoiding my calls.
A week prior to when she started avoiding my calls I gave her 50k to buy a new phone and gave her and her mum some money.

My family members started calling her to know if everything was alright, she told them I insulted her not knowing she already got engaged to by the other guy I didn't know all along, I started apologizing for insulting her,yet she didn't come around and was still avoiding my calls and that of my family members.

After 4 months she uploaded a picture of her engagement ring and got married this last August.

Well I didn't keep a side chick coz I needed to focus more on getting settled financially and having sidechicks cost money but now I just don't care about any girl anymore even though I am dating someone else I just don't trust women anymore and don't givefu*cks.
CareerRe: Amasa Firdaus: Why I Wore The Hijab Intentionally To Bar Ceremony by bakynes(m): 1:22pm On Dec 17, 2017
Issue like this is why Western Ideologies and Islamic ideologies are two parallel lines.

The Law we practise is a British type of Law and Britain is part of the Western society, there is no way you can combine Western practise with Islamic Practise just not possible.

That is why Boko -haram said Western Education is Haram.

If you know the ethics of that profession is not in tangent or agreement with your religion, its better you avoid such a profession.
PoliticsRe: Femi Fani-kayode Reacts To NBA & UNILORIN Student's Hijab Controversy by bakynes(m):
highrank:
Femi Fani kayode needs an orientation ,Nigeria is not a secular state rather it is a multi religious state.A secular state does not believe in God but in Nigeria we have faith in God which clearly manifest in our National anthem." O God of creation direct our noble cause....."

Fani kayode should go and find out what is the meaning of secular state.Nigeria is a multi religious state which always observes holiday base on religion such as Christmas holiday,Mawlud holiday ,Eid fitril holiday e.t.c .It is lack of orientation that can make one to refer to Nigeria as a secular state.

Hijab is a constitutional right of Miss Firdaws Amasa and no one can denied her that. She is a Muslim lawyer not a lawyer Muslim she has been practising islam before studying law and not vice versa .Therefore she can not forsake Islam because of her profession.

I can only refer to those people who called themselves Muslims who are castigating sist. Firdaws because of her Hijab as hypocrites. They want to be westerners and modernists and still be Muslims, even when the Britons have consigned the wigs to the waste bins of history.
Good submission but I need you to open your brain and reason with them.
The rules of engagement and ethics of that profession does not permit wearing the Hijab to be called to Bar so she has two clear choice, either to abide by the rule or find some other profession to practise that does not undermine her religious rights.

Unfortunately, the type of law she is trying to practise is the British type of Law that does not accommodate any religious rights.

That is why Western and Islamic ideologies are two parallel ideologies they cannot go hand in hand.

Get some sleep.
Try to open your brain devoid of Religion, the rules and ethics have been set before she was born, Hijab is not allowed if she knows this, why practise the British type of Law in the first place since it undermines her religion.

She knows the Law she wants to practise is not in tangent or agreement with her fundamental human right then she need not practise that type of law.

She now wants the rule and ethics to be changed just to suit her own right. She should have opted for Sharia law.

Stop citing hijab usage in the US, because every establishment has their own unique law.
SportsRe: The Appalling State Of National Stadium, Abuja (Pictured) by bakynes(m): 1:51pm On Dec 16, 2017
The best way to maintain these stadiums is to lease them out to Football Clubs to use and maintain. Unfortunately, I don't think Abuja owns a football club.

That of Lagos can be given to MFM to use and maintain, host football matches there frequently.

The London Olympic stadium in Stratford, London was leased to West Ham F.C to use and maintain so it won't end up like Abuja Stadium.

Outside of Europe how many countries use TGV?

Does Nigeria need to pay that premium now? Why not build up a viable network and then go from there?

In the same way that you wouldn't buy your daughter a Rolls Royce as a first vehicle it doesn't make sense for Nigeria to buy TGVs.
Exactly I just smh for some these people, we have been using 19th Century train that aren't working, now at least we have a 20th century train to kick start our rail transport that has been grounded for many years and they are still complaining they want the types they use in China, Japan and the rest developed countries.

I always use this type of trains in back in London from my house to school. So they are still in existence in modern societies just that they have routes they also use the high-speed modern ones.
TravelRe: High Speed Trains Arrive Nigeria Months After Inspection In China (Photos) by bakynes(m): 8:14am On Dec 16, 2017
Na wa for some of una for this thread, our railway transport has been grounded for so many years now at least they have bought some not too modern train coaches even if it's not the standard of developed countries let us start somewhere and revive back our rail transport. Then in years when it is fully operational and generating enough revenue we can demand for the modern fast trains like that of the developed countries.

For now good development.

Oga, the war began in late 1967, almost 10 months after his birth. Secondly, only about half the Igbo population went back before the war. Thirdly, of what importance is his place of birth, date of birth and tribe relevant to his success story. I know you're looking for a way to start a tribal skirmish with all this weird questions you're asking but God pass you
Not trying to start a tribal whatever just wondering I guess you have answered the question. The Civil War started in 1967 not 1966

Wait a minute, I guess from the name he is Igbo but 1966 was the beginning of the Nigerian -Biafra Civil War how was he born in Lagos?

Anyway a few igbos stayed back.
PoliticsRe: Reply To Chinua Achebe's There Was A Country. By Alabi Isama. by bakynes(m): 2:12pm On Dec 15, 2017
The truth is that a Biafran cannot write about the War and won't be biased likewise a Nigerian.

The accounts of a foreigner is the best we can get from the War.

I keep telling Igbos that, the Biafran Army also did alot of atrocities, all is fair in War those days.

My Mother told me about her eye witness of how the Biafran Air Force did an aerial bombardment on Lagos, they dropped a Bomb right in Ebute-metta Casino killing Hundreds of People, she said all the glass widows in my grandfather's house were shattered due to the proximity to the Casino, they went to the scene later and they saw skulls of human heads and burnt bodies.

Likewise the aerial bombardment that happened in Kaduna and Kano which made many Hausa-Fulani enroll for the Army to fight in the War.

So both the Nigerian and Biafran Forces were brutal just because the Nigerian Army eventually won doesn't mean Igbos should start seeking sympathy when they also carried out massive slaughter on the minorities and on Nigerians.

Messi is either being disingenuous or is playing mind games. For a team that went unbeaten through our qualifiers, scored a lot and conceded just 4 times, I'd say Nigeria is doing just fine. In event Iceland shock Argentina at the WC, it'll only embolden us to drub Argentina again.
Unbeaten ke, FIFA has withdrawn our 1point against Algeria and rewarded them with 3 points for fielding an ineligible player. So we didn't go unbeaten.

FriendNG:
No Islam start with Adam. A Muslim is a person who submit himself to the will of God.

Abraham submit himself to the will of God.

Jesus even in the Bible submit himself to the will of God making him a Muslim.
You are not serious Jesus is the Son of David and David came from the tribe of Israel(Jacob) and Jacob is Isaac's son and Abraham's grand son.

As you know Isaac and Ismael are the seed of Abraham, Jesus came from the Isaac/Jacob line while Islam came from Ismael so Jesus can never be a Muslim.

Sir, God (Allah) will make it easy for you and show you the right path. The path of all his prophets from Adam,Abraham,Jacob,Moses, Jesus,Muhammad and others. The question I always ask Christians is that all the prophets of God( peace be upon them) which religion did they practise when they where on surface of the earth? The answer is Islam because Jesus(peace be upon him) was not the founder of Christianity, it was known after his death(peace be upon him and his Mother). Abraham was said to be the father of believer and he was Muslim because he practised the doctrine of Allah. Please sir, read translation qur'an and other articles of Islam. And don't mind what ignorance of Islam saying about it. Thanks
How can you say Abraham practised Islam when Islam came into existence 600 yrs after the death of Christ.
