I have been to London as well and their rain is usually small it can't get the city flooded but some coastal places outside of London gets flooded too.

Benin Empire was one of the most powerful empires in West Africa so you expect such things.

Chinese, Arabs, Indians have huge investment in London but you will never hear anybody say London is No man's land. It is still on English soil.

The names of places,LGA, traditional leaders, traditional festivals like Oro,Eyo etc in Lagos is evident the place is a Yoruba land.
