I agree with you, if it were to be in the developed countries as soon as you enter their waters, a Big Naval war ship or a submarine will communicate to the incoming ship and ask what it's her mission in that country, failure to do so they will ask the ship to turn around or be attacked.

The Federal ministry of Transportation just released a statement saying "The SE wasn't excluded from the National rail line" and also released the Rail map showing the Lagos to Calabar rail line cutting across Aba and Onitsha.

You see when people are filled with hate, they refuse to reason objectively that is what is wrong with most igbos.

I kept on telling them the Rail map of the Lagos-Calabar Rail line Ameachi released last year cut across some major towns in the South East but they kept calling me Afonja devil.

When in fact it is Senator Abaribe that has failed to do some checks on the route of the Lagos-Calabar rail line.

This makes the senator grossly incompetent not doing some findings but coming to the floor of the Senate to make false claims.

Most projects Ambode has done are fresh projects not the one Fashola did not complete. Infact, in Lagos the Governors hardly leave uncompleted projects for the incoming one. Because they pay off contractors and give them a time line for completion.

The same gibberish PDP have been ranting about before the 2015 general election. "Buhari hates Igbos" using that to demonize him. It is Igbos who have shown more hate towards this man and whatever he does they deserve it because you don't have to hate someone because he is from the North and a Muslim. Nothing existed in most of Lagos when the Binis got there. In just a few parts there were very tiny settlements without any centralized authority. A few Binis settled in and took charge. No war, no disputes which is an apparent sign that it was family settlements that existed and not tribal settlements. The Aworis were present. The Binis were present. And probably other tribes.

Now what beats my imagination is how an a Yoruba man from Osun would be screaming other tribes should leave Lagos that the city belongs to him when the entirety of Lagos Island is called Eti-Osa, a very clear Benin name.

But like I said, Binis are not claiming Lagos neither are we even claiming Benin. We are forward thinkers and don't glory in the past. We know for sure that the cities of the future would have citizens of every tribe so we have no interest in tribal ownership of a city.

Bini doesn't have one inch of land in Lagos. The indigenous people of Lagos are Aworis and Ijebus and they are Yorubas. The border area of badagry is Egun land so tell me which Lagos belongs to Bini people.

I think his ancestors are from Bini but over the years they have mixed with the Aworis by marriage and Child bearing over generations he is now an Awori but somehow still maintains the name.

A typical example is Berkeley that plays for Everton, his grandfather is a typical black Nigerian but by marriage and Child bearing from generations to generation has made him white English.

That's why I laugh at those quickly comparing Ambode to Fashola. Fine Ambode is doing a great job and at the pace he his going might surpass Fashola in 8 years.

There are so many Numerous projects Fashola did that, we cannot forget, he created virtually and most of the state govt institutions and agencies, the ones he didn't create like Lastma, Lamata created by Tinubu he gave them a new face lift and mandate.

Lagos is blessed the State govt is continually making it attractive for foreign direct investments.

Ogun state is lucky as well as the spill of the investment is going there, they just need a good Administrator like that of Lagos to grab that opportunity.

With the US, Canada and other countries of the West giving their citizens security warnings of places to visit in Nigeria, there is no choice but to site investments in Lagos and Ogun(because of its proximity to Lagos).

Question: Why do people move from one place to another (Nigeria in context)?
Answer: They do so for many reasons but mainly due to trade and commerce, affordable cost of living, comfort, job etc

When you find people of other extraction moving to a different enclave then one of the factors mentioned above may be the reason. There are a lot of Hausas in Igboland, they are probably the tribe with the highest population in Igboland outside the natives and it is majorly a unique trade that brings them to the east which is livestock trade. They live together in large numbers and even form an Hausa community in every state they find themselves.
I don't know the Hausas to be people who come into another state and aquire lands, their artisans and traders hardly even rent apartments from the host communities, they prefer to live in the Hausa community or sleep in the Mosque.

Apart from livestock business where the Hausas are undisputed dominants, the Igbos are involved in any other form of trade, business or services that is needed in the south east and trust me the Igbos are always very good at what they do so its easy to get intimidated by their audacity in business. Like someone rightly observed, the south east is like a major construction zone now and most of the skilled labourers are from the south west, we even prefer to use them instead of the Igbos. Just yesterday I drove to a building site in Enugu where I saw some lovely south african brick job, I enquired about the person who did the job cos I wanted to do a similar job in my ongoing building project, guess what, it was Tunde that was the tiler for the gigantic mansion.

I don't know where you and some uninformed bunch get this information about Igbos not selling lands not non-igbos, this is very comical. Again let me try to explain; I have just described the nature of the Hausas and how that they do not really buy and develop lands outside their place, this is not just in SE but everywhere else including Lagos.
In some SE states, the average price of a plot of land in the city metro is between N10m - N50m to get cheaper lands, you have to go further into the hinterlands and in some states you cant get less than N5m. An average Yoruba man will tell you that he will buy 10 acres of land in Oshobgo with that amount of money but the Igbos are buying it at that rate in the SE and every other region. I was in Abuja earlier this month and I was amazed at what I saw. So bro, come to Enugu or Owerri with not less than N10m and see if you will not be given a land.

Regardless of all I mentioned, there are Yorubas and other tribes living happily in the SE, some even do not want to leave.

Be deceiving yourself, so all igbo lands cost above 10million naira. I bow for your lies, you be expert in lies.
