Real Estate is profitable for long term investments. The caveat, however, is audible to the deaf and visible to the blind. You don't wanna be caught up in land issues.

Due diligence is the only solution to this.

I'm really disappointed with many people here to say the least, i hardly visit this thread because i honestly believed that its in good hands but i was wrong.

I never knew about the plan to move this thread outside nairaland until today.
It's not an ideal situation I understand. It's how you handle it now that matters considering the general benefit of everyone.
Travel › Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Bamz(m): 3:36pm On Jul 06, 2019
Justwise,

Kind sir, I'm baffled by the turnaround you made again after I was grinning that the issue at hand was taken to a separate place for discussion.

While I understand that a lot of things may irk you as a mod, esp having to deal with all kinds of personalities, it's still in the best interest and greater good of visitors and contributors to this thread that other side conversations with the potential of derailing the thread be taken elsewhere.

I'm willing to trust your judgement on this.

Thank you.

I stopped quoting you, yet u went about insulting me. Apart from the word ''childish'', I can't see where I insulted you in my last msg. If I decide to abuse you, you won't like it.
Why did you refer to the story of Moses and Myriam if not to use it to justify your puerile claims? The issue isn't about Moses doing what the people said, the issue is that he listened to them, yet made his decision as a good leader guided by the spirit of God Num.12:6-8.you seem to lack this spirit, hence kicking against teaching husband's to love/wives submitting.
My first post on this thread was devoid of emotions or sentiments, but a worthy observation, yet how can a pudding-head like you understand it. It's funny how threads teaching husband's to love are beginning to spring up, more will come, but it's a shame that I who made the observation is criticizd. If i didnt mention it you and your kinds would not know.
Who supported the fall of pastors? Well, only a stone hearted fellow would not tremble at the daily happenings in Christendom/ the rots/decays, you love diluted doctrines and see nothing wrong in God exposing such rots and decays. But God will sanitize the church, you can't stop God.
If I decide to continue to reply your mentions, we will drag on and on, but what is the use? I'd rather leave a daft fellow to keep sulking. You can't condemn JW because you kick against true preachings. Christians may react to threads here, it's not a crime especially if it's the truth, my observations were true. May God give you wisdom, stop discussing me as this should be my last post to you.
Relax hun smiley it's not worth the stress most times to have exchanges with people.

Am not, okay? I love some of their preachings and the brotherly love among them. Just that there are issues I cannot understand about the JW doctrine, eg areas of prophesy, miracles, gift of holyspirit, etc.

It's a big joke if you feel I would ignore my faith and join a faith which I don't understand. Truth is, the JW preachings Is far better than the preachings of so many of you. I don't know what you mean by me failing to obey the word of God simply because I pointed out that these writings 100percent focus on teaching submission. Is that what you see in the Bible? Is that what Paul or Jesus taught? Continue to preach one sided versions of the word of God, but don't be surprised that it's not yielding fruits, because the scriptures have been twisted.
Hey hun,

Are you a JW?

So by your logic, the thread should never be closed even if rules are flouted? Are you saying there shouldn't be any consequences for disobeying the rule? The person in question is a mod of the thread and not just an ordinary person hence the impact on the thread itself. Companies have been shut down because the owners of the company disobeyed the government. So because the company has thousands of employees who in turn have thousands of dependants, the government should not enforce the law?

Sometimes I shudder at our way of thinking.
What are you going on about mate?.
How does does the bolded relate to the thread? Bellong is just a contributor like the rest of us and not an 'owner'.

Justwise did the right thing by enforcing a ban because rules were flouted. Whether the timing of it is right and Bellong wasn't given enough time to respond, is left for for debate.

The only thing I'm confused about is closing an entire thread because of one contributor. That's a disproportionate response to the issue at hand.

I see this bickering taking the next few pages or more. The purpose of this thread is eroding. Justwise, bring people to order.

The way some Nigerians reason bothers me a lot. I read Daniel's statement and he was neutral which is quite sensible in this polarized environment. He only questioned those criticising the pastor based on a mere video allegation and what the alleged victim wanted to gain by coming to social media first instead of taking the issue to the proper authorities.
