I strongly believe the yorubas didn't betray in anyway, at no time did the yoruba ever claim Banjo betrayed them cos we are open minded, the knowledge and exposure we have has ensured that. our thots on rights to choose one's path.

NURTW is a union and not a government agency moreso it is a subset of the federal body that runs in Lagos.

Every state has its own Transport union as represented by RTEAN ie Road Transport Employers Associatin of Nigeria. These are the guys that normally should be handling union matters within (intra-state) the state and for NURTW to be handling interstate vehicles.

However due to politics and violent nature of nurtw, it has become a tool in the hands of politicians used at its advantage.

Nurtw is a federal union operating and causing mayhem in lagos state, they should be scrapped from the state and even the state RTEAN should not be allowed at the parks.

There are new technologies that can be put in place by them to collect their dues without physically being present at the parks.

Okay People, sorry for my long absence. I have been doing some other things that have kept me away from the blog.

I am back now to give you live updates on the happening on the farm and also post pictures of my eggs in crates!

I ended up not buying the layer cages and it has in some way affected the turn out of my chickens. I have been burdened with tackling rodents and diseases.

The problems We faced that really hit us was the loss of birds due to prolapse? (but we have rectified this with changes to their feeds).

we started out with 1000birds, found like 20 cockerels in them when they grew up, so we sold them and ate some too.

While they were young like 2months old, rain entered their house and we lost quite a number.

As at our last physical count about 4months ago, we had 784 left. More have died since that time but all of that has stabilised now, we now get over 20 crates everyday.

Even with all of these mortality, I can reassure you all that the business has paid off for me.

And that is why we are going ahead to buy the next set of 2000 DOC now, make una wish me well.

The one man business may find it hard starting and retaining its staff at the initial stage but over time, with persistence and push, it will grow out of the abyss.

When starting out work, I stronly believe the one man business is the way to go as you will be GRILLED on the job, the case of gold passing through fire to bring out its shine.

With a one man business, you will learn to be ENTERPRENURIAL!

30M is really little money though you dont have it yet, but then when you do, you realise, it aint just enough to cover your expenses not to talk of investments.

If one is not prudent with it, it will be gone in a jiffy. 30M naira is not enough security, it will only get one through for a while. It doesnt even put you in the league of big boys in town. there has to be repepeative/residual income, more like you have a money farm behind your backyard.

whatever business you do with 30M, will only get you by considering cost of running the business itself.

The real security lies in the Brains and ones ability to earnest it continously while doin legal runs.

Au about if you eat fish bone and it got stuck in your throat, you should take a 'mossle' of eba and the bone will dissappear.

For my poultry followers, if you're too well decked up or too well dressed and you feed your layers, they won't give you eggs, cos they believe their owners should be poor to have acquired them in the first place. Man, I wear rags to my farm now and my layers are laying good eggs.

The throw your tooth with 7 stones thing was trouble for me oo.. cos I almost didnt have any teeth left in my mouth at a stage in my life.. The lizards had my dentition for dinner.

These telecom guys are insulting our intelligentia, most especially etisalat. They are not only here to make money but also to provide QOS,

I ran a 1000 naira per month data plan on my nokia phone with them and last year, i swapped to their stupid BIS service for my BB. for 1 yr now, these core of incompentent nicompu's charge me N4000 instead of the usual N3000 every month.

Imagine the feeling you get, when you have to load N3k for your monthly bis refill, then once you load the first 1000, it eats it up and still tell you to load N3k again.

I spoke severally to their CC service, but the guys at the other end have no clues on resolving my problem, they cant even stop the extra 1k from their end and have no way to get my money back.

You know what I did, I Yanked the etisalat sim off and bought an MTN sim when my bis expired. I have decided hence forth to de-promote/ and critique them in negativity for the pain they caused me because they have now forced me to a network I naturally detest, MTN...

These Etisalat guys are just managing bandwidth with their snail speed BIS. If you know whats GOOD for you.. Dont Buy etisalat oooo. bye bye!

My layers finally started shitting eggs last Tuesday, sorry I havent been around to update you on this development.

I have been more concerned for my broilers that I need to sell this week. We have 250 of them and they arent as storky as I would have wanted them, So its been all work on them to get them to at least 3kg before sales.

Hindsight, Congrats on your accomplishments, I am proud of you.

For now, we will maintain the present stock of layers but consolidate on the broilers while looking for market for them. We are looking to doing 3000 broilers after this.

Our chicken processing plant and milling equipments are already being sourced.

My people, is increasing school fees what will improve the standard of education in Nigeria.

So because we make our universities cheap for everyone makes it substandard, so does this go to say that all those who benefited from free education of the Awolowo era are far below standards and mediocres because they didn't have to pay for their education.  

Please stop this comparison with some western states where some even accept Africans for FREE to attend universities. How are countries like Sweden and Norway and Finland able to do it and we cant.

Increasing school fees is just a way to finally seal the fates of thousands impoverished Nigerians whose hope is to acquire an education to help alleviate the sufferings of their poor folks.

Even humans do have premature babies, the cost of feeding them continues to sky rocket unabated, reason for the apprehension. I have decided to take things easy now and continue to feed them till they they actually start laying.

the extra 2weeks to feed them will cost us another 120k but we'll pull through.

On the chat about what goes around comes around, nw lasu is asking 190-400k, if we don't tackale this nw, other states will follow. This is the highest level of arm twisting as paretrated by the fashola govt.

Imagine them sending a newspaper advert on friday and asking MERIT students to pay by this coming wednesday or FORFEIT their admission. I say it with all sense of authority, fashola and his team, the house guys that attended the meeting at golden tulip on friday, you guys are clueless. This is utter trash.
