chibuzorAbia:Bros, wetin u dey talk? Kanu outsider for Lagos? Na wah |
youngest85:Wetin this person dey talk. Na wah ooh. At least, our mouth suppose get control even if we dey anonymous. |
Iwobi is fantastic! Arsenal dey beat my team. Things can change sha |
DMainMan:Impressive. Never knew this, thanks. Always wondered why HND lower credit and above from a good school can't do master's straight. Unilag is setting a good standard here. Well done to them. |
drhopeful:Your profile looks very good. What did you study at BSc and MSc? Have you done the GRE and TOEFL? Are you fixed on North America or you would like to consider Europe as well? |
fados4sure:Guy, how did you reach this conclusion? Amazing!!! There are many people with EU passport, UK education and doing bank work in Nigeria. Some people want to do professional work and are not moved by salary alone. Some people are only concerned about salary and are ready to do any type of work, whether or not it's in Marks and Spencer, Tesco, etc. Everything different from our views does not have to be a scam..Except of course we epitomise all knowledge. Nobody existing epitomises all knowledge. |
Greenvilla:Start applying for work abroad whilst retaining your job in Nigeria. Be ready to spend on flight tickets to attend interviews abroad, it's a sacrifice. I don't know the kind of task you do at Zenith, GT etc, but banks like Barclays, JP Morgan, HSBC, Nomura and co will value your experience if it is relevant to what they do. They will also pay you well. With your experience, and if relevant, £40-50K is a fair deal at the minimum. That's good salary, even by UK standards. If you don't have the time and need someone to help you initiate the job application process, I'm happy to do that..But on the condition that if you have online tests to write, you will do your best to write them. If you have interviews in the UK, you will come in for the interview. And when you get the job, I will get 12% of your salary for one year, i.e. if you get a job of 50K, I will get 6K for the first year. The other option is to bill you on your current pay, but doing that will be mean. I understand the naija hassle. If interested, you may want to start by sending your CV. A 2:1 will help. Halla me |
odimbannamdi:Your technique is great and not limited to Nigeria. It's the same in many more advanced countries. People, this bros strategy is great. If we can imbibe it, good for us. |
ChessEnthusiast:Bros, the highlighted interested me. Are you saying some of the governors were right to have opposed vehemently opposed the creation and expansion of the Sovereign Wealth Funds? |
Onegai:What you know not much about or what is in low supply to you or what you demand more, people tend to gravitate towards it and value it more.. Universal observation |
Mcowubaba:In fact, the statement is unbelievable to me. Let me demonstrate self-control with my tongue! |
3rdeye1:They will, look at the forward. E bam |
Our forward force looks great. We go beat them. Our line up no bad, especially the forward. Bunch of talented guys. |
trendyprettygir:Except for some tribalistic vibe which I sense, might be wrong though, I don't think his list is normally out of place..Come hear what some boys are listing as criteria and you will agree that indeed some people have unrealistic standards. hahaha |
This is good. It's an improvement from where we were. Initially, there was hardly any Nigerian university on the top 1000 list. Now, we have uni..Shows that something has upgraded. Perhaps more research or something. Congrats |
kennyjam:I will be able to assist you when you get the required grade. For now, I don't have much to offer. |
Hello people, One more person to work with. If you meet the above specification and have your transcripts and certificates, please be in touch. I need one more person to work with. Thank you. |
Dharneehell:Hello bro, I need one more person to work with. If you have the stated class of degree and are interested in both of us working together, please be swift to respond to this by sending an email. Thanks |
Dharneehell:If you alread obtained the first class, Please can you send me an email. Thanks |
Kenny4lyfe:Good luck with your plan. Just don't go too wide. Ask those who came close what they would have done if they were to start all over again. BEd is tough. Take courses from science and then take from education, not easy. When you achieve your aim, send me an email again. With a first class in math edu, and the help of the Lord, I can place you into a university of your choice. Think Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT. And yes, I mean it. So, go fight like a lion and achieve your goals. |
Kenny4lyfe:This might sound counter intuitive but my advice for you is to get past notes and past questions from those who graduated before you and from those who took the courses you will be taking and taught by the same professors. In my view, and if you depend on your grade to advance your career, it is better to get the best grades while at school and widen understanding later..Though sometimes both can be achieved but it's not so common. Even the top schools in the world judge you first on the basis of your grades before they admit you to see what you can actually do. I know my position might be debated and I accept that different people have different views and experiences, but bro, na wisdom of many years I dey dish out for you so. Good luck |
nabiz:Hello, Apologies I can't be of help to you in that area. All I can say is that if you have a decent academic performance, then give any school a try no matter where it is in the world. |
prodam:Thanks bro. Can I ask if you have the BSc + MSc requirement stated in the advert and in the appropriate courses? If yes, then I will ask you to drop your email so we can communicate. Otherwise, I don't think I can help much. |
Jarus:Hello Jarus, good question. I want to work directly with the ones that have a better chance. I give Nairaland intermittent breaks and might not have the time to respond to all questions asked here..But surely, I check my email and will respond to anyone that sends me a message. Regarding the advert I placed earlier for people with BSc + MSc, I am yet to get responses from people that have both qualifications. I have been getting emails from people with BSc degrees but without MSc. However, the opportunity is a PhD opportunity and thus requires both. |
prodam:Hello bro, The danger of dropping my email is that spam will flood my inbox. The PM works. I already responded to several messages. I will respond to your pm once I see it. Otherwise, do a nairaland search for my email. |
economia:Hello bro, I have responded to your email or pm. |
HomeTutor1:Hello Bro, Can you send me an email? Where do you live? |
Hello, If you have a first class in Physics/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics,Engineering and have your transcripts and certificates with you or you can easily get them, please send me an email. The opportunity is for further studies, master's or phd, abroad. I want to work with you to secure scholarships abroad if you are interested Meanwhile, I am also very happy to provide advice to those with 2:1 who have their transcripts ready. Those with 2:2 can also be in touch if they have some money for tuition fees/living expenses and are looking for good schools with low tuition cost. I believe someone somewhere must need this opportunity, so please keep the emails rolling in. MODS - Please help qualified people in need of opportunities and make display this on the front page. As you know, there are thousands of Nigerians whose souls will bless you for giving them a chance to advance in life. Thank you. |

Hello people, I just wanted to remind you that the requirements are BSc and MSc, not BSc alone. For those with a BSc but no MSc, you will need to have some money to support the part payment of your tuition fees and living expenses. If you have this money, then you can contact me and I will suggest some cheap schools. Thanks |
neahyo:Hello bro, Yes, I've responded. Quick response I'll require from you so that we can quickly progress. Hope you have constant internet so that we can exchange emails quickly and easily. |
