Of Dora's faults deciding to investigate Phillip Emeagwali isn't one of them. That is what any responsible Minister should have done.

Notice how "quiet" this thread is, here people in the know are making statements, not those who jump on the "tribal victimization" bandwagon and shout the loudest.

OK something weird is happening on this thread, people's posts are being eaten up by some mysterious being. First it was mine then Ibro911's. Moderator should either undelete the posts or fix the bug. Thank you. angry

Hope I don't banned for this now. smiley

Back to topic:

Activision and Treyarch have made a killing with Black Ops - $360million dollars generated on launch day sales alone! I'm curious, does this alone justify the GOTY title, is it really that great a game or are we seeing another example of excellent marketing.

Either way I know this game owns 2010. Completely.

Cougar:
if you think you are being ripped off, why don't you start your own business and sell at the rate at which you buy them. omagames is not a charitable organization. they are there to make profit while providing quality service to their customers. you shot yourself in the foot comparing amazon prices with the prices on the high streets. if you think you are being robbed, dust your visa, buy a ticket to the ukk/usa, buy your game and go back to nigeria.
Well said. Its not like Omagames is charging the high heavens for their games, his prices are competitive.

Oh get a brain already! And you think because people live abroad, they do not somehow maintain a residence, which also needs to be lit up, in the same Nigeria?

Please do not derail the thread.
Madam those living abroad would have noticed upon closer inquiry that power supply had increased considerably this year.

Amazing that they are able to record all that growth when we produce very little (save for oil). The manufacturing industry is in a stunted state.
Politics › Re: Nationwide Black-out Continues – Phcn Workers by Bawss1(m): 3:15pm On Nov 12, 2010
It is easy for Nigerians living abroad to conclude that all of Nigeria is in darkness.

We want our 20 hours of electricity back.

This thread has started to derail. It was all about Black Ops in the begining now the focus is on Omagames. What the heck! angry

Me I'm waiting to get a used copy of the game like I said earlier. cheesy cheesy I've spent way too much on FPS.

I still don't get why they decided to include zombies. . . It makes the game fake. . .In all MW2 was better (although crap). Black Ops is not visually impressive at all  angry angry. .  Just take a look at how the RC Cars explode. . .  Soo bleeping fake

I'll advise you not to spend above 5k on this game.

Rating :: 6.5 /10
angry
Readers should bear in mind that the Mobinga rating is coming from a mod who admittedly dislikes FPS.  smiley

Here's a quick question, have you actually played the game?  I'm sure you judging from the trailers you watched.  grin.   MW2 was/is a great game and so far Black Ops is living up to the standard (judging from the likes of Joystiq http://www.joystiq.com/2010/11/09/call-of-duty-black-ops-review/)  When I first played MW2, for a whole week I kept seeing a shooter on every window or rooftop. Great games do that to you.  smiley

I'm with you on spending not more than 5K though, waiting till I can get a used copy, it will happen soon.  cheesy cheesy cheesy

Don't we profile Arabs/Muslims in Movies to be terrorists? Nothing new here. Nigeria has been mentioned in other shows too like House MD in connection with email scamming.

As much as I want to play this one I'll just wait till there are used copies of the game available, no way I'm spending 14K on another FPS.

The release date is actually on the 9th. (For some reason I thought it was the 11th, my bad)

You've modded your Wii too?
