Its 11 days to go now for the COD:Black Ops release date. (November 11) ![]() |
You don't need to get an external hard drive. Take out the one from the PS3 ( see this link for instructions http://www.gamespot.com/features/6176090/index.html) and install the new one you got. Hackers unite! ![]() |
Thats the smelly reality most Lagosians deal with regularly. |

Hahaha |
Mikel the best passer? Is Fabregas dead? |

efoghorjos:Tell that to the Isrealis. |
I did not exonerate MEBA ( Movement for Emancipation of Black Americans) from Washington Bombing - Obama ( Tell Magazine) Ben Barnanke Can Remove Bank CEOs Says Court (Thisday Newspaper) Don King named in FIFA World Cup Voting Scandal (PM News) |
Somebody should put up pictures of the other side of Abuja, ( i.e Kubwa, Lugbe, Papei etc) The FCT isn't entirely paradise you know. |
IBB should be linked to this. ![]() |
Pelican:Na wa o, so rocket launchers are now weapons of mass destruction. ![]() |
Obviously someone was planning a real life launch of COD:Black Ops here in Nigeria. |
Kaki P:Some people are just clowns. This got me laughing real hard ![]() |

Amazing , they live just by the Atlantic (in shanty houses judging by that picture) and expect the government to prevent flooding. Its understandable to complain about slow response of emergency services though. Anybody who has stayed in Nigeria for up to a day should know that depending on such services isn't the best option. |
Saw this on Uncrate and thought it should make this thread. ![]() Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: Black Ops Edition If you really love your first-person shooters — and we mean really — perhaps you'll be interested in the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: Black Ops Edition ($31,000-$33,500). Available in either traditional two-door or Unlimited four-door versions, these special edition off-roaders feature Mopar fuel doors and taillamp guards, a black exterior with Call of Duty: Black Ops logos on the roof and front quarter panels, an entirely black interior, and dark Rubicon wheels in a high-gloss Mineral Gray with 32-inch off-road tires. A copy of the game is, amazingly, not included, although if you can afford to blow nearly $35K on a video game-themed ride, you've probably got the extra $60 to shell out for a disc.

texazzpete:Now thats a big bummer! I need to plug the ipod or phone every time I reboot? Is it just to access the stored data (i.e games) or for all other features on the '3 (say movies) |
The spambot hammer at work again? ![]() |
I would love to store tons of PS3 games on my HDD and play them whenever I like, thats what this hack makes possible. I guess there are issues of ethics involved in this, the games are considered intellectual property and paying for them is the only way developers can hold their jobs (and feed their families lest they die of starvation ). Piracy is bad no doubt. At the end of the day it boils down to the individual whether to make money off this hack or to use it for yourself. I know I'm going to hack mine as soon as I get the "ingredients" needed. ![]() |
Why connect your PS2? The online gaming experience is way better on the '3. Use that instead. ![]() |
ElRazur:C'mon that was a tongue in cheek remark. TP no get that kind time to dey stand for junction dey sell PS3 HDDs. But the Alaba boys maybe. . . ElRazur:I suggested two consoles if online gaming is important to you. ![]() There is a fine line between hacking and piracy, many people confuse the two but there's a difference. You just stated an example of hacking yourself in that line about changing bios settings. . . |
@ ElRazur: Here's how I think that line of reasoning should work; if you can afford to buy a widescreen TV and a PS3 get two if online gaming is important to you. One for hacked games and the other for online gaming. ![]() Besides I understand there are ways to avoid firmware updates. Ah the joys of hacking!!!! ![]() |
Way to go dude! TP the modman. Its nice to see the PS3 has been conquered. So no more paying 12k for games when you can download right? ![]() |
OCCULTIST:The title of this thread asks What if your spouse dies first? I have suggested some practical steps one may take to prepare for the inevitable fact that death represents. The issue here is to provide support for those left behind. Ultimately the best preparations one can make is to live a life driven by high spiritual goals. To tell anyone not to do anything about death but to look up to heaven is vague even though well meant. By the way, all I wanted to do here is offer something helpful. I make no claims. |
Sagamite:Correct guy! You've said it all. |
I think this is a good thing. If done properly this will help in reducing the level of rigging at the elections. However I know there will be a debate on how to fund the purchase of the cameras. If the government could afford to throw N10billion on independence celebrations that was not needed then what is a couple of more billions to ensure fair elections. |
OCCULTIST:Thats a weird advice you just gave. People ought to make preparations (will, life insurance etc) for such a possibility. Off course there has to be some changes too in our culture and the way people view families and property. I think what is asked of here (this thread) is what practical measures should one take in the event of the death of one's spouse. The Heavens won't open up and shower manna to a widow or widower. |
You guys should keep the designs coming. Was enjoying it |
Does Slyva take drugs? How come people are calling him cocaine sniffer? ![]() |
^^ What evidence? Certainly something more than 43 voice calls and 27 messages. |
