I don’t argue. I tell you TRUTH. Whether you like it or not. I didnt say it to please anybody. I have submitted. I have gotten my PPR and I didn’t experience ADR trauma. What I have said is from other people’s experience. While others are glad they got PPR in record time, some are still stuck waiting for an officer to review their application.

Kelvinjtsar: Hello house. I greet you all in the Name of the Lord. I have been a silent reader for a while now.
I was so interested in relocating to Canada so a friend of mine introduced me to an agent who is based in Canada. At first the agent was so humble and nice. He answered all the questions I asked and even called me from time to time to encourage me to start the EE application. I guess Why I fell for this agent was because he didn't talk about money at first. But along the line we agreed on an amount to be paid to him. I wrote the IELTS and scored 8,7.5,7,7.5(LSRW) and my transcript was sent to WES for evaluation. He received the WES evaluation and sent me a copy via email Pls people, I need help. I don't even know if he is lying or he is for real. Is there anyway I can confirm my case/aplication. So I don't wait for ever. Your contribution will be highly appreciated.
Feeling very sad about this...
First i would send an email to CPD ottawa to find out my visa office. That's how you'll know if anything exists at all. Then you'll take it from there whatever the discovery is. |

Good day Good People,
Please has anyone gotten ADR for travel history and how did you go about filling the form IMM5562E? I just got an ADR same day medical was passed and UCI issued. the letter reads:
"Travel History Info form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information".
I already provided these information on the eAPR. I also chose "yes" for visa refusal in the statutory questions but these refusals were on an old and expired passport so I did not include scanned copies in the application.
This is not about visa refusal that's the schedule A. This is to have a more detailed travel history including days you spent outside your home country and purpose of the trip. It usually helps inform whether you need PCC from another country other than you home country. Did you school or live in another country? If you did, make sure you add the resident visas/ permit that enabled you live there legally. What's you AOR? Goodluck 1 Like |

Mavor: please share the NOC in demand list link for SINP. I just saw mine and I'm pissed to say the least. Seriously contemplating a remark. My LRW scores are very perplexing.
Overall Band: 8.0 Listening: 8.0 Reading: 7.5 Writing: 7.5 Speaking: 8.0 My CRS is 413. ![cry](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/cry.gif)
What exactly will you be remarking? Your low CRS marks is probably due to your age/ educational qualifications. You only lost 3-6 points for Language however, these are fantastic scores. If you can speak french then you can try taking the TEF. Goodluck! 4 Likes |

Newmum0615: Good morning efribodi,
I was once refused a UK visa because the ECO did not take into consideration the FD certificate I submitted with my application. I wrote a detailed letter of clarification presenting another SOA showing source and trail of funds with my next application. The visa was subsequently issued. Does that count as an appeal or is it just a regular resubmission? I am asking cos I intend to submit IMM5669e form with my application when the time comes. I need to be sure of my explanation in the form.
Thanks. Declare all visa refusals besides you re-applied, it was not an administrative review or appeal. 1 Like |

Canadianfly: So I haven't really written how far with me coz work and pikins had person hand full. My 1st attempt of IELTS last month was 7.5 in Listening and I knew I had to register again plus WES decided to sit on both my degree and Oga's own. Anyway, I took the 14th October test in Abuja....those who took it that day knew what we went through with regards getting everything to work and we left the venue at almost 3pm. My results today: Listening - 9 Reading - 8 Writing - 7.5 Speaking - 8.5
Overall band 8.5. Just glad I'm done with British council Good luck to everyone tomorrow. @ the bolded As in ! A fantastic feeling. Well done and congratulations! You've maxed out your 128 points for Language. Goodluck with the rest of the journey. |
