Good day family,

My wife certificate is in her maiden name and I am about creating a WES profile what name should I use as her international passport has my name.

If I am using her maiden name, should I attach marriage certificate to it.

Please advise..

Create the profile with the name on her international passport which I'm guessing is her married name.

When filling the form, they'll be an opportunity to fill the name on the certificate which is her maiden name.

Also, try and use the search button more often. This issue has been addressed many times.

Goodluck.

Abeg don't compare your situation with this one. It is not the same thing at all. You already had your ICAN AAT, his is totally different. He wants to register, pay and write the exams because of Canada immigration, there is no harm in being doubly sure

He just wants to go and write ACCA exams? Because of Canada? That's a new level of deep.

Oyibo or Arab?? Cos they are different o

Depending on your understanding of what he meant.

He could mean oyinbo literally as the Arabs also like to employ expatriates ( Caucasians) and you'll have them to compete with as well.

There is a first time for everything. No one told me about the CRS tool which i just used. Chill.

I asked a question any new person without knowledge would ask. I've been on several threads here proffering solutions to every day problems, so don't tell me anything about 'mapping everything out'. I just needed the question answered, and I've gotten the answer already.

And you also came prepared to fight too... lmao

That is the tricky part.
I always wonder what to do if I ever spot a 2 year old child wandering alone on the road.
Assume there is no phone around, should I carry him to the police? (Which may look like an abduction).
Dealing with children can be a very tricky and complicated subject in North America.

I am pretty sure the guy didn't know you were the mother. Else, he was going to notify you.
The same thing almost happened to me at a McDonald's restaurant when my 3 years old son walked out of the playground door but I was quickly notify by someone.

Ah! He saw him walk right out of the store. He could have brought him back into the store or called one of the advisor's attention. I don't even want to remember that day again sef. When we went to CN towers nko? My sister had to tie him to her waist literally with the belt on her dress as he almost went missing again. I had to ask if he needed the leash because his sister whom I brought it for never needed it. He was 4 years old at the time.
God continue to protect our children.

Oh my God.
What happened to your son?
Was he also subject of an amber alert?
How old is he?
Very sorry to hear that. Glad he was found safe and sound.

My brother, I don't pray it happens to my enemy. It was so traumatic for me. He was found by one of the security guys and was kept in the office till I got there.

We went to Apple store and I kept him on one of the tables with the tabs to play a game while I waited to see an advisor. I dont know how and why he got up and left while I was trying to put his sister in her buggy.
To cut the long story short I started looking for him and crying, a guy told me he saw him leave and I was like you couldn't stop him? He wasn't bothered to be honest. These two Caucasian ladies told me to show them his picture, thankfully we took pictures as we got to the mall and I showed them. They went different ways and one eventually saw a security guard who radioed and alerted the other guards and someone found him and took him to the office. They asked for my ID and I gave them my UK license as I was on holiday.

It could have been worse. I truly thank those women. I don't know what I would have done?

Guys in Ontario,

Please pardon my question, it might be a bit insensitive.

Is this how emergency alert will be going forward? I understand it’s importance and all but I thought it was just a notification the first time so that anytime there is a province based general emergency, we will know. Now, radio, tv, phones, everything just paused and alert came on about a child last seen with a woman and to call 911 if seen. The alert even disconnects a call just to get one’s attention.

Pls is there a way one can ‘unregister’ from this alert services?

Very insensitive. So a few minutes is such a bother to you? May it not be your turn, that's how everyone should turn off their own alerts too.

That's how complete strangers helped me find my son 2 years ago at square one mall Mississauga. Please let's be our brother's keeper and stop all these .....

*post rubbed me off the wrong way.

Oh dear!

Filling this Post ITA form eh get as e be.
I am having a headache filling my very extensive travel history...Looking through all the stamps on my passport and figuring out dates is draining.

I do have 2 questions though

A few years ago, I traveled to Spain for a week but my passport was stamped (entry and exit) in Zurich (Switzerland)- I only stopped over at Zurich airport enroute BCN. Now, in filling my travel history, I have, of course, stated that I was in Spain during that period but do I have to attach a Letter explaining the Zurich stamp?

For those who gave birth in the US, what did you put as "purpose of travel" for the period? I put "Medical Tourism" but it sounds funny because birthing is just one of the many medical procedures one could have gone for. Did you explicitly state "Child Birth" in your purpose of travel?

1. Put Zurich- point of entry enroute Spain. No need for any letter or explanation.

2. Yes. I put 'childbirth '

I'd advise you fill and attach a travel history form and attach to your LOE.

Madam d madam.... you are part of the people that deny ITA to those that are truly ready to obtain it. Well done oh

So you have forged an ECA number and asking us if forgery will be a problem for the visa officer??

Before the rest of Nairaland will come for your head, kindly go and decline your ITA and if possible delete this your post sef so nobody else will see it.... If you choose to go ahead.... I wish you all the best as you receive your 5 year ban for misrepresentation

She didn't forge the number, she only forged the date of ECA completion. grin

Right @pretygurll?

*side eye.. what other advice do you need? It's either you wait for your PR application and cancel your summer course or reapply for TRV (not a wise idea).

Dear friends,

I ordered GCMS Notes via a Canadian citizen; The PDF file was a 169 Paged sheet which I got last week Thursday.
My AOR is Feb.16, 2018.

The only thing I could pick up quickly was - TRANSFERRED TO LONDON VISA OFFICE on March 15, 2018 though there are some other codes, eligibility & other infos needing decoding.

Can you please recommend sites where I can send to interpret the extensive notes?

I am seeing offers over $50 hence looking for a reliable but cheaper analyst.

There's really nothing to analyse as such. Scroll down and read the officer's note, that will give you a feel of what's really happening.
Then on a free day, prepare some tea, hot chocolate or coffee and go through it. It's actually very repetitive.

All the best.

This CIC pple shud put in measures to deal with all these people fabricating ietls and eca numbers. Mtcheeew.

They shouldn't have to put in any measures. Human beings (Nigerians) need to learn to always follow the rules and do the right thing. But 'na me sharp pass' won't allow them.

Thank you for responding. I have been reading silently as a guest but just registered to ask the question. The page zero you directed me to, is it of part four or part one.

It doesn't matter the part. You just need to go to any page 0 and read.

First of all, decide your NOC and read up on applicants that are self employed and you'll answer your own question.
