Newmum0615: Lol. You're a case. In addition to that, it depends on your previous transactions. Will 500k stand out as a huge sum in your incoming and outgoing transactions? |

jelmusboy: My bad. I did a paper application for my tourist visa. I'm curious as to why you asked if you already had the information? Shouldn't you be applying through that account for your PR? |

jelmusboy: Your assumption is invalid as you cannot have a UCI when your visa was refused. However for those that were issued a visa, it's the 8- 10 digits at the bottom of the visa. |

Opotuniti: Can you go to the bank and see if they can issue you a CIC letter, that way you don't have to explain anything. I had similar last minute transaction too but my bank issued a letter so I didn't need to explain. Goodluck |

Obi1conte: I think spouse is fine as spouse should be giving like 16 or 17 points already. The maximum spouse can give is 20. Did spouse evaluate degree? That should add another 8 to 9 depending on level of qualification. Don't waste 68k because of that. Goodluck 3 Likes |

BoboXIV:Hi, It has to be 1 or 3.... If you're sure she'll remain as high as 445, I'll take 3 and submit as soon as you get the next ITA. If you go with 1 and your application is reviewed before the 14, it may be rejected depending on the VO at CIO . Goodluck with your decision. |

walebaba2008: I didn't get the obvious point hence I asked. I believe I used the word 'probably'. Perhaps you should focus more on answering his question. @Op the rule of thumb is to stay in the province that nominated you for at least 3 years after that you can live anywhere you choose. Goodluck. |

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by bbaby84(f): 1:40pm On Jan 28, 2018 |
RuggedArab: You probably are going to sign documents/a contract that mandates you to stay in Ontario for a couple of years ( most likely till you get your citizenship). You wouldn't want to go against your contract as I've read people have issues when applying for Citizenship. Why not try and get nomination in your preferred province? |

JESUSisable: 1. I think you're good. Is 500,000 a lump sum when you look through your account transactions? An LOE and the invoice should suffice. 2. If you've gotten a Canadian TRV before its the 8 or 10 digits at the bottom of your visa if not leave it blank. UCI is different from UMI. |

ASEC: Hmmm I would decline since your CRS is on the high side and wait for the next draw and just make it tidier. However an LOE could suffice depends on how you view it. Goodluck 2 Likes |

Canadianfly: At the bolded.. I hope you decide what's best for your family as a whole. I know someone who stayed in Canada with the kids while her hubby went back and forth very frequently after 4 years or so she came back home and put the kids in boarding house in Canada. He was able to take care of his family in Canada and maintain the home in Lagos and still does. I usually wouldn't advise this for young couples for many reasons. I gather you're the one who wants it for whatever reason and he doesn't understand or get your reasons. I didn't want to relocate too and hubby and I were on the same page but when we went to Canada we loved it and didn't mind. Once again we talked about it and agreed, I'm not separating my family too. I believe when you go he may change his mind. I wish you all the best. @rainzoe 17 Likes |
