try and get ur GCMS notes b4 ur dad dashes money to someone that could get u rejected again..

then again.. how much was in ur Dads account? I believe he was ur Sponsor?

I spoke with the agent that I needed only assistance with the visa application, the agent told me it's easier for them to get me visa using a pdg than with my masters admission..

I cant come up with reasons why she will have to leave her business and NYSC to back up the SOWP
so, I decided to go via Visit then when they come here i will apply for Open Work Permit for my wife.

When i was applying for my SOWP.. i was asked to fill study permit forms for my kids.. ages 3 and 5.

So i filled the forms within CIC and i was charged like N1,190 per form.

My advice fill SOWP for ur husband and Study permit for ur 8 year old daughter to be on the safe side.. since CIC can change d goal post at anytime.

N.B Dont forget they no dey rush CIC on the timing for ur daughter... She will get it..

But i saw this on cic website that kids of study permit holders can study without permits, thats why i applied for visitor visa for her. And Team12 and Khalesi did same visiting too for thirs kids. But im now wondering if maybe they were successful bc their kids are toddlers and wont be in sch. See below snapshot. Or could they be referring parents in canada already?

Do a publication on a newspaper..
Using ur brother as a sponsor is no problem bcuz u had a madien name and all you old documents carry ur maiden name..

What i dont understand is.. Whose names are ur kids bearing?? ur husbands or ur Dad?

Now married and I want to renew my passport with my husbands surname because of my children,meanwhile my elder brother is my sponsor,now the risk in this my latest change of name is that I won,t have the same surname with my sponsor and if I did not use my husbands name to apply for study permit,my kids are going to have a different surname.now admission application my father's name,visa application husbands name.candid opinion would be appreciated. *Try and get an updated PDF on ur system.. u should fill the form well..
* U can do upfront medicals.
* All d necessary documents from ur wife are all important and all documents partaining ur marriage and ur work here in Nigeria are all important..
