^ Where did you see any place in Nigeria you have never visited? On Google Earth? We call people like you who don't even know where they are from, born trowe! Makes me sad.
Itsekiri, you? Which one of your ancestors is Itsekiri? Or is this more of the false claiming that you do? Claiming Warri, and then we find out that he schooled in Osun State and has lived mostly in Lagos ![]() Warri boy from Isoko LGA, who is Urhobo and Itsekiri as well. OK, if I be Thank goodness, I actually visit and live where I am from. . . Not like you who only knows Nigeria from google. Dude, you are bloody lost. |
Is a "leach" an animal, plant, vegetable, fruit, human, child, or an infant? ![]() What is a leach? Or is this how they taught you spell "leech?" Hehe, explains a lot about your user name on NL
I learnt that it is possible to successfully go hunting for big, wild animals right in the middle of your state capital!!! ![]() Thats why you get jealous each time Delta is mentioned, cos your home is under rocks, stones and loads of bush. LOLZZZZ!!!! Find your square root, Mr shameless man from a parasitic, goat ridden state. |
ain't u shameless. i asked u a question yet u are using childish acronyms like "find your square root" is that what PDP thought u |
peckhamboi:I'm not. I'm mixed Isoko, Urhobo and Itsekiri; aside from that, I grew up in a household where Yoruba and Hausa are freely spoken. I'm your quintessential Nigerian. |
The meaning is clear from context, but it just sounds hilarious as an expression. Find your "square root", indeed ![]() Is "leaches" too another things fools like yourself say?
Research shows that fools find those words funny. Would that be why it is hilarious to you? LOLZZZZ!!!! |
^ If only you didn't know Nigeria strictly through google searches, you would know the meaning of "find your square root." Its something we at home tell fools. ![]() |
^ We no get time for leaches searching for hand me downs o! ![]() Find your square root and go back to your bush state where you ride goats. Orue! |
^-- if you don't like me discussing Delta State, Isoko boy, then go hug a transformer. I can do whatever the hell I damn well please, trick. Hehehe I guess it makes sense strategy wise. When bargaining, if you have price X in mind, you start very far away from it and negotiate down. But this is like having price X in mind and first asking for 100X
Compared to Delta, you are from the jungle. ![]() Abeg, let me talk with my Itsekiri and Ijaw bruvs, we have no use for any leeches from the bush overgrown parts of wilder Nigeria. |
@Jason123 If only you knew the ethnic map of Delta state, you would find that it is completely impossible to separate Ijaw and Itsekiri lands into separate states. The area between Delta and Ondo is like an Itsekiri/Ijaw zebra crossing. You are all phucking intermixed with no clear cut borders. Lol! @kpogede Your knowledge of Warri is not good enough. The problems between Urhobo (Agbassa and Okere) and Itsekiri used to be a much bigger problem than the Ijaw/Itsekiri one has recently become. On the other hand, there has never been any Ijaw/Urhobo strife. We live on shared territory in Warri, so all should be extremely careful; all of inland Warri is Urhobo, while the riverine areas are Ijaw and Itsekiri. If you want, I can name all the villages in Warri, from Pesu, to Ogbe-Ijaw, to Otowodo (Agbassa), Okere-Urhobo, Okere-Itsekiri etc. I can name every last village that makes up Warri and the ethnic group they belong to. |
Rename it whatever you like, just from existing Delta, create a mostly Itsekiri State. Warri, you can draw a suitable border and divide up the city. Conceptually that should not be impossible to do
Every fool from Nigerias most goat ridden states wants to discuss Delta that is a million times better than the dung filled holes they come from. LOLZZ! |

BetaThings:The executive cannot make laws, that is strictly the function of the NASS. There are three independent arms of govt, the Judiciary (the Bar and Bench), the Legislature (NASS) and the executive (headed by GEJ). Issues like homo are purely societal and are for the judiciary and NASS (societies voice) to deal with, not the executive; no matter how religiously minded it is. BetaThings:Is Saudi your example for why it is ok to mix religion and politics? Lol! In Saudi Arabia, women can neither drive cars nor vote. . . Of course they have electricity and that can make up for their oppressive, extremist society! Perhaps, it never occurred to you that the sort of society in Saudi is absolutely anathema to the more liberal minded Nigerian Muslim and practically every other Nigerian citizen? It is such thinking that turns the Southern and Middle Beltan mind from the religiously tainted politics of the core-North. We don't want it and we ain't having any of it. It is no secret that the women of Saudi Arabia live under a great deal of oppression. It’s not much of a stretch to claim that they are treated like property under, what has so far been, a rather strict fundamentalist Islamic law. They are subservient to men in every way. Women must be fully covered with black veils and are segregated from the males in society, having separate entrances and isolated areas within temples or places of business. They are not allowed to drive cars, may not travel in or out of Saudi Arabian cities without a designated male guardian, are not allowed to vote, must get the approval of their husband for nearly everything, are almost never allowed to be employed, and are denied the ability to represent themselves in a courts system that already regards women as inferior.Who wants any of that? |
Code of Conduct Tribunal summons Tinubu By Mercy Michael Former Governor of Lagos State Former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has been summoned to appear before the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja on September 21. He is to defend himself against the allegation that he operated foreign bank accounts between 1999 and 2007 while in office as governor, thus contravening section 7 of the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act, Cap 56 LFN, 1990. The summons, dated September 6, was signed by the Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Danladi Yakubu Umar. Tinubu, in his reaction, welcomed the development. In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Olakunle Abimbola, Tinubu, who is National Leader of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), said: “After years of threats, political mudslinging and media trial on the impending allegations, a formal invitation to commence trial has finally come.” Abimbola said Tinubu, as a law abiding citizen, directed that the summons be accepted when he learnt of the development. He told his staff not to evade service, in conformity with his profound respect for the rule of law. Tinubu had maintained that he was prepared to defend himself on the allegation and at a point challenged the Code of Conduct Bureau to head for the tribunal if it was sure of its facts. He called on everyone to keep calm and be vigilant, “while the judiciary does justice to this matter”. The charge against the former governor, signed by Kyari Ahmed as prosecutor, reads: “That you, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State, being a public officer, as listed in part II of the fifth schedule to the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and having subscribed to the Oath of office as enshrined in the seventh schedule to the 1999 constitution on assumption of office as such engaged yourself in the operation and maintenance of several foreign bank accounts namely: •”Name of bank- First Heritage Bank, Country Club Hills, Illinois, USA; Account Name, Bola Tinubu, Account Number-263226700. •“Name of Bank-Citibank NA New York, USA; Account Name, Bola Tinubu & Compass Finance and Investment Company Ltd; Account Nos-39483134, 39483396, 4650279566, 00400220, 39936383. • Name of Bank-Citibank International New York; Account Name, Bola Tinubu. •”Name of Bank-HSBC, 177 Great Portland Street London WIW 6OJ; Account Name, Sen Bola Tinubu; Account No-71253670, SORT CODE-40-03-15. •Name of Bank-HSBC, 177 Great Portland Street London WIW 6OJ; Account Name, Sen. engineerd:That is not true, bruv. Lagos has the highest literacy levels in Nigeria, but the SW as a whole comes behind the SE and SS. . . .Please someone provide the stats, I don't have the strength. |
My mouth dropped when I saw 87%, because other stats from previous years put it at above 90%. It might depend on the ministers definition of literacy, though. |
BetaThings:Our society frown on homo? That is the key! Let society and the judiciary deal with such matters, they do not belong in the FG, state govt or LG's purvue. Why should any govt be involved in micromanaging everybody's lives from the religious standpoint of a few zealously fevered politicians? It is the height of arrogance to assume that your religious perspective must be forced on all. It is that attitude that causes the born to rule affliction of the core-North. They think that their religion should dictate everything, unfortunately their religion does not generate any wealth for the country, oil currently does and in the future, gas and manufacturing will. The foresight to generate health, wealth and well-being is lost religiously charged folk whose first priorities are to sign Nigeria up to bodies like the Organisation of Islamic Conference. Such useless, foolish and politically dangerous moves in a secular country have done nada to educate the teeming almajiri population, they have only ensured that their region copiously sprouts bloody riots and groups like boko haram. That is the reason why a pack of fools like boko haram, dare to think that they can forcefully Islamise the whole of Nigeria. I will repeat again, only a fool would mix religion and politics. Perhaps Sheriff is one. Anywhere in this World, religion in politics is a very volatile mixture. BetaThings:The ugly baby they gave birth to has become the monster that will sweep them all away. They might no longer be responsible for boko harams actions (they are still responsible for its direction, though), but the fact remains that they created a religious organisation to fight political battles. It is only in the core-North that such can happen; that is something the youth like you should be looking to correct very urgently, generations before you have failed. For your own good, you cannot afford to. |
Ikengawo:Endorsed. |
BetaThings:Homo is a societal issue, it isn't govts problem. In your eyes, should govt also make laws about how many boyfriends or girlfriends a person can have? Or how many bottles of beer I can drink in my sitting room? I hope you are beginning to see how ridiculous it is to mix politics and religion. BetaThings:Modu Sheriff is the past governor of Borno state right? He is also from an elite family of politicians and players on Nigeria's governmental terrain. He has also been invited by the SSS (they should have locked the phucker up for good). Why would he set up a religious group to fight political enemies? Have you heard of such outside the core-North? Its just bloody ridiculous! Now that boko haram has taken to blowing up UN buildings, is it because in your words, Sheriff is "fighting his enemies - fellow muslims?" It isn't just Sheriff or the matter would have been closed long since, it is 90% of the core-Northern political elite, army, police and intelligence officers. They have given birth to the beast that will swallow them. They have marginalised themselves, no one wants to be ruled by the jungle "politics" of boko haram; indeed the name boko haram makes every moral Nigerian cringe with horror and shame. |
I wonder if the people laughing about the incident are actually id!ots. There things to laugh at, but I guess the thought of dead Nigerians triggers happiness in fools. You are sick if you find the article funny. |
^ Seriously, what grown-ups do isn't govts problem. Except enforcing our laws which criminalise homosexuality. BetaThings:Every region has rogue politicians, but the core-North alone panders to extremist religion; thats why we have maitatsine, boko haram, kala kato, and various other murderous groups springing from the same section. Religion governs your politics and you try to foist it on Nigeria. We ain't having none of that, bruv. ![]() BetaThings:The bolded is to be encouraged. As I said before, the core-North is marginalising itself. They wish to rule Nigeria in perpetuity, while producing religious troubles and no development. You have ruled for 2.5 years? Great! For how many have the SS and SE especially ruled? |
@BetaThings Your whole argument has veered off from politics into the defence of Islam and religious morality. If this discussion between us was to between people from the SW, SS, SE and Middle Belt do you think Islam would have been raised as a defence or factor? It all goes to show you that religion in politics is a core-Northern problem. The rest of us want exactly none of it. Do not mix religion and politics, Nigeria is neither Afghanistan nor Somalia. Just look where the Somali version of religion+politics has got them; if the core-North persists, that is the future it is staring at. Its a phucking ugly image in the crystal ball; nobody wants that, so dude, avoid it. |
BetaThings: Including the muslims in the Middle Belt and SW?And why should it be govts business if I love threesomes and ladies with jiggly arses? Past govts have been too concerned with such foolishness thats why today we have inadequate electricity, our roads are like freeways to Satan's grotto and we cannot manufacture a blinking pen. ![]() |
BetaThings:Dude, I keep telling you that you cannot mix politics and religion. That is a point understood by the Middle Belt and South Western Muslims; the problem is with the core-North. Religion is the tool they have used to conspire against others and thats now backfiring as boko haram and the 10 million almajiri crisis. What other section of Nigeria has 10 million abused kids without any hopes and aspirations? I really do not believe you can even begin to grasp the depth of the problems the core-North has foisted on itself. They don't even give a phuck about these poor abused kids, all they want is blind power. IMHO, the Presidency should go to the SE that along with the ND, really knows the definition of marginalisation and abuse by the Nigerian system. Guess who the puppet masters have been all the while? |
edicolove:Seriously, that norrisman guy is a fool. He even claimed he could knock up a comparable database in 30 minutes; sadly, thats the calibre of id!ot we are engaged in argument with. A person who does not even understand what he is criticising. What GEJ has done is a huge step forward for the country. |
I hope this is just the the temporary effect of friday night drugs, cos you're getting really weird with this stuff now.BetaThings:Middle Belters and Southerners are simply afraid of govts that make it legal for them to be killed through "religion." Anyone who mixes politics and religion is a fool who will bite their own bullet. Middle Belters and Southerners cannot be blamed for the natural instinct to protect themselves. Another fact of the mixing of religion with politics is that it breeds underdevelopment as everything is guided by rules that were developed for the stone-age. The country has suffered enough from lack of progress. What modern society throws up such disgusting and primitive stuff as boko haram? Or 10 million plus almajiri's? Nigeria deserves better, my brother. |
I wonder why they went to court in the first place anyway. It was just a silly move, or maybe they have too much money and don't mind wasting it. |

BetaThings:If you believe the North has faults like every other section, then we can get somewhere and it is to be encouraged. But if you believe you were born to lord it over others and have been cheated by the section that feeds us all, then we have serious problems. |
BetaThings:I am Jonathans mouthpiece in your sad, mad conspiracy theory dreams. Scram. |
brokswater:Yes, the US is in the Niger Delta and has been there since Yar Adua's time. Lets have a brief history: Yar Adua felt it was better to sign away Nigeria's sovereignty and arm JTF with $3.3billion than to solve the legitimate problems in the Niger Delta. When the $3.3billion JTF failed to make a dent in the Niger Delta, Yar Adua was forced to go to the US to ask for help. He got AFRICOM. Unfortunately, the presence of AFRICOM in our deep waters did not make a dent on the ND crisis, because the Americans did not see the Niger Deltans as the problem, rather as they have always stated, Nigeria is the problem. The long and short is that there has never been an American shot fired in the Niger Delta, a situation that finally led Yar Adua to adopt the so called "amnesty" to keep oil flowing and Nigeria from crashing. Such is the hatred we have for one another that some wish to blame on the US. Shame. AFRICOM is already in the Niger Delta due to treaties Yar Adua signed, though he stringently denied the fact as soon as he realised that he had not totally understood what he was signing (poor sod). The most important thing to take home from this story and the structure of Nigeria, is that the US does not need crisis in the North if their aim is to split the country. Lol! All they need do is tell ND leaders to go ahead and declare independence; the ND has little political or fiscal interest in the rest of Nigeria anyway. |
