debosky:Braindead. You've popped up as usual with your stup!dity. Do you think SA police and Interpol are the wishy washy crowd we have in Nigeria? You are mentally funny to think that Nigerian authorities would try contacting Okah to "persuade" him while he is under watch from international police forces and other security agencies. How do you people think? Is it something in your food? |
We are missing the point that Dokpesi was ordered to report back today. Indeed, I believe he will be required to report back everyday, SSS is just being civilised; the case is under international focus. Dokpesi will eventually be remanded in custody and charged, once all loose ends have been tied. |
Interpol raided Okahs house before Independence day and the blasts. So some fools now want us to believe a far out yarn that Jonathan called him even after Interpol had raided him and Nigeria had threatened to break relations with SA for releasing him? I really doubt the mental capacity of the OP. I hope SSS is keeping track of the ridiculous attempts to start rumours on NL is willing to trace their source to the roots. |
Happy birthday NL's angel! Stay forever young. Wishing you all lifes great blessings, hope each day brings you bountifull amounts of the things you love best. As much as you give, may you be blessed 7 fold in return. Aisha you have the best heart on NL. God bless you for all you're doing. You are a truly wonderful person, one in a million billion.

Abagworo:Do you think his 4 months in office is enough to have accomplished all that? Secondly, do you think he can at a wave of his pen, change the consitution? Lets be realistic. |
Kobojunkie:Stup!d question. Even ordinary people were present and yet he is an ex-head of state. Dumb. "Safe distance?" Yet 10 people lost their lives and 36 were injured? Safe indeed. Foolishness. |
overhyped:Why are so many pro-IBB folk popping up with 2 or 3 posts (or at most 100+)? |
Intelligence services of the US and UK? I hope we are not prepping ourselves for another Guatemala, Nicaragua or Iraq, Better not involve those folks in your issue if they aren't already pushing themsleves into it ![]() The only thing they care about is Shell, Chevron, Mobil and their other friends. I bet their support will go to the Man who can guarantee their investments the most ---> IBB or GEJ?
If not for them, more people would have died, possibly GEJ himself. Find out why Gordon Brown cancelled his trip to the celebrations. ![]() |
Abagworo:Really? I laf in Okokomaiko! ![]() |
drop4tp:Exactly. And thats why it is speculated he didn't turn up. According to NTA, there were more bombs set around Eagle Square, but the security agencies used high tech signals to jam them. |
violent:Jonathan already had intelligence (local and foreign) on who was doing what. In fact there are reports that a much bigger plot was thwarted (including bombs around the presidential palace). Give it up, Jonathan has much more info than you could dream up. That is why Okah was raided before Independence day, the same info Jonathan recieved prevented Gordon Brown from turning up. Monies ($100 Million) were traced by foreign intelligence to Okah and his co-conspirators. The noose is tight dude. Look at it this way, the culprits are zunked, cos all intelligence agencies are doing right now is tying up loose ends and mopping up. So far 9 goons have been arrested (including Dokpesi). It is certain that more will follow. |
chyz:At the time GEJ made the statement, there was already intelligence from the UK and US that implicated the guilty individuals. If all the intelligence was solid in exonerating MEND, who are we to ask why Jonathan made the claim? All thats left for govt now, is tie up loose ends so there are no evidence fck ups, make all arrests and prosecute. |
bidemi12:What do you expect when the intelligence services of the UK and US are involved? |
Its just IBB people afraid of what Okah will confess. ![]() |
I listened to the text messages on NTA and the OP totally twists things. The person that said "na we do am" did not know he was under surveilance, while he was speaking to a friend. The other messages about payment and meeting were exchanged between a separate group. |
Gayigaskia:But Dokpesi owns AIT. They are in the same camp as Sahara Reporters. I'll believe the story when other outlets carry it. One thing though, getting bailed does not exonerate an individual. He will have to report to the police at given times until his is arraigned. If he breaks the terms, then he might be held without bail. |
^ Sahara Reporters tells lies 90% of the time. Very strangely, they seem to be the only ones with the news. |
Gayigaskia:He was called maradona, because he was a man that could tell different stories from both sides of his mouth, while keeping a straight face. That was the most respectable way to call a head of state a liar and conman. Of course, some have mistaken his ability to lie as intellingence, in our unique Nigerian way; but everyone makes mistakes. |
Dis Guy:Sahara Reporters is best known for fake news these days, including photoshoping pictures and posting same as news. ![]() http://saharareporters.com/photo/photonews-jonathans-declaration-when-jonathan-women-met-goodluck-men www.nairaland.com/attachments/324341_SaharaReportersFakePicture_jpg69a0b6e4ad1c8831fa731bd73bb022d2 |
Gayigaskia:Do you seriously hold IBB in high esteem? Please don't, just open your history books and believe the horror of what will jump out at you concerning IBB. That man is as dirty as the gutter and he has so much innocent blood on his hands; nothing is too low for IBB. |
jamace:. . .Where he shall be made "pregnant" by the rugged descendants of Shina Rambo! ![]() ---fresh, pampared arsehole coming to "town"--- |
youngmonie:The guilty face death by hanging or firing squad. |
Akainzo:You've just shown you are a fool. So who validated Jomo Gbomo's first email? Laf go kill pesin for dis NL o! Imagine journalists becoming forensic detectives? Sahara Reporters??!! Abeg drop di sepe and stop puffing dat smoke jare! ![]() |
Tippy Top:. . .Especially when they are thieves to boot. Maybe Akainzo thinks Ibori is Einstein. |
Akainzo:Stop talking rubbish. When did press agencies start doing forensics on emails they recieve, just to prove that an email did or didn't come from Jomo Gbomo? Are they police? What a clown! . . .And lastly, forget about my IQ, its on a scale your type can't fathom. ![]() |
Anybody that has met Dokpesi one on one knows he is a very dull tool. I have met him several times. Let no one sit somewhere and even attempt to ascribe intelligence to the man. A lot of our big men are nothing but glorified thugs and robbers with very low IQ's. |
Did they want to kill the President or attempt a coup? |
Nigerian cops 'foiled bigger plot' Oct 4, 2010 11:11 PM | By Reuters -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nigeria's secret service said yesterday it foiled a larger plot to detonate at least six car bombs near key government and security buildings in Abuja days before Friday's Independence Day attacks. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The State Security Service said the killers planned a larger attack for Wednesday, September 29 in which at least six car bombs were to be detonated in the vicinity of the presidential villa, parliament and the supreme court. Spokesman Marilyn Ogar said nine arrests were made. The act of terrorism which took place on October 1 was planned for Wednesday, "but was foiled as soon as information was received" in the early hours of Tuesday. "The overriding objective of the group was to scare foreign visitors from attending the 50th anniversary celebrations." Nigeria's main militant group, the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, claimed responsibility, but President Goodluck Jonathan said that investigations showed the perpetrators had used that group's name as a cover. Ogar said: "They all have direct links with Henry Okah, the incident and some unscrupulous prominent elements in society." http://www.timeslive.co.za/africa/article689335.ece/Nigerian-cops-foiled-bigger-plot |
MaziUche0:Give me your email address and I'll send you and email from YOU in a couple of minutes. ![]() Easy peasy! |
kettykings:Now you are talking. It isn't just Scotland Yard, but CIA as well. These people have been warning JEG about the sort of alarming sums of money being moved around by certain "campaign" groups for some months now. |
It would be naive to blame Jonathan for IBB's absence. ALL past heads of state and presidents were there. To my mind, what happened at Eagle Square was meant to be much more bloody. Perhaps taking all dignitaries present with GEJ, hence IBB and Atiku didn't turn up. It is even foolish to assume that both men needed an invitation, afterall ordinary members of the public were able to attend. |
chyz:No. Nobody gives in to terrorists. Enough examples of such litter the Western World, from threats about policy to threats on games venues etc. |
