I find those who trample on the dignity of the dead out of sheer animalistic hatred to be utterly despicable creatures who should be best lined up and summarily shot. What bastar'ds like oyb have not thought about is, why the aircraft was lining up to land if the airspace was closed. We just have so many low fools like oyb parading the place and freely venting idiocy. A brief investigation would tell any educated mind that the plane crashed as it was approaching the airport to land. As soon as the pilot made a distress call, express clearance was given for the plane to come in immediately. That is the practice the World over. Would a born fool like oyb be the pilot of a plane (God forbid), then get into distress in the air and get told he can't land? Even a beast as emphatically stup!d as oyb would not obey such a call, talkless of flying round in circles for two hours. You've really got to be ammazed at the levels of idiocy that hatred rouses in some people. As for demdem, he was born and bred in the gutter, thats why he farts verbally like a mentally marooned leprechaun. You expect animals of his kind to swarm around falsehoods to fan the embers of their gutter breeding. |

The civilised mind would have expected a no nonsense meeting with MASSOB reps, followed by arrests. Heads must roll. |

macjive01: Beef its posible to jump out esp if you are seated at/near the four exits.I have been in a plane that went into an emergency procedure before; one of the first things that happens is that some of the crew harness themselves into special fittings by the door; thats one obstacle. The second is, you obviously cannot open a plane door while it is in flight. |

What happens is the pilot makes an announcement summarising the distress, tells everyone to go to their seats and fasten their seat belts. They give you the low down of oxygen bottles that drop down etc. At the same time, the crew troop toward the exits and strap themselves into special harnesses by the exits... Bro, its scary and organised. I was with my wife and kid. I was so happy they were fast asleep; luckily the emergency passed quickly, but it was really scary. gossips: Exactly the reason why I asked the questions that I asked. There's a rumour going round that the plane might have made it to the airport but for the shutting down of the airspace for about 2hrs. So it had to hover in the air to wait for a go-ahead to land. If this is anything close to being the truth, hmmm!The airspace wasn't shut down. Its just a very evil rumour started by Buhari and El-Rufai people to make political gain from the tragedy. The plane given emergency clearance to land as soon as the pilot called in distress, unfortunately they crashed before they could get to the airport. A truly horrible story. May their souls rest in peace. I doff my hat to the pilot who from eyewitness accounts, seems to have done everything possible to bring the plane down away from crowded areas. |
