TV/MoviesRe: What Do You Benefit From Watching The Big Brother Africa Show? by beeboy09(m): 6:27pm On May 28, 2013
To all the BBA haterz. You can hate all you want but take note that most Nigerians who won the show never took part in any sexual scandal. Isn't that enough to educate those who want to be educated in such a show that you can win such heinous shows by being yourself and not committing attrocities? Na wa o!
TV/MoviesRe: What Do You Benefit From Watching The Big Brother Africa Show? by beeboy09(m): 10:05pm On May 27, 2013
Hey! Its called entertainment because you only get entertained. Its like asking for entertainment while watching News meanwhile you already see that station showing news. If you want to get educated go to school or watch documentaries, sports? Go to sports channels, cartoons? Go to cartoon network. Don't come and start asking for education in a reality tv program aimed as a competition. Na wa o
TV/MoviesRe: What Do You Benefit From Watching The Big Brother Africa Show? by beeboy09(m): 4:44pm On May 27, 2013
Inik: Will you be watching the big brother Africa Season 8 show?
Some people view the show as a waste of time and a show that impacts nothing meaningful on the viewer.
Some others view it as a show that does not reflect our African culture and values.
Some people say the only reason the show is still running is because Dstv makes millions of rand from subscribers and advertisers.

Do you watch Big brother Africa? What are the benefits of watching the 90 days show?
Do you watch football matches?
What do you gain from watching football matches?
This is a totally dumb question you asked. I'm sorry to say.
RomanceRe: Most Nigerian Girls See Sex As A Favor by beeboy09(m): 2:51pm On May 25, 2013
SLIDE waxie: sure! And most times she say it to me esp wen she made d move.
It's a habit she learned from me. It changes ur orientation abt seeing sex as an advantage, and u as a superior!
Guy I'm sorry to say this shows how much of an illiterate you are. Sex is by consent. If a lady agrees it means she also wants it. This is a clear picture showing how a lot of ladies see men as the only initiator of such advances. What if she wants it and you accept? Would you ask for compensation? Or do you mean only men are involved in the act? Or you are so dumb thinking because men are mostly ontop and have the major energy used in such acts then they are the ones doing it to the girl? You need to stop thinking withing your tiny circle man!

cogitoErgo: Ha, I hope BokoHaram will not be given orpportunity to capture jet fighter o!
Even if they do it takes a lot to be a fighter pilot. Not just anyone can pick up a jet a fly it. Fighter pilots have to be A+ blood group, AA genotype and must have undergone G force test, supersonic tests and Mach tests. If you can't survive these then you won't survive just the take off.
CelebritiesRe: Big Brother Africa: Nigerian Celebrity You Wish To See In The House? by beeboy09(m): 4:15am On May 15, 2013
Have you all noticed this? Its a big market strategy that works for mnet. Besides the football seasons that runs from August to May every year the Big Brother reality show guarantees mnet millions of subscribers. In order to complete the loop between, the BBA show fills the empty space. Nice strategy. If you don't come outside that box you won't observe.

RomanceRe: Men: Do You Have to Be Financially Stable Before Marriage or Not? by beeboy09(m): 9:19am On May 12, 2013
Mr knowitall made a big point. I will try to rephrase his comments. "You don't need to be financially stable to get married cos only 2 people are involved but when you want to begin having kids you must be financially stable." Now most people who get married and have kids 9months after they wed I personally see their marriage as a means of drowning their sexual urge but for those who get married late I may understand. I personally don't see anything wrong with having kids 2-3yrs after marriage.
Music/RadioRe: Are Ladies Respected In Nigerian Music Videos? by beeboy09(m): 9:01am On May 12, 2013
This simply shows that you love to be in those ladies shoes. Its your wildest dream simply put. Change your taste of genre of music from afro pop to soul or classics. I'm sure you won't see ladies disrespect themselves there. But because u love to dance, and to dance you must shake your booty there is no other sex that does booty shaking better than ladies.

GamingCan Nigeria Brag In The Gaming World? by beeboy09(op): 9:20pm On Apr 07, 2013
In the 90's the "Evolution" of Gaming has haunted the homes of Parents who feel its a waste of time and money. Thesame could be said of the music industry back then but as technology will have it, "Gaming", has become a career choice to a lot of youths who engaged themselves in the act. This, of course, is predominant in the western world.
Gaming portfolios have suffered severe piracy in Asia and Africa hence it becomes very hard for genuine brain work by these artistic visionaires to gain financially in these regions. The question still remains "Do Nigerians Engage in the real Global gaming world?" Personally I would say no. Why? You may ask? Global Gaming exists only in the World Wide Web (www).
A lot of youngstar are carried away with "Jailbreaks" believing they get more from a game when in actual fact they are depriving themselves of a network of actual gamers. Predorminantly in the Sony PlayStation Brand.
While I was still in Uni, a private Uni, I introduced my friends to network gaming via laptops. It was so interesting that they could understand that real Gaming is not just going against an Artificial Intelligence but facing someone like u, a human being. We got so good and decided it was time to extend our "civilisation" to the world wide web. To our surprise non of us could last seconds without getting a head shot. Back to square one, the local champions became "Padawans": I mean apprentice. Sha we made a lot of friends with people from other countries. Funny enough other countries like south Africa, Uganda and Kenya already had hosts addresses but naija never had till we came in. The point here is that the people in Alaba and Oshodi wish to decieve a lot of people to jailbreak and get so much when it actually is a means to limit you.
So many factors may come to play in making it boring such as Power, Internet connection etc but I can assure you that a taste of what is out there will keep you out there, besides if you are one with a lot of IT knowledge and u have a paypal account then there's lots of monies to be made.
My talk Is from a personal point of view. I also have friends who studied Computer Game programing up to masters level and I can boldly tell you that there a lot you don't get to know till you know.

CelebritiesRe: Damilola Adegbite Is The Sexiest Actress In Nigeria Now! by beeboy09(m): 5:39pm On Mar 29, 2013
Orikinla: But they are not Damilola the sexiest celebrity actress in Nigeria.
If they have it, they would have been caught on the red carpet, except they have pretty faces, but scrawny legs like many noisy females on Nairaland who don't wear skirts and prefer to use jeans to hide their scrawny legs on the street. grin
She's a graduate of Bowen Uni FYI
LiteratureWhy Must You Use "Being" Instead Of Been In Sentences? by beeboy09(op): 1:31pm On Mar 27, 2013
Oh my! It aches me so much because I see ignorance all around her comment. I saw confidence yet a strong show of ignorance in her use of words. "I have being noticing how bad our Politicians are" the use of that word wrongly could give a heartache. Its not like I never read anyone use it wrongly but this one caught me off guard.
Its a common trend amongst Nigerian youths in the South-West. Just incase anyone is curious I would like to be an English teacher for a moment. The word "be" should not be used as a past continuos tense. What I mean to say is that u cannot say "I have being at home", Instead u shld say "I have been at home". This problem is as a result of the poor education standards in Nigeria. We need help

EducationRe: Nigerian Boarding School Experiences by beeboy09(m): 6:36pm On Mar 20, 2013
There are only 2 Military Schools in Nigeria. One by the Nigerian AirForce: Airforce Military School (AFMS) Jos and the First every by the Army: Nigerian Military School (NMS) Zaria. These 2 schools are the only schools being controlled by the Ministry of Defence. For AFMS about 200 students are admitted 3 each fro each state in nigeria but about 70 can stand the hardship of 6yrs. These students are being paid like most serving militarY soldiers and stand out. After graduation they become Ex-boys but fewer still become Ex-Jam (Ex-Junior Airmen).

PoliticsRe: Should FG Grant Boko-Haram Amnesty? by beeboy09(m): 10:53pm On Mar 11, 2013
Let's face facts. The northerners are furious because yaradua gave the Niger Delta Militants Amnesty. They decided to form a Militant group with the hope that such treatment will be accorded to them as well. This is a totally dumb move by the northerner and this proves beyond all measures the rate of illitracy that comes from the region.
I can boldly say that most northern governors pay their way into Govt houses, bribing the illiterate indigenes who don't know what democracy is all about.
Who are to blame for the under-development in the north? No one else but those at the helm of power. I rest my case.
