The things you can do to help yourself

Start wearing hijab
Play Ruqyah CD via head phones and dry spit into water or olive oil
Eat ajwa dates esp when you have these dreams.
Learn tajweed
Also pray tahajud and pray for a total cure from these all.

Wokeyim, how long is the flight? My only ever BFP was done abroad, had ET on Sunday and flew home the next day. Was carrying bags and all, took a 3 hr train and a bus ride from one city to the airport. Now arrived in UK in the evening and the following day was on a 3 hr train ride to Manchester to visit my bro and it worked. So if it's going to work it will. All other cycles I would chill out for 2 weeks, result BFN. My first ever BFP, I never relaxed and it happened.

GP- are you in the UK? 4 years without getting tested. You need to get all of the female hormone test carried out fish, lh, prolactin, progesterone btw day 2-5 and get the progesterone tested after ovulation to check if wife is ovulating. You need to get yourself tested as well.

I'm pleased to inform you that I gave birth to a bouncing baby girl this AM. If ALLAH can do this, after 9 years of marriage and 7 IVF then he can do it for you. Just keep on trusting ALLAH and never give up.

It's been a long journey but worth it at the end!

Come and help me thank God o. He has done it for me. Gave birth to a bouncing baby girl this morning! This was my 7th transfer. If He can do this, girls pls don't lose hope. It's also our 9th year anniversary tomorrow.

milk is very good because of its protein content. i was told to drink 1l everyday during stimulation.

@ twin tower, this was my report: Multi-fibroid uterus of 16/40 wks size, mobile large-12cm subserosal fibroid arising from left cornua, distorting the left tube, total 8 fibroids removed.

To be honest I just kept on going from one IVF clinic to the other and they could see the fibroids in a scan but they all said it wasn't in my womb and was outside my womb. I even had numerous hysteroscopies all confirming the same thing.

I was then referred to a gynaecologist when I fell quite ill, he was upset with the amount of tx I had and as soon as he checked me, he just put me down for Myomectomy.

@ twintower, fibroids can be seen by a scan but you will never know the full effect on your fertility unless it's removed.

I had mine removed. It was massive at about 780g or so and I just carried on doing icsi not knowing the effect it had on my womb. Try and see a specialist who's an expert in this. What I've realised is IVF doctors focus more on trying to get eggs, so as to fertilise but you always need an expert in every field to contribute to a successful cycle.

Everyone on this page has been on a journey and I pray we all see the end of tunnel very soon. I had massive fibroids in my womb that was protruding out into the wall of my womb and hubby saw Dr Ramsay that Bcolah mentioned above( after many prayers) been begging him to see the Dr for nearly 4 yrs, Na fight all the time. If I tell u guys how myself and my Dr cajoled him, na another story for another day.

We did a lot of tests for hubby and he put him on Some drugs its escaped my mind now. But will check and get back to you guys.

Glo27, when did you do the test? What day of your cycle?

Evacroft it does rule out PCOS and shows you're very fertile. Have u had DH checked as well?

@ Quincy girl, vitamin e is too much, stop the extra bit e, add vitamin d instead.

The extra vit b will still cause your bone to start tingling in a bit, stop that too.

The dosage of vitamin b and e in pregnacare is enough. Hope it helps!
