Emeldyn: Exactly what I was thinking cuz I couldn't see the wedding ring
I have watched their weddings, they use the Bible to take vows instead of rings. But am bit confused because the RCCG in Nairobi, they all do jewelry including the senior pastor's wife.tiamiyukunle69, you didn't answer the question please. Is it that RCCG is against wearing of jewelry & exposing hair in church for women, or is it a personal choice?

Health › Re: Weak Erection: What My Uncle Told Me by Beey(f): 12:21pm On May 09, 2017 |
supereagle: I spoke to my uncle this morning about my experience that I have been having on the weak erection of unknown medical cause, I have done some tests, but nothing could be traced to be the cause. Whenever I take some blue pills, I usually have it strong. Anyway, he told me stop eating Maggi, that it causes sickness of the body mechanism, That I should use "Iru" to cook. I told my wife she supported that. My mum does not even use Maggi to cook. I will try it. Does eating Maggi in the meal affect the working mechanism of the body ? Anyone can speculate anything but your best option would be to see a qualified medical doctor.Besides, I heard stories of people who died from use of viagra because it affected their heart. So beware. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Why Do Pentecostals Reject Catholic Baptism by Beey(f): 6:12pm On May 08, 2017 |
I go to a Pentecostal church, though was raised in the Presbyterian church, which baptizes by sprinkling water on the forehead just like the Catholic Church. It allows infant baptism, but I was baptized as adult. When I relocated to a new place & joined the Pentecostal church, they tried to persuade me to get baptized a 2nd time by immersion, but I declined.I was personally convicted that water cannot change me as a person but my faith in Christ. When I received forehead baptism, I was an adult and knew what my faith was all about. What of those who choose to follow Christ and yet live in desert areas where there's hardly any water? If they receive Christ, confess Him as Lord & receive a forehead baptism due to tough environmental conditions, can we question their faith & say they are not Christian enough because they weren't baptized through immersion? For me faith is personal & not necessarily denominational practices. |

That Ghanaian artist they call Shatta Wale, his wife said their meeting was a one night stand but they fell in love and have been together ever since. But What works for some might not work for others. |

Edu3Again: So wait oh. A Nigerian pastor imprisoned a woman. Is that man truly from God?
Also why is she in prison if she has not been sentenced?
Nigeria is turning into a genuine zoo, if it's not one already.
The Pastor that imprisoned her should hang his head in shame. Kemi was already released on bond couple of weeks ago. |

austino677: but when its hot.. . It's hotter than lagos? I am not sure how hot Lagos gets but is it close to the ocean? If so, the Lagos weather would be similar to Mombasa weather which is both hot and humid.Atleast Nairobi's is dry heat without humidity & so people survive without AC even in hot weather unlike Mombasa which lies along the Indian Ocean. |

BedLam: I think there's a larger room to improve the agriculture sector as I see the land is very fertile and the weathe is favorable. Most of these farmers I saw are peasants. With the herd of sheeps I saw as well, this country should be exporting cotton from sheeps. You mean wool? |
