Churches are taking in billions and cannot even bring themselves to offer the minutest of incentives to members who voluntarily offer their time and resources to make sure the church runs smoothly.

If you cannot pay them, at least, give them something little to show you appreciate their contribution to your ministry.

The difference between countries that progress and Africa is that the former have a hunger for understanding and conquering the seen and unseen world. They operate at a higher material and immaterial vibration that we do in the dark continent.

While the nations that progress have achieved and continually pursue Self Actualization per Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory, we are almost permanently stuck on the Prestige/Status step.

If we can make a cultural shift to the self actualization step, we'll be just as unstoppable.

Many people do not know that China was a former British colony just like Nigeria was, but the gap in development between China and Nigeria is as wide as if China itself were never colonised. We need a massive cultural mindset shift in Africa.

As @ when I met my wife he neglected them even though he was doing well but @ a point the guy's aunt scolded him bfr he changed. The first child is now 8yrs(boy) the second is 5yrs(girl) the male child despise his biological dad because of how he treats the mum when they were together and how he refused to marry his mum bfr our wedding he now stopped fr about a yr now....he lives and works outside Lagos.
