The test you do is dependent on your answers to the medical questions on eMedical client. However, these tests are non-negotiable, radiology (chest X-ray), HIV, Physical examination and urine test (I don't know what they check for in it).

How long you prepare depends on how good your knowledge of English rules is. You can prepare for it in three days (devoting 30mins each day) like I did and still get a good point provided you are not aiming for an 8.0 in all band .
