Hi friends, please I'm considering moving to Australia with a 3month temporary work visa, I care to know if I can renew it after the 3 month while working there. I'm not a graduate, so I hope to do any available positive job or enroll in a disable care training. Please advice me, I'm completely naive on this matter.
Thank you!
Who issued you a three month temporary work visa? What is the class of the visa?

I know in Europe people settle one way or the other it's just a matter of time so why not Australia?
The immigration laws and policies in the European countries are different from Australia. It is easier for illegal immigrants to survive easily in Europe moving from country to country but little difficult in Australia as it is an island.

Are there illegal immigrants in Australia? Yes there are. Most have local support base and usually the Asians who shipped themselves in. I cannot begin to list the pains and sufferings they go through.

I wouldn't advice anyone to travel to Australia without a legal permit to work. This is not the USA where you may find under the table jobs. Life will be more terrible for the person and would have preferred to remain in Nigeria. In the end, you will eventually be caught, sent to immigration detention centre before being deported.

My advice, if your visitor's visa is a no further stay condition, return home and restrategise. The only condition that can make you stay is if on arriving you develop a medical condition that the doctors assess that returning home may result in death. Aside that, I can't think of any other thing. Even if you do rush rush marriage with a citizen, you will still have to return home before you apply for spouse visa and that is another long thing.

Goodluck with whatever anyone on visitor's visa plans to do.

@lordfemzy,

Market research analyst and marketing specialist are currently sponsored by Northern territory. Going by the available information, it takes at least 9 months for NT to consider an application for sponsorship.
If you are willing to wait that long, you can give it a trial knowing that your only possible option is NT.

Think about it

The only occupation I can think of is sales and marketing manager. That is dependent on your ability to meet AIMS requirements.

Go to AIMS website (assessing body) for further information. Sales and marketing manager has better prospects for migration than customer service manager at the moment.

Good morning sir, i thank you for the good work that you have been doing through this platform. I am a Pharmacist and i work in a federal teaching hospital but for the past 7years i have been working in the hospital's productions unit where we manufacture all sorts of consumables .Will it be possible for me to get a positive evaluation as a production manager? I intend to go the way of state nomination,either Tasmania or Southern Australia (visa 190 or 489)
Honestly, I can't give you a definite advice on this. VETASSES is the assessing authority and with them, caution is very important. I wouldn't know if the hospital's consumable production unit will be classified as a manufacturing unit.

I am sorry, I am unable to help on this occasion.

hello sir.
what's your advice .
Age -27
Qualifications HND and ND.
course Building technology.

3 years experience.
Building and Engineering Technician is only on South Australia's sponsor list and it is on 489 as well as special conditions.

I will suggest you assess as a bricklayer with TRA. You can relate your experience to bricklaying. The building blocks of building profession is in bricklaying.

He can get up to 70, from the points calculator.
As it stands today, he needs at least 85points as an accountant to be assured of an invite. Victoria and two other states sponsor Human Resource managers. You both can do the skill assessment if you have the resources and then take it from there.

Travel › Re: Living In Australia/life As An Australian Immigrant by bellong: 12:31am On Apr 07, 2018
@vbaba,

A visitor visa does not give the grantee work conditions.

The visa is questionable. Nigeria is not an eligible country for such visa except you didn't apply with a Nigerian passport.

My opinion is to not waste your resources in traveling with that visa.

@Joslight,

I think you are mixing up everything. The ITA from NT will be different if you end up with positive assessment from AIMS.
I don't think using an agent will add any value to your situation because you already survived it. I believe you don't have residuals of the cancer cells left. Meanwhile, ask the agent about details of the ITA.

You are still on point with the AIMS assessment, you can always switch if you end up with 189 invitation later. The issue is just money, you will pay the money again.

@All,

To those at the ITA stage, please ensure that the person you are nominating in your employment reference as the line manager is conversant with all your information. The person should also be willing to take necessary steps when contacted by DIBP.

Don't use someone who has been looking for a way to deal with you or doesn't want you to leave their company. It is pathetic that someone's boss jeopardized the Visa application by providing information different from what DIBP has. Application was refused on that note with millions wasted.

I am hoping that that particular application will encounter a turn around for good.

If you use your friend in the company, it is better than using a bitter boss.
