I don't stay in Lagos so can't help you with where you can run the scan. But most big Laboratories used offer that service. Most public and private hospitals as well.
The cost should be lower at public hospitals. I did mine at a private hospital, and the cost was 60k at the time. I doubt if the cost has gone up.
