This is no good news. This huge inflow into mutual funds is the reason tb rate have plummeted. I expect the rate to hit zero soon, and watch people begging businesses(perhaps through the stock market) and anyone with some useful ideas to take and trade with thier money. A friend of mine just opened up to me about her relationship. She said when she met her man, she assumed she was younger than him because he looked so big and more mature than her and he also acts mature than her.

One day, they were discussing their age and she found out she was older, so she had to lie about her age. The relationship went on and the love grew stronger, then a day came, she asked him if he can marry a lady older than him, he said 'never' she asked what if it's just one year? He still said ' never'. Then she asked him that what if he later found out that his girlfriend is older, what would he do? He said he would end the relationship.

Age will never be a cause for any problem in a marriage except on this 2 conditions;

1. If she refuses to recognise him as her husband and do what any wife should do for her husband.

2. If they experience fertility issues, the guy might begin to think it's because she too old, irrespective of how young she is. But this second condition will only come about if the guy is halfbaked.

For the woman, If the guy becomes irresponsible in future, she too could attribute it to his being too young for her.

But by and large, it should never be a problem and may never be, if both parties are matured and responsible enough.

Now as for his response, it may or may not be taking seriously. Your friend need not distance him, but instead, she should begin expecting the worst while hoping for the best. If their relationship is meant to lead to marriage, she should begin observing his treatment of thier relationship more closely. Is he still as committed? Does he miss her calls now than before? Does he give excuses for why he can't do things for her or see her? Is he still comfortable showing her to friends and relations? If they were sexually intimate before, is he now more demanding of sex? that could be an indication he's becoming less emotionally involved with her, not always but sometimes.

If the relationship fails however, she can take one thing from it; put all your scorecards on the table abinisio on your next relationship. It saves you time and needless stress. No human is worth the stress of hiding who you really are. It's no crime that you're X or Y years old.

Read Mathew 25 to 27 and you would see that the faithful and discreet slave Jesus talked about means completely different things from what the governing body is teaching Jws. Read that scripture on your own without the watchtower magazine. You can try reading that account from various translations. This religion has destroyed countless homes and families. This religion is the proverbial sheep in wolf covering.
They harbor child molesters, refusing to report them to the authorities, and victims of child molestation who choose to leave the religion because of injustice meted to them are shunned forever by loved ones, unless they return to the group.
Jws will not even report to the authorities one who confesses to killing people.
It's a one way street, and thier love is conditional. They love bomb you when you become thier member; but once you uncover thier false doctrines and head for the exit, they accuse of leaving Jehovah and then withdraw all thier conditional love. They tell everyone of thier members, your members who are Jws inclusive to shun you, never to even say a greeting to you.If you live with your parent at the time of making this decision, then you must leave the home, and your parents must never speak with you again unless you return back to the group.

Bottom line is this, although Jws regard as worldly and a Babylonian anyone not a member of thier cult, you're better off never joining the religion. If you ever join the religion, you must never leave. If you do, you'll loose everything and everyone you've ever known and had as friend or family.

Brings me to yet another very interesting part of the Jws; judgement!

Did Jesus not say to stop judging others? Well that command clearly does not apply to Jws and watchtower organisation.
Judgementalism is another word for the watchtower organisation. Like you've heard Maximus here say unequivocally, they believe every religion other than thier own is false. What he will not tell you here, but which they teach and strongly hold onto is that, everyone not a Jw will be killed at Armageddon. Who gave them that authority to determine which is true and false, who lives and who gets destroyed?

Jws have what they call a Judicial committee. This committee is set up to judge people they term wrong doers who may have confessed to some biblical or non-biblical Sin, or who may have been accused by fellow witnesses who by the way police one another, watching to see that anyone who steps out of line is reported to the elders and is punished. By the way, what I meant by non-biblical Sin, are acts that do not constitute Sin in the Bible but made so by the watchtower organisation governing body pharasaic laws and policies, many of which are found in thier elders handbook, circuit overseers handbook, Bethel handbook, etc. Most rank and file witnesses know little or nothing of this handbooks as they are kept secret from them. In this handbooks, merely celebrating birthdays, christmas, disagreeing with the doctrines of the governing body, attending towns union meetings, growing beard, associating with a former member even if that former member is your mum, dad, son,
or daughters, and hundreds of other pharasaic laws they've made for thier members are considered and treated with equally the same gravity as the sin of fornication and adultery. Those who engage in any of this sins and are caught, are immediately summoned before a usually 3 or 4 men judicial committee and judged often with disastrous consequences for the offender. The worst of which is disfellowshiping. If you're disfellowshiped, you're as good as dead, if not worse. You'll loose all your social support structure. Your friends, family, and congregation members immediately stop talking or having anything to do with you, not even a greeting, and they do this without an iota of knowledge of why you have been so judged and condemned. They do this not because they choose to, but because the authorities of the organisation have told them to do so. It's so bad that your friend who perhaps accompanied you to the venue of the judicial committee seating, and perhaps waited behind for you in the car, will never speak with you again if you come out and break the news that you've been disfellowshiped. More on this later.

Jws are always on each others neck as far as judging is concerned. By merely seeing your outward appearance, a Jw has already made up his or her mind about whether you are a spiritual or weak Jw. They draw this conclusions from, how clean shaved you are, how tight or loose your pants are, how fitted or loose your shirt, skirt, or suit is, how short or long your skirt is, how long your lashes are, and many other outward things. Jws are therefore always under pressure to conform to the dictates of the governing body in order to be accepted as spiritual and to enjoy numerous privileges. It doesn't matter whether or not you're truly spiritual on the inside, you're only judged by your outward appearance and public display of spirituality. As a result, many Jws live what they call double life. When they are before fellow Jws and others who know they are Jws, they become saints, but when they are by themselves, or in strange land, they become thier real self.

There a lot more to say about Jws and thier judgementalism. I just wanted to give the audience here an idea into why Maximus would imply that I'm a devil for questioning thier doctrine. Some of you might say, but Jws are not the only religion who are judgemental. Wonders shall never end. Dear all, you can now see it for yourselves, Jws are only calm and nice until they loose thier cool. They are really no different from every other Christians. Their seeming innocence is purely superficial. They will attack you like any other human being when challenged.
I feel for Jws. Every Jw is always filled with guilt and feeling of inadequacy because of the constant huge demands placed on thier shoulders by thier governing body. Jws are never able to do enough. When you see them on the streets going from house to house, it's not because they want to, it's usually because they would be seen as lacking spirituality if they don't. It's because they need to be seen by thier elders to be spiritually minded. It's because they'd have to report to the governing body the number of hours they spent preaching every month. That report is usually the hallmark of your spirituality or lack of it.

I pray and hope that some of you young men and women here who are Jws will take a moment to do some personal research about this religion most of you have been born into with a view to consciously and deliberately deciding whether or not it's for you.

There's a lot of materials, websites, YouTube videos on the religion of Jehovah's witnesses that you'll find quite revealing. There's a lot that the governing body does not want you to see or know; which is why they often keep hammering loyalty to organisation, when in fact they mean, loyalty to the governing body and not to God. Don't be afraid to use the internet to research the religion. After all, they have thier site on the internet, and they encourage others to visit thier site. I have another question. Is it true Jehovah's witnesses are barred from reading any material that attempts to be critical of thier beliefs?
If true, I wonder how a witness will ever find out if the men of the governing body are wrong on in a particular doctrine, especially when that doctrine or policy could be costly to him or her.

I'm aware from my reading of thier publications that members are repeatedly urged to trust the governing body, to be loyal to them, even when the direction they provide does not make sense. Juxtapose that with Psalms 146:3 and see if thier demand from thier members is scriptural.

Therefore abstaining from blood is not possible if one eats those. Blood fractions saves lives. Blood transfusion saves lives.

I have a question please. Why are Jehovah's witnesses taught to reject blood transfusion but accept blood fractions made from blood donated by other donors? I'll like to know the biblical basis for this confusing doctrine and standard please.

I can't really see the difference between this doctrine and someone who say I'm not allowed to eat beans but I can eat foods made from beans like Akara or moi moi. I really need help in understanding this.

Hello everybody. I am Nigerian based in France. My English it is not 100% perfect but I will try to make it possible for you to understand me with the help of google french to English translator and my story is also long sorry for that.

When I was 9 years old I joined my uncle, my mum's younger brother in France. He declared me as his daughter. During that time he only had one child, 2 years old. He and the wife were so loving to me. I never lacked anything in their house.

But when I turned 12, I went to secondary school. I met some bad friends there. This is where the problem started.I became a very difficult child. I will go to school come home late. My uncle will beat and beat me but I never listened. I smoked my first cigarette at 12 and had my first sex at 13 and I started running away from home to stay with boyfriends. Sometimes I can go for a week and when uncle reporta me missing, the police will be looking for me, then they will bring me back home.

Then at 14 I went to school and lied to my teacher that my uncle was abusing me. I told them he was beating me with belts, electric wire, they don’t give me foods and I really said a lot of bad things about them doing to me to make my teacher believe my story so they could take me away from them because I wanted freedom and my teacher believed me and reported to the police and child protection, they are people who take away abused children from their parents. They took custody of me and my uncle three children, the youngest was 6 months old to their care and they gave us to this white lady to care for us and my uncle and wife were arrested for child abuse and the police were doing some investigation.

After spending 1yr 9 months in care of the white lady I dropped out school. They found out that I was a difficult child that I lied to get freedom so they have decided to give my uncle his children back to him while I stayed in care of white people but my uncle had sworn because I made him lost his children for 1yr 9 months that I will never found happiness in my life and I will never enjoy the fruit of my labour which it is true as I am typing this.

I have given birth to 6 children by 6 men and none of the children is living with me. The first one was taken away from me at 2 months old because I beat her up and fractured her hands and I also tested positive for heroinn (drugs), so that did not stop me from giving birth second child was removed from my care 4 hours after birth she also tested positive for heroin the same way my other children were removed at birth too so I carry on with my lifestyles. I did not care about my children at that time all I care about was sex, alcohol and drugs this is what I wanted and I have been to prison several times for selling drugs and fraudsters. The longest I have spent in prison was 2 years then after i left prison, I met with this sister who introduced me to this church she attended so I went along with her, the pastor told me to confess my sin to him and promised it will be a secret between I, him and God which I did repented and accepted Jesus as my saviour. To be honest, my life did changed a lot, I fell the peace in my heart , enjoyed going to church every Sunday but this pastor went tell his wife my life story and the wife told everyone in church my life story and started using it against me so it made me so angry that I left the church in November 2017 without looking back. I have decided not to attend any church again. I have stopped alcohol, taking drugs and sleeping with men I no longer do it. I prayed at home, read my bible and behaving good and it's almost 2 years I havnt slept with a man and i went to look for my uncle asking him for forgiveness but he has refused and I send him many text messages begging him to forgive and I still no heard anything from him or the wife even their children I have tried to ask them forgiveness they have blocked me and they all want nothing to do with me even my own parents and siblings in Africa they have rejected me, none of them want to talk to me, my parents said i am dead to them, it is so painful I cry everyday in my prayers, as for my children 4 of them are adopted with new family. I can't see them again maybe until they are 18 years old If they want to know me if they don't want I will have no choice to accept it and my 2 youngest children i am only allowed to see them once a year in a children play centre with someone supervise because they don't let me to be alone with them and soon I will stop visiting them because they are planning to adopt them to a new family too that will mean I will have nobody on this earth.

I regret my mistake so bad I wish I could change it but it will no be impossible. I can't have more children because they will be removed from me like the others and I am only 31years old. I don't know if my repentance was genius because my family has refused to forgive me and my question goes like this if they never forgive me will I ever found happiness again or I will just have to accept it until I died?

Please, advise me in a Christian way maybe if there's more I can do and also prayed for me so my family will be able to forgive me and also pray for my two children that nobody will adopt them so I can get custody of them and i promised to be a good mother to them, please I am begging you in the name of God.

As difficult as it might sound, it will be near impossible to have those kids back. You said they tested positive for heroin at birth. That will mean you cared nothing about any of those kids while you carried them in your womb. That those children are alive is probably because of the good Health system there, the authorities, and the care of thier new parents. You lost the right to be mother to those children.
If you wish, you may go ahead and have another child or children(You're still young). If you're able to take good care of them, that will bring you joy, and possibly make it possible for some of your other children and even relatives to see you're now a new person.

Work hard to be somebody. Challenge yourself, go back to school if you can, get a degree, and you'll see the world taking note of you again, even those who have lost hope in you.

I read what she wrote, and I guess you did too. If you did, you'll see that whatever she did was premeditated because she's threatening to do same and even worse to a cheating husband she's yet to have. A person like that posses a risk to society and should be confined away from normal humans. What you don't know in defending psychos like her is that the victim could be your brother, and who knows, she could act on mere suspicion and end the life of an innocent man. Allowing her threats here to go unhindered could embolden others; both men and women to follow same course, and even you could be a victim. Her barbaric act and threat of violence is unacceptable. She needs to be stopped.
