We all grew up having the herdsmen as neighbours taking their cows pass our primary schools wen we were kids, they lived close to us...I remember den even in d secondary school always joking with some that take their cattle's pass my house, as dey pass my house I would tell d herdsman to give me one cow, he will smile and say "one cow one yanrinya" cos of my cute sisters...den I'll say, aboki go siddon you too like woman....we would joke about it, so y all dese hostility now??.....

The topic of this thread obviously contradicts what the images depict.
First picture is of an herdsman (not herdsmen according to the op) relaxing while he watches his cattle graze on the grasses beside a school (which happens nearly everyday in a government school beside my house in Osun state). The pupils were enjoying the sight (as against the impression of fright portrayed by the topic). could the buildings at the background of the pictures with cattle be part of the school building too? I couldn't just figure out an invaded classroom in any of the pictures. The essence of the pictures of the classroom and some supposed members of staff of the school remains a poser to my brain.

Why do some people like causing fear where there is none? Heating the polity unnecessarily.

I call on the mods to squelch this thread because it's inciting, misleading and corrosive.

Chibok is a semi urban community and not a rural village. Even a higher primary school pupil from schools in those areas communicate in basic English language, talk less of an SS3 student writing WAEC, which is a regional exams set in English language only. Were they supposed to write or have written the ones they wrote in Hausa or Fulfude language? Were they taught Newton's law of gravity and other Physics theories in Hausa also, if so, show me one Physics textbook written in Hausa language.
I believe they wrote junior WAEC before they were promoted to SS classes, was that written in Hausa also?

So they forgot how to speak all the English they learnt in school during their 3yrs of 'captivity'? Even a baby will laugh at you ridiculously, do those girls look like people kept in isolation and are looking so healthy and well kept, do they not converse among themselves?
