For the fever I suggest you go see your Dr.
You can eat Pawpaw as long as it's very ripe, not half ripe o. Pele.
What other mamas have said is true eating unripe or half ripe pawpaw can cause MC. A friend lost her baby to unripe pawpaw( long story)

BS Finally....
So, I had been having regular BH contractions since 38weeks sometimes 5min apart sef. went for my appointment and was 0cm dilated and 50% effaced. baby was head down but not engaged yet. 39weeks same story. I was really expecting cos my first came at 39weeks, Na so I dey pray everyday for labour to start o & every "over sabi preg expert" kept saying "your belle never come down, you'll go pass your due date" ( story....)
Fast forward to Monday( 39w+6days)
Around 9am I had what felt more like a bad tummy ache, laid down for a while then used the bathroom and there it was..my mucus plug all bloody, the contractions started coming every 5-10min lasting for about 20-30sec, they we're painful but manageable. I quickly had my bath, picked a few things and ate. It continued like that till 12pm and then it stopped. No contractions, nothing nothing.
Na so I carry myself lie down, I waited ..12:30 nothing..12:40 still no contractions ( was still loosing a bit of my mucus plug each Time I wiped) I just concluded it was false labour and decided to do other things( for my mind).
I was trying to get DD to sleep When I had another contraction at 1:07pm this time it lasted for 1min then it came every 5min lasting for 1min.
Then at 1:35pm I heard "POP" :omy water broke, by the next contraction no body told me to move..the pain do me like film trick . That's how we raced to the hospital which was 20min away, plus small traffic. By the time we got to the hospital I was in tears ( I should have known no two labours are the same cos I was busy comparing)
Got admitted to L& D, the nurse was trying to make me use the bathroom and change but I could not move. that's how they carried me to the bed, started the IV, checked and I was 7cm dilated already. Four contractions later & I was screaming, "I need to push" " I have to push" (all this time my Dr had not arrived o! and one Dr that looked like she was going to use me for experiment was getting ready to take the delivery). Anyway I was asked not to push & it took plenty self control not to.
Was checked again and was 10cm already and as God would have it Dr walked in that min and after 3sets of pushes my princess made her grand entry at 3:07pm, weighed 6lbs 14oz.

I just give God praise and I pray for all pushing mamas, safe, quick and supernatural delivery IJN.

We will all carry our bundles of joy, healthy mama and baby(ies).

The ever faithful God has blessed my lovely Husband and I with a priceless princess. Words can't explain my joy and I stand in awe of you Lord.
