Apparently, you guys have still not gotten it yet. All this cheap propaganda and smear campaign ain't working. If anything, it is adding to GMB's popularity. AIT aired a 60 minute paid documentary, which the PDP thought would be a knockout blow for GMB. The next day they tried to test the efficacy of their politics of calumny - by creating an online poll. We all know how that ended up. Wake up guys. It's all over! #TeamGMB2015 |
Certain APC stronghold states (like Lagos, Imo, Rivers, Ogun) record low collection. However, looking at the analysis of the Zonal numbers, my bet is still on #TeamGMB2015. |
Nice to see PDP on the defensive for once. Now I have to say that PDP is genuinely scared of losing. They have found out that all their cheap propaganda and smear campaign is not working. If anything, it is adding to the popularity of GMB. #SaiBuhari |
This was a senatorial zone rally. APC would never shift their Presidential or Gubernatorial rally. How? For who? #SaiBuhari |
While I do agree that Nigerian politicians generally do not have principles, and will always pitch their tent anywhere their interest is best served, I must say that this guy (called FFK) is the worst of them all. I'm shocked to hear that he said all that a while ago, yet today he sings a completely different tune. Apparently, OBJ was right - "FFK is my boy, just give him some food and he'll sing for you" In any case, he (FFK) was right on so many fronts : (a) Nigerians need change. (b) The north and the West have the numbers to effect that change. (c) The leadership of APC is superior to that of PDP. Shame on PDP, Shame on GEJ, shame on FFK. #TeamGMB2015 |
Even the Ghanaian president looks more presidential. The appearance of GEJ spells timidity (and weakness). Pls just leave already. I can't stand your sight anymore. #TeamGMB2015 |
Shame on you Atedo Peterside for subtly campaigning for your benefactor GEJ. Why not be man enough to take sides, rather than insult our intelligence by pretending to make an unbiased analysis. Where you not the one, only a few days ago, who was moderating in Lagos when your benefactor met with the organized private sector. How many committees have you been a member in this government. (I know where your loyalty lies, so don't patronize me with your lopsided analysis). Finally, which poll are you referring to - that we do not all know about. I get it, you guys were so embarrassed with the one conducted by AIT, so you had to collude with them to bring it down, and quickly arrange your secret poll to give Jonathan a false sense security. I challenge you to provide us with the link to that poll, and we will embarrass you again. #TeamGMB2015 |
The devil is a liar. Shame on PDP! Abeg, wetin be the SMS code again make I go send my widows might - as we no fit raise N21b from corrupt politicians and contractors. #TeamGMB2015. |
Understandable! However, I can also say that though GMB is not perfect, I will support him because of the rot which GEJ has caused. (1) How much megawatts of electricity have been added to the national grid in 6yrs despite billions of dollars spent? (2) How did subsidy payment jump from under 400billion to over 1.5trillion in a matter of months? (3) Why has there not been any record of prosecution of any public official for corruption in the last 6 years? (4) Why has insecurity become so widespread in parts of the country over the last 6 years? (5) Where is our Chibok girls? (6) Why has our foreign reserve consistently gone down, inspite of over 5yrs of high oil price? (7) Do we even have any idea where the Naira will be by year end? (8 ) Why have we had an unprecedented number of strikes in the last 6yrs? I'm not even interested in writing further. I just want the clueless one gone already. #TeamGMB2015. |
Even as an ardent anti-GEJ person, I find this difficult to believe. However, If by any chance it were to be true, then that would be beyond ridiculous - the very height of deceit. It's not lost on me, though, that a desperate and embattled PDP can do even the most unthinkable things right now. In any case, I don't care if it's true or not. I just want GEJ gone already. #TeamGMB2015. |
Insha Allah! People Power coming to Nigeria. The power to send an unperforming president back to his village. |
Is there any reasonable person still planning to vote for Jonathan? That would be beyond ridiculous. #TeamGMB2015 |
Commendable! Just do the same in the South-South, so that when the People's General wins, Asari and his boys can respect themselves. #TeamGMB2015. |
I can vividly remember 2011, just before the elections - that there was a slight improvement in electricity supply. What did the govt say then - "If we can do this in just 1 year, then imagine what we will do in 4 years". Sadly, I must confess, I believed them. Now I know better. Come feb 14th, I will right the wrong of April 2011. #TeamGMB2015. |

Fingers crossed. |

How come they protect the faces of the males, while exposing that of the females. |
My little knowledge of Economics & Finance tells me that Soludo was right on most of the issues he raised both against the administration of GEJ as well as APC. It is quite unfortunate that Okonjo Iweala has condescended so low as not to respond adequately to the issues raised (rather than discredit the person of Soludo). Apparently, she has now been caught in the web of Nigerian politics (of calumny). I can now understand the kind of advice GEJ is getting. |
I'm not even sure that the less literate and unsophisticated mallams in the north were even part of this poll, which makes it all the more worrisome for #TeamGEJ |
lordcornel:Let's assume for one moment that you are right, did these imaginary underage persons only vote for one candidate? |
LMAyedun:Stale! Go get a life. |
Arysexy:Soludo used a paragraph to point out the shortcoming of the APC manifesto, and over 10 paragraphs to point out the damage and rot caused by PDP, especially GEJ. APC has the decency to respond, albeit diplomatically avoiding the key question. PDP on the other hand does not have a single response to all the issues raised, rather than castigate soludo. I take it that APC have seen the folly of their proposal and would likely think through others before presenting them to Nigerians. PDP on the other hand has accepted failure and guilt, by not putting up a single response. Shame on PDP. I'm taking a chance on APC. |
I am not under any illusion that the APC team will be able to do all they are claiming. However, the mere fact that they have the decency to articulate their points (rather than discredit a very intelligent expose by soludo) wins my vote. Principle of Double Effect: When faced with two evil, choose the evil of lesser degree. I'll take the risk with the APC team. |
When you factor in the fact that most of the less literate and unsophisticated supporters of GMB in the north are not even part of this online space, it makes a it a lot more instructive. |

Nice! Let them have a little dose of what people are facing down there. |
Nice! Put them on the defense and under pressure, just in case they have alterior plans. |
