Nice one Aisha! Really, it gets boring when everyone wants to be the mouthpiece of change and no one really steps up and does something! Without making any particular reference to anyone, under the disguise of social networking sites they shout out what they want, but in reality their sibilant whispers distinguishes them.
Let us do something today Kudos to Aisha for her efforts |

texazzpete: Shutting down the NYSC over cases like these is tantamount to folding your hands and declaring that Nigerians aren't really safe in their own country. Because, whether it's the north or south it's still one country. I expect the Nigerian government and the Nigerian populace to rise to the challenge and take steps to tackle this menace, steps that do not involve throwing away the baby with the bath water.
Despite the riots in the North, aren't there still southerners living in the north even until now? Why is no one crusading for these guys to all go back to Southern Nigeria?
I still maintain that the NYSC scheme is largely beneficial to the nation. thousands of schools in Nigeria rely on teachers from the programme. Hundreds of lives have been changed. SOme for the worse, but largely for the better. You rather the earth be reddened with the blood of a few innocent Nigerians for the "greater" good of perpetuating a lost programme? I believe this is your point Texaspette? |

donjon: The study said "emerging economies", not "super powers"! Is year 2050 not more realistic than vision 2020? C'mon! NO! Maybe the year 2439! Those two are just too close. Can't you remember when the fad was vision 2000 then? It seemed like 2000 would never come, it came and we were worse off then we became disappointed! But with the new improved vision 2439, none of us will ever be disappointed for we shall not live till then! |

i think he is almost reddish-cyan with a tinge of oxblood in his hind parts. His toes are actually rumored to be turkish purple and his finger nails burgundy. I can't quite place the colour of his hair now, but it seems a cross between indigo and torbenite green. So basically, you can say he's a man of many colors! |

reindeer: Abegi! Let all those criticizing Ribadu go and sleep! Let them point to one innocent man he went after, the only crime he may have had is not going after some people(for obvious reasons) and if we are reasonable, our shouts should be for the follow on administration to go after those left alone by ribadu. Then and only then can we really say we want to fight corruption.not by slandering someone who fought corruption within the confines of his power(he wasnt the president remember)? I think a lot of people are buying into the propaganda of the corrupt politicians who suffered during the ribadu days who are now fighting back. I support the guy whole heartedly until i see a substantiated story of graft or going after an innocent man. Actually i am going to sleep now, thanks for the advice bro, i owe you one! |

I am not totally for anybody in any country who comes out to fight corruption, infact i adore them, BUT when there i double standards i withdraw my support. I have first hand experience of ribabu collecting bribe to quash a corruption case against an inlaw of a former NSE president. So please he can come back to nigeria and fight corruption behind bars |
