honeric01:Bros, that is not the point. It does not matter if they are the best peacekeepers or not. The foundation of the Nigerian military is wrong. Why clean up another man's house while your's is dirty? Ask yourself this, do you trust them? When i walk down the streets in uniform people shake my hand and thank me for my service and i always feel proud. Can you do the same for/to a Nigerian soldier? Do you feel safe around them? be honest. |
Ignorance is bliss. I too like Naija. Land of opportunity. In the midst of mediocrity, when one man does an abacadabra everybody hails him because they do not know any better. How i wish some of you experience what real governance is all about and realise that y'aall are being taken for a ride. You pay tax but still pay extra for security, power, etc and the government is afraid to open up the books to let everyone see how the state funds are being managed. The worst part is almost everyone does not see anything wrong with this. Kai, i sigh big time. Anyway God dey. |
@ poster, Obviously you are not married. ![]() |
Whaaat?!!! No pictures? at least we must see what we are buying now. ![]() |
OBLONG:You really are a b.astered. i hope you or someone close to you suffers the same fate, then maybe you wont make humour of such a serious topic. |
As far as i am concerned the story does not add up. It does not make any sense at all. Anyway may his soul rest in peace. Also God help Nigeria. No security at all. It's all downhill. DAMN!!! |
You people can post some dumb/mumu topics. ![]() |
Story, Naija for life joooo. Cant wait to go back home. ![]() |
@harakiri Thanks. God go do your own too. If you never marry no miss train marry anyone like these lunatic females on NL. Happy new year to you. |
even for here women are not that naive to believe they won't do the laundry. But the real problem is poverty and hunger in Nigeria. What you call "washing" clothes we call doing "laundry" and believe me its fun to do. Just plop the d.amn clothes in and kick back and relax. When there is no electricity how una wan take use washing machine? |
it is complicated. It depends on the kind of relatioship you both have. When I was going out with my wife she did it of her own accord. If she hadn't I would not have said anything but it would registerd that maybe she might not be for me. When we got married and she got a job we had to get a washerman to do it for us. When later we could afford a washing machine we opted for it. The point is her washing my clothes when we were single was not to show my dominance over her but to see if she could take care of me, my kids and my home. |
osasp:I agree. Bros don kpai and dem wan continue the looting a while longer b4 dem let una know. Heeeeyyy. wey our own jerry Rawlings? |
Just saw this link; mhen there is nothing anybody can tell that will convince me otherwise that the b.astard is dead. No be by force to rule oooo. http://www.pointblanknews.com/os2489.html |
kpalasa69:You make mistake. Na my country insult me first and e still de insult me daily by thinking/calling me s.tupid and brain dead. Police fit just come slap you and nothing you fit do but walk away. Senators go home everyday with ghana must go bags filled with money. Politicians loot with impunity. Area boys and jihadist are the law enforcement officers/police of the country. Power supply is erratic; no scratch that, non existent. your president decides to go incommunicado for weeks and the senate and VP are powerless to do anything. The wife is the acting president for now. Looter's flaunt their ill gotten wealth publicly and sycophants hail them. I can go on and on. My guy, this can only happen in a country where the citizens are deemed s.tupid. So who de insult who? |
Stop speaking from both sides of your mouth you brain-dead super-stu.pid negro. . .
Yes! Yes!, (sigh) i've heard that b4. So what else armchair revolutionalist/critic. ![]() |
Obinoscopy:Thunder fire any Nigerian who calls for a revolution. Obviously emperorolu was joking about being able to stage a successful revolt from SA, but how quick you were to distance yourself from any wahala. That is exactly why your leaders are f.ucking you'all d.oggystyle on a daily basis, with the open question "what are you going to do about it?" So what that he has not been around for 40 days? wetin wan happen? Their logic is, at least the wife is alive. She should be able to handle Nigeria until his return, (that is if he is not dead). And whoever said it is not legal? My friends. they own you'all. they can make it legal. Soon all ye fake patriots will come out of the woodworks to start yarning dust about how fantastic the motherland is. There is nothing fantastic about Nigeria so long as trash like this happen. Also half the populace are living in a MATRIX ladden dream where they rather blame someone else for the countries woes. (Luggard, America, Iya sikira, Baba Bukky, Jack and Jill, Harry and Tom) etc. F.ucking country. Yes i said it. Like the politicians say everyday, what are you going to do about it? |
I foresee a coup in the offing. This is the perfect opportunity for any ambitious and disgruntled officer to strike. For una sake i hope they do. It cannot be worse than this. Believe me it can't. |
heilige:Thank you jare. At least someone has the guts to accept the truth and face the facts. |
He could for all you know taken up US citizenship and relocated. ![]() |
whiteroses:You've lost us. ![]() |
Kilonso:Oh, you mean you are arguing for Marriage. So sorry. Sometimes i can be so slow. The way you zig zaged aroung your arguement made me dizzy for a while. I'm with you. Me too i'm all for the institution of marriage. ![]() |
Kilonso:I'm confused. ![]() |
Let me see. when i was still single and searching these traits used to tick me off. Farting for the fun of it and laughing about it, stealing, overeating, sagging waistline, bad hygeine, blabber mouths, k-legged chicks, lack of spirituality, gossiping and inability to perform effectively. ![]() |
wait wait wait wait, you mean say una no get am b4? O'lboy na wah oooh. |
Now where do i start. Well i'll try and get closer to God, put a cap on my spending, be more disciplined in my day trading, try and improve my 2 mile run to 14min, improve my situps and pushups to 60 respectively, control my temper more, improve on my BRM and acquire my expert badge and try to understand BEAF'S madness. ![]() |
OAM4J:I do not know which planet you are from but i do not know anybody in my circle who is of marriage age and is single and happy about it. You are talking as if you are 10 years old. Even Nigerians wey don tey die for abroad no get that messed up mentality. like i said i sympathize with you. I sense you are posting for the gallery. |
GL:You are talking as if one wakes up one morning and decides to marry. The arguement is if marriage itself is worthwhile and not why marriages fail. If a person is dumb enough to marry whoever he/she feels at the drop of a dime then you deserve the horror stories/experience you get. |
OAM4J:The worst thing in life is to one day wake up one morning and you realise that you are 60 years old and start to wonder what in God's name you used your life to do. Only lonely, unhappy and immature people who fear commitment will actually believe that marriage is overated. I'm sure you will get married one day and if you hold this opinion then why do it in the first place? If you say you wont get married then you lie. If you are already married and still hold this opinion then you must lead a very sad life. I sympathize. |
SEFAGO:True!!! |
Fhemmmy:Hence why the initial stage of any relationship is important. And yes you can walk away. what's that dirty word again, (thinking) yes, divorce. As costly as severance pay. |
Fhemmmy:What those people do not understand is that marriage is like starting and owning a business. You can start with little capital to set up your office (home) conduct interveiw for potential employees (dating) and eventually employ a general manager (wife). Now the job of GM is very very important because the GM must be capable enough to know what you want in relation to the vision you have for the company, (Home/marriage) and be able to run it efficiently and effectively. The GM also must be able to identify where and when to diversify in order for the company to grow (her own career). Eventually when the company is on sure footing more staffs can be employed to help sustain the business for posterity sake. (children) ![]() |
carlton:I laughed so much when i read your post to the extent that water was pouring out of my eyes. Omo, like it or not it will affect it. But still if you get good history God fit de you side. Best of luck. |
