you think so? |
I think EGBON has the answer. |
Oh yes, registered and can't wait to vote. The big question is when are they going to start approving the candidates? |
Calm down, it's not that serious. Since you are the EGBON the oldest tree in town, please go ahead and tell who kill Dele Giwa. |
You can't ready, hence no comment for you, my friend. |
EGBON: And how long have you been asking the same question? = 20 years Between 1986 and 2006, how many other people died in that kind of mysterious manner? = Many people. Dude, wake up, this is Nigeria, not America. There will be some questions that will never have any answer. This may be because we are still underdeveloped or corrupt leaders. Whatever it may be, we should find a better solution to prevent this from happening again; instead of rehashing on things that will never have an answer, let's force Nigerian government to list citizens security as an important priority. Only God knows who is responsible and he will be the perfect one to pass the judgment. |
Who killed Dele Giwa? Who killed Bola Ige? Who killed Funsho Williams? and on and on. This is Nigeria, where citizens' security is diluted. This is why one must know when to go underground and secure your own life to the best of your ability. You can not rely on Nigerian government to protect you; People's security is not the top priority for Nigerian government. There are many unanswered questions, it will be uncivilized, unfair and irrational to point finger at any one at this point. Instead of rehashing the past, a new security strategy that will protect the citizens should be implemented. May all these folks rest in peace. |
Tai Solarin, a great man. May his soul rest in peace. |
jas_o : Trust me, you're not ready! |
If Governor Fayose is guilty, let him pay, but do it lawfully. This will only promote democracy and prevent chaos in the country. |
Patient is the answer to an accurate judgment. This current administration loves to rush to judgment and embraces short cut solutions. They careless what the long run outcome or consequence may be. This is a sign of incompetent group of people. We need competent people who truly care about the well being of the citizens, who respect / embrace democracy and focus on uniting and moving the country forward. Problem = Evaluation of the problem = Identify available Options = Evaluation of the options = Evaluation of opportunity cost = Selection of the appropriate action = Re-evaluation of the selected action = Selection of backup plan = Execution of the Action = Evaluation of the outcome |
Trust me folks, this current administration has it's own unique agenda. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and will never never help Nigeria or Nigerians in anyway to move forward. We have to be smart and have the understanding of their action. Their action is not designed for us to benefit, but for them to stay longer in power. Presidential election is few months away and they haven't approved any candidate as yet. They also continue to create chaos all over the country; dividing people and brainwashing citizens left and right. Trust me, things could be done differently and their goals could still be accomplished effectively and efficiently, but they've chosen to focus on self docket or desire, instead of reforming the country and promoting democracy. How can you accuse governors for abusing their position when this administration can not even obey a simple law? I think our major problems are from the examples this current administration has displayed; if the master can not obey the law, what hope does the followers have? Think about it. May God bless Nigeria |
Absolutely no need for me to respond to your barbaric comment. |
This is one of the reasons why I think this administration wants democracy to fail in Nigeria. Their main objective is to create chaos all over the country and eventually prolong OBJ's lease at the ASO ROCK. This is not fair, not civilized and definitely not a democracy. Trust me, things could have been done differently and still accomplish goals effectively and efficiently. I just feel bad for the innocent, poor folks all across Nigeria. Let's pray for peace in Nigeria. |
Here we go again with this Junky. Odeku, what the H do you want from? |
Correction: Have you heard fayose's side of the story? |
I've you heard his side of the story? This is another problem with Nigerians, we are so quick to judge one another. Again, if Governor Fayose is guilty, let him pay, but under the recognition of the law. It is that simple. |
My parents say "don't give any information to a stranger" Who are you? Where are you from? Why are you so interested to have this info? Introduce yourself and state your objectives, may be folks will consider your request. |
It is impossible to move forward without obeying the law. Law is the most important powerful tool that holds a nation together, and without it I do not see any future for democracy in Nigeria. My problem is: if federal government refuses to recognize the law, what kind of hope to we have as Nigerian citizens? If Governor Fayose is guilty, let him pay, but under the recognition of the federal law. |
I'm 100% sure that IBB will not mess up for the second time. He's not OBJ; he's ready, focused and determined to reform Nigeria at all cost. Trust me, he has what it takes and he's the only candidate that can make this reform process happen effectively and efficiently. May God bless Nigeria. |
And when do you really plan to return? Even though your image has been tarnished in the eyes of Nigerians, but our confidence in you will not be blemished by any factor or under any circumstance. |
Dear Mr. President: What are your plans to redeem your tarnish image in the eyes of Nigerians? |
Please tell him for me; I'm not sure if he understands that fact. |
Dear Mr. President: How do you plan to reform Nigeria back to the Giant of Africa? |
what qualifies one to be an effective leader or politician? This is an an intelligent man with moral, a man that understands the true meaning of democracy. A man that has pure respct for the law, a man that embraces human rights. Dude you need to chill out and do your assignment. Wole Soyinka's qualities are untouchable. You've got to be carefull, my friend. |
Can one see the fallacy? |
Regardless of the accomplishment; when there is no respect for the law, it means there is no hope for tomorrow. It is very important to recognize the law by doing things according to the law. Even the monkeys in the jungle have rules, which they follow to function as a society. If the government doesn't recognize the law = no law (lawless society) = no crime |
ODEKU: I don't think this mess has anything to do with politics. Let's remain focused on politics at home. We can careless what the DNA says in America, it's time to focus on moving Nigeria forward. |
Please, disregard my previous comment. It was posted on a wrong topic. Thanks. Big B1 |
It will be great for democracy. I think he's an incredible man. |
It will be great for democracy. I think he's an incredible man. |
Definitely both of them, but I still think that number one man is much bigger in terms of that department. |
