wishing same thing for everyone simply means you're not broad minded. Even the bible says marriage is a gift. some are created to stay single other (who are in overwhelming majority) are created to marry. just because you tried love and failed miserably shouldn't dare you to make a satanic and unethical alternative for everyone. your suggestions are devoid of one with a healthy mind. You're also an unromantic male. Dinner for romantic men isn't just to fill the stomach, with a good food from our women, we stare into her eyes as we appreciate how kitchen talent and all romantic couple know what happens after a good dinner. We also like coming home from work to be with the woman we love, where everything is quiet and peaceful. And yes we need children esp in our old age and foe many other obvious reasons. your parents failed with love and marriage and you have exhibited same trait.
Marriage is beautiful with the right person. it calls for understanding and sacrifice, but that's why I'm a man. It gives me pride and joy to work my butt out for SHE that I love, SHE who is THE ONE. the girls marry for money and marry old. white women understand the importance of young marriage... there is less cheating. the reason many nigerian marriages hv problem is because most ppl marry after their time is overdue.

Another deterrent to marriage is only old cargos over 26 seek it. thats why cheating rate is high. those that are ripe for marriage @ 22-24 keep doing shakara and jumping from man to man. Why should i settle for 32 year old female after all those years of deprivation for "Gods insitution". one other funny thing, all my friends that are married, when I ask them how they are enjoying married life, they just keep silent.
