Enough of this sexist nonsense - women over 30 are this, women over 30 are that. This bs is rooted in objectification instead of seeing a woman as a full human being. Man no be God.

Marriage is rooted partriarchy. Today in most developed countries, husband and wife are co bread winners. Partriarchy is dying thr world over... the women above 30 nonsense is rooted in partriarchy. If God gave Esther or Ruth or so a man in old age then who is man?

A woman's youth belongs to her boyfriend or husband; she chooses her style. You cannot dictate to a woman how to use her youth just as she did not dictate urs to you. You are pressing for a woman to get married fast to satisfy the lust of ur own eyes.

Many women are happy to be single even in their 30s. Men need women more than women need men in their 30s. That's the truth because the Bible records that woman was created for man because God thought man would be responsible thru the ages.

If a woman told u she won't date u because u r over 30 how would u feel?

we need to revive our iron/steel industry.. ajaokuta iron complex is wasting away in kogi state..it could have cushion our iron and steel demands whereby these cylinders can be produced cheaper and new...but we have successive clueless govt who choose not to do anything about the place and we talking about expired gas cylinders...

Sometimes I am ashamed for my state with the way youths take to internet crime as if it's a legitimate venture. In Delta, 4 in 10 young boys are either fraudsters or thinking of being one. The worst part is that 2 in 5 fraudsters are not really fraudsters and the remaining 3 may even be into diabolic acts in the name of increasing their luck or chances.

EFCC is just joking with this phenomenon until it becomes a national crisis.

Young boys should think of legitimate means to make money. Do not sacrifice your conscience and humanity for a few wads of hard currency. 1. Traveller had a valid Nigerian visa on an valid Canadian passport.
2. Traveller did not check immigration stamp on Canasian passport saying one month maximum stay in Nigeria.
3. Traveller also has a Nigerian passport but it is expired.
4. Traveller stayed more than 1 month in Nigeria and was returning back to Canada when s/he was told by Nigerian customs that he overstayed; Nigerian passport was not accepted to them as it was expired.
They then tried to cause the flight to be missed.

Were they right in demanding that s/he go and apply for a stay extension within the airport?

My understanding is while there was an overstay on a Canadian passport, after the 1 month elapsed he became covered as a Nigerian citizen regardless of if the Nigerian passport is expired or not as it is merely a travel document not a proof of citizenship.

They demanded bribes and threatened I would miss my flight if I don't comply.

Were they right on insisting I have broken the law or was I right on the analysis above?

What exactly is the law in this situation - bona fide Nigerian citizens cannot overstay in their own country can they? Regardless of if passport is expired it not.

sadly i was raised to think getting married is my purpose in life, i was taught how to sit properly, eat properly or laugh properly because no man wants to marry a "bad" woman who irritates him with her actions.
