have lived in europe and north america for over twenty five years...i feel so down and hopeless... on my way to work i read of a boat load of africans trying to enter Italy or the Port of Spain almost every month.

One day in my church in Europe some missionaries from my church went to Africa, the video they brought back was them showing Africans who did not know where they were a map and was guiding and explaining to them where they are relative to other places and countries... I had to stand up and leave the service not because whites have done anything wrong in the majority white church but why things are the way they are between the races.

In my job, I am the only black there... the whites are very organized and it shows in their mentality; whereas the nigerian is drowning in come today come tomorrow, they are looking for how to do things fast and well same day not tomorrow.

Then think about this, your phones were invented by non blacks, your cars, equations, Gauss Law, laws of motion, no great black scientist with original ideas im talking of establishing cause and effect equations from first principles or coming up with cure for ebola or even city planning.

And dont mention egypt or south africa, we are talking of sub saharan africa.

Oh the horrors of working with Asians! I once had a Chinese boss. They display foolish aggression. Yes they have a 'show' for hard work but how efficiant is it.
Anyways this man had the typical abusive boss mentality, verbally abusive. And crooked if I may add. He said I am bad, then when I wanted to leave, he wanted me to stay. Even when I told him I was leaving, instead of him to ask me politely to stay, he copies my agency telling them I am not meeting my commitment as if say na d agency de do the work. Is it by force to work there? I told him I reserve the rigt to quit with or without cause and made sure I did it in a public email. That shut him up.


So why did he say I was bad yet want me to stay? Crooked! Anyhow I shut the baggar up. There you have it, Chinese people cant say sorry and believe in absolute authority. He told me that even before I do whatever work I do, he already knows what I am going to do (meaning I am not smart).

The sad truth is they are taking over most companies worldwide :-(

I am not generalizing but I have noticed the following about the chinese i have come in contact with:

- dubious - looking for the chance to cheat you, use you or outsmart you in every dealing, cunning and deceitful.
- enclave mentality - they support each other and only do business with each other. If a chinese man becomes ceo of a company, give it a couple of years and 90% of the staff will become chinese.
- strong face system - they never admit they are wrong doing - they are full of pride.

Obadiah777 has a great point! The US stock markets are rigged in favor of insiders. Shares are not an investment because it is an auction market. NASDAQ is an LLC whose chief goal is to make profits. Somebody mentioned US markets is good because of wealth of information available, well I got news for you... those information are meant for you to do what the insiders want so they can take the opposite side of your trade. There is nothing like investing in the stock market. You can invest in a private company but I wont call something open to speculation an investment.

I am a stock trader and that is my career. Only trade with RISK CAPITAL money you can afford to lose. IRS and CRA in Canada want your money. Im looking to incorporate in Cayman Island or Bermuda and use the trust structure mentioned in this thread to minimize tax burden but I am yet to find any brokers in these countries - if u have suggestions please suggest!

One more point-to-point Google broker stop hunt. If a foreign broker accepts ur application dont think they like you. They want to maximize revenue from you.

If there is a church that has built a mega hospital instead of a mega church and my tithe funds the hospital; I will proudly pay tithe when I was a christian. So why do they keep building mega churches as opposed to mega hospitals and buying jets as opposed to paying doctors to run the hospitals.

As an ex-Christian, at least when I was one, I always paid tithe when I felt like and never got any repercussions in the form of divine curses etc. I feel you should just give to the needy. If I were to pay tithe in thousands of dollars I will give it to British pastors who run their churches mostly using school basketball courts and have real projects that need real dollars not the building of mega temples.

Good questions. I too believed in asexual christianity only to later deeply regret it. If you are reading this thread and are young, DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THIS BS. As long you are not into gayness, do not feel like a sinner for being attracted to who you are attracted to. Attraction is not evil and is not any spirit of lust. Dont do what you will regret.

Most people here are arguing from a typical Nigerian mentality/ background where money is everything. Money is a lot and millions are good but let us not forget these salient points:

1.) In pursuit of millions, many people trade time and flexibility for money something many later regret; the only thing is few make those millions and still have personal time (this applies to employees). Truth is you can always make money later, but time and youth, once past cannot be recovered so use it wisely. Use your time to fulfill your purposes on earth, add the unique value that you have.

2.) Being a millionaire is easy. All you need is let income be greater than expenses and to build cash generating assets. Most achieve wealth by buying land etc.

3.) Most millionnaires at 23 who made great sacrifices to get there (not all) regret it; because of the time factor especially if they made a lot of sacrifices to get there and the time they will not get back; some were forced by circumstance.

As for me, I made my first million in naira terms at 25 and I am happy with it. I could even more vigoroously pursue money right now and make more millions but I am taking it slow. I am taking time to travel, write books, do all the things I want to do and then make more money later. You can always make more money later but at the same time should not over relax, it takes striking a balance.

Let x be the amount of time it takes to pursue one woman on average per week.
Let n be the number of women pursued per week.

If x = 1 hour and n = 5 to be conservative,
then total time spent = 5 hours per week or 20 hours per month or 240 hours per year excluding gifts, money spent etc.

In short, colossal waste of time!
