The redpill has really changed so many aspects of my life. I'm going to make my points as a list.

1. I don't greet women anymore

2. Whenever I'm walking on the road, I don't look at peoples' faces, especially women. I always keep a straight face.

3. I now have an I don't care attitude towards people, especially women.
This is so wrong. You need help. Don't destroy yourself all because of "redpill" .You're getting it wrong.

4. I'm very blunt towards people, irrespective of age. (I'm not disrespectful; I just correct people instantly whenever I get any hint of f-ups.

5. The truth is that I'm now a misogynist. I hate women. Whenever I see a woman, my thoughts are like 'she just sucked a guy's dick before she came out' or 'after all this forming, she'll still be f*cked tonight'.

Please no one should tell me that I'm passing through the anger phase, cos I know what I feel. Women are evil. They are a mistake to this world.

Recently, I had issues with my friend due to the way he behaves whenever his 'girlfriend' is around him. I despise guys that treat women like gods.

The redpill is nothing but a new age philosophy. It only reveals certain truths, it doesn't have the solution (or most of it). In the Matrix, the redpill revealed the truth to Neo but it didn't give him the power to defeat Agent Smith or the Matrix. The actions of weak men created third wave feminism or feminazism. A lot of men here are attracted to the redpill because they believe it will show them the secrets behind becoming an "alpha" for the sake of attracting girls. Another set of men are here because they've had failed relationships with girls or are not getting the sex they want, rather than take responsibility for their failures they blame women.
Most of us are weak again lust, or are financially broke, or mentally broke. Some of us undisciplined, and are addicted to porn, fapping, video games, gambling etc. Many of us are spiritually weak (not in the religious sense). Some of us have unhygienic physical and social lifestyles. Even if you take the redpill and you fall into these categories, your life will never change, it may even get worse because you'll become a depressed doomer. The redpill is beyond male-female relationship. Besides, most of these tips to help you "manipulate" women to do your bidding only work for a short while. When the charm wears off, the woman will see you for who you are and perceive your weaknesses (if you've not been working on yourself).

I've had sleep paralysis a few times before.
I eventually realized there is no meaning to it, nor anything spiritual about it. Though it was scary the first time.

You can notice it before it starts, and break it by just moving or changing your sleeping position.

What are you sleeping patterns? Like do go to bed at a consistent time, or do you stay up late?
