Sharp woman! She knows that when the families are happy and healthy, her rents would continue unhindered. Thats why we should all pray for our neighbors so whatever God blesses them with will trickle down o=to us .....buh woooosai ....we go de use harrass our neighbors like the 'I better pass my neighbor gen' DjAndroid: In my church today, A woman who is a landlady came for special Thanksgiving on behalf of 4 of her tenants who put to bed recently. People were surprised by this gesture.
I personally began to imagine the kind of relationship this woman has with her tenants.
It can only take responsible tenants and responsible landlord/landlady to be in such a good relationship.
Lalasticlala, What is your relationship with your landlord/landlady like? |

Na so.... Keep deceiving yourself. Nigerian states are well catered for in the federation allocations. If only the governors would stop spending on useless ventures we would be self sustaining today. Nor bi northern state governments de spend on hajj, distribute rams but yet cannot contribute to assist the IDPs in Borno? We had to depend on Bill Gates and others to eradicate polio. Here they're using the small allocations to travel upandan. Indonesia nor get oil o! Yet we want their money. We're madt in this country sha. All the best with the investment drive o! E go bi one day. Ehiscotch: Sometimes I always think Nigerians know better but they baffle me with their reasoning. Look at that comment above condemning Obaseki's travelling to gather investments. Should he sit here and make phone calls to these people or should he be inviting people that what to invest to use their money to travel down here? Sometimes, these investors need reassurances and moves like this to convince them about your seriousness: it is their money and you are practically begging them to invest here and not elsewhere. |

Still the same thing I'm ranting about naaa Malaysia came to Nigeria for palm oil seedlings and today they're a global exporter of palm oil, so what are we going there for? We were the largest before so it means something is wrong locally with us and this trip is one of the issues. Edoloaded: Read the bolded part in the write up |

Science/Technology › Re: GLOBACOM!!!! I Have A Site Available Where You Can Install Your Network Mast Ooo by bigtt76(f): 7:16pm On Sep 07, 2017 |
You're right. The mast company operates for profit and so if only one network expresses the desire for a mast in an area not economically viable and commensurate to the cost of building and operating the mast, the request won't fly. However, if the other networks all expresses interest, and the company see it as viable, they would build it. No one ties down capital, the more reason the networks themselves sold out their various masts in the first place. 1StopRudeness: Wow.....thank u for this information...
But I'm lost here...are u saying the need and decision for a mast in a particular location is completely independent of the network operators..?? |
Science/Technology › Re: GLOBACOM!!!! I Have A Site Available Where You Can Install Your Network Mast Ooo by bigtt76(f): 5:50am On Sep 07, 2017 |
The networks no longer build and install their own masts. Infact they've all sold their masts to a company called Helios who now manage them all.
What Helios does is to rent out space to any network operator making colocation of equipment easier.
You may want to contact Helios instead. |

Politics › Re: Lagos Awards Contracts To Suya And Asun Company, Nigerians React by bigtt76(f): 3:42pm On Aug 31, 2017 |
This really, is not a specialized project that the company must be a registered company in that field to execute contract daewoorazer: The alleged award of landscaping and beautification of the Costain Roundabout Garden to a barbecue services company – Topmost Suya and Asun Enterprises – has been causing a buzz online with Nigerians calling for investigations into the award.
Many commentators on different platforms described the contract as a fraud, saying it was a reflection of the state of the country.
On lindaikeji.com one Hrm Paul, said, “What do you expect in a corrupt country; fictitious names of contractors. What a shame.”
Another poster, asampokoto, demanded explanations, saying there was more than meet the eyes in the award of the contract.
“There’s absolutely nothing funny about this. If anything, we should be asking questions. This is obviously a company that doesn’t exist; the contract was obviously awarded to a person who then subcontracted it after stealing his own bit,” he posted.
“Nigerian youths; this should actually cause some sort of investigations; read about what Diezani stole (with crony companies) and it doesn’t occur that the ‘Suya’ company is actually a front? May God help us,” a post under anonymous pseudonym said.
Another reader, Ifeanyi Ekwo, said, “Lolz…only in Naija! A company registered to provide barbecue services is given contract for landscaping and road beautification; he reissues the contract to a specialist who bills him for half the value of the contract. In the end, the cost of the contract is tripled…and tomorrow we go say how govt dey spend money sef #Accountability.”
A resident of the area, Jimoh Adewale, who spoke with our correspondent on the telephone, said the residents had asked government officials why such job would be given to a suya firm, but were ignored.
He said, “We noticed the scandal, but as usual, government officials ignored us when we asked questions. Some of them that visited the site told us that it was not our business.
However, an official of the agency responsible for the contract, Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency, who declined to be named, said the project was an “adoption project.”
He said, “A man approached the agency and offered to beautify the place. He brought his design and a horticulturist when he was called for presentation. He was consequently given an approval.
“The man owned the suya and asun company. Nobody gave him the permission to place a signboard on the site as a contractor, or use the name of the Lagos State Government because there was no contract. He has been asked to remove the signboard.”
The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Steve Ayorinde, could not be reached for comment.

Will this change anything? Agreed no more cash, but that doesn't stop bank transfers to these men who will no use their bank debit cards to process payment olajay86: http://www.titopeblog.com/2017/08/nigerian-immigration-bans-cash-payments.html
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has banned cash payments for passport processing, as part of efforts to tackle extortion and corruption in its offices nationwide.
NIS spokesperson, Sunday James, disclosed this on Monday in Abuja.
James said that the Comptroller-General of the NIS, Muhammad Babandede, has directed that henceforth all payments for passport processing must be done online and through designated banks.
“All payments in respect to passport processing are to be done by applicants through banks to generate application ID and reference number on the NIS portal and not through an individual or touts,” he said. “Passport applicants are therefore strongly advised to visit the NIS website www.immigration.gov.ng to confirm the approved fees for all categories of Nigerian Passports and age groups before making payments,” he added. James further urged Nigerians to direct any complaint or enquiries to 07080607900 and the email address nis.servicom@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng. |
