Your car is stalling and not shutting down. Anyway try and get some one to run a scan on your car. Avoid thos3 roadside mechanics before they destroy your car finally. Most likely an injector or fuel pump problem.

Depending on the mode of delivery. Most times it is done by post mail and not electronically meaning that if he doesn't go to check his postal address he may not get it.

Look for Huawei 3G router. It does both dial-up and wireless LAN. I bought mine here on Nairaland. Just search for the router here and you will get the dealer's details.

The US have access to database containing scanned passports and finger prints so if you've traveled to say Ghana by air and got your passport scanned, they have that access. Claiming not to have traveled before to another country when infact you had, automatically invalidates your visa application on grounds of lacking trust on the applicant undecided

Nigeria always wins a tournament before it actually begins preparations ....same is playing out here! The NFF were quick to dream away their winning the Gold medal commemorating the same feat 20 years ago forgetting to buy the flight tickets grin

Emmalez:
The opening ceremony of the 2016 Rio Olympics is on Friday night but the football part of the tournament will begin tomorrow August 4th and Nigeria is supposed to play Japan in the opening match but guess where our footballers are? They are stuck in Atlanta following a disagreement over their chatter flight.

Makes more sense and besides, there are hidden security undertone behind the decision #TurkeyCoup

dayohope1:
I said this earlier;

dayohope1:
I quite understand your view point. The problem here is World Remit does not bring in dollars but pays you in naira. Though, there was a time CBN mandated Moneygram and Western Union to pay people in naira. What happened was that they brought in dollars, sold them to the CBN and you get paid in naira. As regards World Remit, they pay you in naira, and kept the dollars from coming into the nigerian financial system.

You may prefer it but it destroys the macro economy.
Business › Re: CBN Blocks Money Transfers Into The Country From Most Operators by bigtt76(f): 5:26pm On Aug 03, 2016
But Western Union and Moneygram all pay in Naira too with the banks getting their own share in forex.

dayohope1:
This is the reason for the ban;

"An industry source alleged that the affected firms were withholding dollar inflows meant to deepen foreign currency liquidity in the country, and were paying local beneficiaries with naira instead of dollars."

The operators need to do their business with integrity and international best practices. A situation whereby they withhold the dollar supplies and pay Nigerians in local currency can no longer be accepted,” the source, who is conversant with the operation of international money transfers said.

“The operators opened local accounts where they disburse naira instead of dollar to beneficiaries. This has to stop,” the source said.

We need to do our research before criticisms. Their continued operation will not allow the flow of dollars into the system, which is what we all want.

MrFerrari:
I created this monicker to hide my identity.

I am a political appointee working as an aide to my state Governor. My girlfriend came over to my office with her friend who just got posted for her NYSC and seeking for a PPA

I gave them a note to take to the ministry she said she wants but they came back telling me they were told the Commissioner wasn't on seat. Knowing fully how the system works, I realized they were just diplomatically chased out cos they don't have an appointment with him.

So we drove out all three of us, went over, met the commissioner and explained what I want. He immediately directed she starts her documentation right away hence, my babe and I had to leave her over there and head back to my office.

Seeing that it's already minutes pass 5pm and the official quarters of the Govt House was empty, we decided to have a quick one with my babe in my office, believing that no any other government functionaries is on seat as the car park was kinda empty.

Just as we were in the middle of it, the SSG and Chief Protocol Officer drove in and on seeing my car, they came over to my office (we no even hear anyone knocking sef) . So they decided to peep thru the window as they were a bit worried seeing that my car was there but my office is locked from the inside.

To cut long story short, I was caught red handed making out right inside the office. Though none of them is my direct principal but the Governor himself, I'm afraid they might stylishly leak it out cos we had some problems with the SSG two weeks ago.

Now should I face him and plead he covers my arse or I should just wait and see if he might not even take the issue up to the powers that be?

Kindly help a brother pls.

My thoughts exactly. Maybe all HND Graduates should be re-issued with a new certificate bearing the decision undecided

Abimloaded:
This removal of a thing is just an agreement And removal on Paper.
Go out there with your HND Certificate and let those who graduated in a university present their B.Sc Certificate then you'll know those firms, Companies haven't removed the whatever they call it 'cos they'll mostly prefer the B.Sc to the HND.

You may call the Adamu Adamu to come to your Aid if such happens to you! grin grin
