I want to print out my account statement (POF).
I want the statement to start from the 25th of June to 22nd of July.
That 22nd of July (which fell on a Friday) is exactly the 28th day. Can I print it that day and it will be valid (28 days). Due to time, I may not want to wait till Tuesday (banks don't work on mondays in the East).

If the date of printing (28th day) is included, am I good to go?

Exactly so if it isn't the case, what @bourne007 said earlier has to stand unless compelling reasons which is what has brought us back to the discussion

My point was responsibility is not just an affidavit, or a letter of consent when it comes to a minor especially when the second parent can't apply.

Thinking about it, I know someone who has sole responsibility because the other parent has some mental health issues and can't take decisions for the child. They had to prove and provide evidence for that sha

I agree with what @Giselle237 and @Justwise says about the possibility but tbh it might be slim

Whilst they go around looking for a solid lawyer can they Include and justify

1. What the special needs is and how they have explored the options of care in Nigeria and why they deem fit that the child must be with the mom

2. How that will not affect her studies seeing she will need dedicated amount of time to care for her child and not focus on study

3. How this extra care will be gotten and the effect it will have on the NHS

4. Why the father can't care for the child considering she will be returning back to Nigeria after her studies


5. it might get to the point of legal declaration to some extent

6. This will be a rough path to go but slim chance of winning

what the line means is that due to fact father has been denied and mom does not have sole responsibility of child, they have gone onto deny child’s visa. .. this is not a case of consent letter. They applied together… all 3 of them.. however as the decision for child was to be taken, parents applications were looked at.. as one parent is denied or is without a visa… they can not give the child as the child is not indicated as a sole responsibility of mom

The listed items were carefully arranged on the ₦10 note before stepping on it. What could that be?

So, I threw the cola and the mini clay pot away and burt the ₦10.

A family of 3 applied for a study visa.

MA successfully got her visa but husband and child refused

Husband used deception in 2019 for a visit visa. According to them, there was no ban of the refusal letter. They were informed husband is surely banned but they decided to apply all together regardless.

Family now knows the husband can't make any attempt to apply until after the ban but MA at least wants the child to relocate with her mainly because of medical, physical and emotional reasons.. . Child is 4 years but has a medical history since 2 years.

Does the bolded fall under serious and compelling reasons highlighted in the attached pic especially if MA gets child's medical records?

I'm not too sure on this one. Your opinions/advice will be appreciated

Using a uba gold dollar debit card with a balance of $1352 to pay for ihs(successfully debited $875). Balance left was now $479. While proceeding to pay for visa fee which is $451, I got an error message that I had insufficient balance. I rushed to the bank to inquire why, I was told that there's a retaining balance of $50. Then I proceeded to fund the account with $25. Now after funding, I tried paying again and the error this time is that the bank is 'unable to verify the account at time, try again later'. Please who else has faced similar challenge using UBA card? And what could be the way out?

@bigtt76, Thank you for sharing the screenshot. It clearly states that people with foreign passports can only enter the UK for tourism or business, it also categorically stated that any other purpose including studying will be refused entry.

I hope this clears up things for Nigerians with dual nationalities.

I am confused oh because my husband,the main applicant for UK student visa, myself and 2 of my children are about to apply for the student tier 4 Visa, we got some advice from the agent that got us admission to the school that we don't need to apply for our 3rd child who was born in the USA and holds a valid US Passport. I also read somewhere that they can enter and stay legally in the UK, but will have to extend or change their visa after that which was what we planned to do. going trough Nairaland posts now backdated to last year 2021. i saw a post of someone asking the same question and at least 2 people said it will be an issue.

School policy says student must pay this deposit prior to the deadline date of 15-07-2022 otherwise the offer will be withdrawn. I have submitted Form m for over 6 weeks but no debit.
