Half North - Atiku - Atiku can't win half north with PMB candidature & an Igbo man as deputy.

Executive governor & VP are two different things all together. While a governor is in charge, a VP is a "Boi, boi". Though I like Obi. He's sound & showed great management prowess during his stint in Anambra, politically, this choice might backfire. PDP has SE already in their kitty. They needed to woo the SW. With this choice, SW will prefer their son, Osibanjo to anybody, no matter how saintly & great, from SE. Moreso, with PMB/Osibanjo ticket, SW can dream of a shot at the presidency by 2023 after PMB. This scenario is lost with Atiku's choice bcoz surely he will go for second tenure that will terminate by 2027. After which, the Igbos will lay claim through Obi.

More so, APC will prefer winning Nigeria to winning Osun. Yes, with PDP victory in Osun, what better resume can INEC & APC dangle to prove their readiness for free & fair general elections come 2019? If the, APC, goes ahead to win, it's equally good for them as observers have already commended the conduct of the elections.
