LOL. Don't worry. It's just a matter of time it will become clear to you that the UK government is completely indifferent to Kanu's plight in the hand of Nigerian government. To put it in pidgin English - UK government no send Kanu at all! By the way, apart from merely being a UK citizen what's Kanu's contribution to UK economy that should warrant UK losing sleep over his matter? jlinkd78: 1 Like |

Intelligent question there. As far as her case is concerned the judgement is useless as it doesn't exonerate her from the offence she was accused of. Others may benefit from the judgement anyway. NaijaFutbol: |

You can know that 'God' has 'left' you when you start thinking that the only thing that can end your misery in life is to divide Nigeria. When you start defying a constituted authority without any justification, when you engage in indiscriminate unjustifiable protest against your government, when you love painting your country black on social media and offline, when you are always praying negative prayer against your country, and don't expect anything good to come out of your country, that's when you know God has 'left' you simply because you embody darkness! Although you meant to be sarcastic but you are actually right and Nigeria constitution is right because that's a global standard. Every country in the world recognize the state as superior to individual. All over the world, every country has a right, and do crush and kill, or at least jail any individual or group of individuals whose activities either threaten the sovereignty of the state or are not in the best interest of the state. But sentimental motherfvckers would rather prefer to indulge in their fantasy of unlimited right to do any fvcking thing they like Leybari: |

Obas? Obas are not delusional sir. Only delusional frustrated elements think breaking Nigeria will solve their problems. Responsible obas, successful business people who are enlightened, successful, high-flying, busy career men and women, enlightened and fulfilled politicians and the elites generally all believe in the potential greatness of one united Nigeria. The people agitating for secession are mostly criminals, ritualists, yahoo boys/fraudsters and delusional frustrated folks who are not ready to accept responsibility for their life. fitinwell: |

You have a good point there but unfortunately the fools condemning El-rufai have absolutely no capacity of reasoning objectively. El-rufai has a point. He practically spoke my mind. The fools commenting don't seem to understand that the activities of secessionists like IPOB and Sunday igboho pose much more serious threat to Nigeria's sovereignty than that of the so called bandits and Boko Haram. They choose to be ignorant of the fact that 'bandits' are not organized group with recognized traceable leaders unlike Sunday igboho and kanu whose identity we all know. The fools also choose to be ignorant of the fact that Boko Haram is a faceless group whose members and leaders have no identified specific location and that most of them are actually foreign mercenaries unlike IPOB and Sunday igboho guys. They choose to forget that govt have been battling those terrorists everyday; the millitary have not been relenting in the fight against the terrorists. But these fools will always remain fools no matter the explanation because their foolishness is born out of mischief. Saifullah01: |

The problem with your line of thinking and those who reason like you is that you people are looking for a weak government who will be folding its hands and allow you do any fvcking thing in the name of freedom, democracy, human right, bla, bla, bla. The worse thing that can happen to Nigeria is having a weak government! At every point in time, Nigerian government must make it very clear to trouble makers that it is the one in charge; the only one with legitimate monopoly of violence and will not hesitate to deal with trouble makers, anarchists and criminals. Nigeria would be doomed if government is weak jaxxy: |
Politics / Re: Oodua Rally: Lagos Police, Security Agencies Embark On Show Of Force by BlackFlamefromP: 2:29pm On Jul 02, 2021 |
Defeating Boko Haram, bandits, and what have you, is a collective responsibility of all Nigerians. Government is not omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent! The fact that government has not defeated Boko Haram and bandits shouldn't be an excuse for 'Nigerians' to make things even more difficult for government by engaging in activities that threaten the sovereignty of the nation. If you are not capable or responsible enough to join hands with government to defeat Boko Haram and bandits, at least, be law-abiding and patriotic. Don't further complicate things for government. Is that too much to ask for? Benmob: 4 Likes |
Politics / Re: Youths Flee As Soldiers Invade Enugu Community For Sacking Herdsmen by BlackFlamefromP: 9:33am On Jul 02, 2021 |
We need more people like you in this country. People who can think and see things clearly without any sentiment. People who ask questions when stories don't make sense. We have too many stupid unreasonable people in this country whose emotions and primordial sentiments are easily aroused thereby complicating things. The headline of this post is sensational. They claim soldiers invade Enugu communities for sacking headsmen. Let's assume the story is true, the question is when and how were the headsmen sacked? What do they mean by the word 'sacked'? Where are the 'sacked' headsmen? Have they heard from the headsmen too? Don't forget that the news may turn out to be either completely false or half truth. In this sensitive period in our nation's history Nigerians need to rise above all these temptation of jumping to conclusions too quickly and allowing themselves to be so easily carried away by unverified news that lack substance. Talking about headsmen, igbos should learn from the way Amotekun of South West handle headsmen issue in a very civilized and professional manner. Any headsmen Amotekun find rooming about, they professionally arrest them with their cattle and hand them over to the police. They don't take laws into their hands. They don't invade and attack northerners doing their legitimate business in their settlement in the name of sacking 'headsmen' and then turn around and start forming victim when security forces look for them. Nigeria belongs to all Nigerians. God bless Nigeria. Monogamy: |

First, for your information, I'm not even a northerner. I'm from south south part of the country. I just happen to be a lover of one united Nigeria because one united Nigeria has more potential of being a force to reckon with in the comity of nations than its fragmental units. Did you just say the north is 'barren, dry, empty'? LOL. This same north that ordinary threat to stop bringing ordinary onions to SE you people were shivering? My brother, in recent times my eyes had been open to see the extent the southern part of Nigeria actually rely on the North for food and agricultural products! I discover about 70% of food items and fruits we eat in the south are actually from the north. So we actually need the north as much as the north needs us. It is pure arrogance, combined with willful ignorance that make most of us southerners see the entire northerners as parasites who cannot survive without the south! Yes, the north may be backward in some ways, but it doesn't mean they can't survive if Nigeria should break up. My observation is that MAJORITY of you clamouring for the break up of Nigeria do so out of extreme narrow-minded reasoning, pure sentiment, deep-rooted unjustifiable hatred for northerners (remember the igbos are still unwilling to forgive Nigeria and the North for their experience during the biafran war - whether they admit it or not. They are still looking for opportunity to revenge one way or the other). I can go on and on. To cut the long story short, I am yet to see any valid justifiable reason for Nigeria to break up! NIGERIA MUST BE ONE! EmekaA125: |

No sir. A married woman has a right to demand for sex when she is Hot. She has a right to be sexually satisfied by her husband. She also has a right to complain if she is not getting sexual satisfaction. I believe the man is insensitive and too insecure and doesn't know what it takes to make marriage work. Rozcol: 1 Like |

My friend, there is nothing like 'Fulani government' - point of correction! These days I notice a lot of you Nigerians who like reasoning with your anus rather than using your brain like giving wrong impression that the Fulanis own Nigeria. When Nigerian soldiers engage in some operation you would tag them 'Fulani soldiers'; if it's police, you tag them Fulani police; Fulani president, Fulani this, Fulani that. In your ignorance of the principles of psychology and mental laws you ignoramuses don't know you are actually giving more powers to the Fulanis, making them more great and important than they actually are. For your information, the way Buhari is treating IPOB and other secessionists is the same way any Nigerian president would treat any secessionist irrespective of where the president come from. Nigerian millitary and the police are recruited from all the state of the federation and can be posted to any part of Nigeria to restore and maintain law and order. They represent Nigeria and work for Nigeria's interest and not the interest of any tribe. While on duty, they don't see themselves as Fulani or igbo or yoruba or ijaw, they see themselves as Nigerian officials protecting Nigeria's interest. So let's be guided in our utterances. Let's stop myopic reasoning and all these ethnic sentiments for the good of Nigeria. God bless Nigeria and Nigerians. tungamaje: |

My friend go and sit down. You keep copying and pasting this shit in every thread just because that is what your fellow nitwits like. The quality of your life in Nigeria as a Nigerian is nothing but a reflection of the quality of your mind, it has nothing to do with whether you are from a privileged background or not. In this same country we have seen people from very poor background rising from a nobody to somebody and overcome poverty permanently. It all start from the state and quality of your mind and a willingness to pay any price required for success. If Nigeria has not been good to you you need to look inward, work on your mind and be determined to pay any price required for success and stop useless complaining. You are one of the people creating hell and all manner of evil in this country as a result of your dark mentality. nlreserve: 2 Likes |
Politics / Re: How Igbo Traders Control Critical Sectors In 31 States, FCT by BlackFlamefromP: 4:05pm On Jun 30, 2021 |
My son, there are two types of Nigeria - the Nigeria you were born into and the Nigeria you create through your thoughts and actions. Now, if you are not from a privileged background it's possible the Nigeria you were born into may not have been an ideal environment and the circumstances you find yourself may not have been favorable. But the good news is: YOU can always create a better Nigeria: A Nigeria of your dream where you live in abundance, comfort and peace. Such Nigeria is possible. It starts with your thoughts, and then your spoken words, then your actions. Has it ever occured to you that an average Nigerian including you yourself have contributed to Nigeria's woes and all the evil going on in this country through your negative thoughts and words about the country? Life reflects your own thoughts back to you. And life gives back to you what you put into it. These are spiritual laws of life meaning that it's what you sow into Nigeria through your thoughts and actions that you will reap! It is what you give Nigeria that Nigeria will give back to you. The nature of your thoughts about Nigeria will be reflected back to you through your experience. Think about this and amend your ways my son! Idiko1: 1 Like |

You are right man. Most major markets all over Nigeria are dominated by igbos and they still dominate more than 99% of markets in the east. Now take a look at this: I know you may be an igbo man but I want you to put tribal sentiment aside an face some reality: would you agree with me that something must be wrong with the psyche of igbo people as a race? I mean despite all the freedom and economic dominance igbos are enjoying all over Nigeria, for this same people to be shouting that they want freedom from Nigeria as if they were in slavery in the first place really says a lot about the state of the psyche of an igbo man. What exactly do igbo people want? Well, I believe their insatiable greed and lust for economic and political power and dominance over every other tribe is what has been their undoing. Just my thought. Starcrest1: |
