Does Jonthan even read it? What if he closes his facebook account? Will it be better off for these people insulting in the name of trying to get their voices heard?
AgricultureRe: Can Agriculture Alone Fund Both Corruption And Development In Nigeria? by Blackteeth(op): 6:05pm On Oct 09, 2011
@pukkah. But where will the citizen's tax money be coming from? I thought the money in the citizen's possesion comes from their monthly wages. And the wages are part of the nation's generated revenue.
PoliticsAfrica Needs Security As First Priority Before Anything. by Blackteeth(op): 5:53pm On Oct 09, 2011
Africa has been weak over the centuries and still weak till today. This weakness paved way for slavery, colonization and every shiit that has been thrown to the blackman. But we need to be gratefull to God that the worst didn't happen. What if Africans were given the kind of treatment that Hitler meted out to the jews in order to freely acquire the resources and land of Africa? Would any of us be here bashing Nigeria on Nairaland? What if an asteroid from space is on course to hit the African continent? Will the europeans, americans or asians be willing to deploy the huge resources and technology to save Africans? If Africa gets developed then it means the rest of the world must lose, which is why the west will find a flimpsy excuse to resort to a distabilizing military action to make sure it doesn't happen. This is why I think Africa needs security first before talking of development.
AgricultureCan Agriculture Alone Fund Both Corruption And Development In Nigeria? by Blackteeth(op): 3:55pm On Oct 09, 2011
Nigeria has oil wealth but poverty still hit the people hard in addition to poor public infastructures. So what if the oil wasn't there? I guess Nigeria would have been relying on agriculture. But can agriculture alone fund the corruption in our democracy together with the "small-small" development the way oil is funding it? By the time our leaders cut their bogus share from the agricultural revenue will the balance be enough to drive any development?

PoliticsIs Nigeria Not A More Free Country Than America? by Blackteeth(op): 2:46pm On Oct 05, 2011
A lot of us say America is the land of freedom, but don't you think Nigeria is the right owner that title?

In Nigeria, there is freedom of corruption. Public office holders loot mercilessly and still walk around as free as atmospheric oxygen.
In Nigeria you can get drunk and drive James Bond stunts with absolute freedom as long as you don't hit any goats or cows nearby.
In Nigeria you can commit murder and escape easily than if you were in America.
In Nigeria you scam thousands and still escape a free man.
In Nigeria you can beat the the living daylight out of your kids and still move about freely.
In Nigeria you can drink pure water, eat banana and discard the waste on the road freely.
In Nigeria child street hawkers can do their trade and make money without hindrance.
In Nigeria anyone can fight to settle scores in public while policemen are nearby enjoying the boxing match.
The list is endless. Besides Nigerians enjoy almost all the kind of freedoms that Americans enjoy such as freedom of speech, worship etc. But the reverse is not the case.
PoliticsRe: Fashola As Dictator Or Fashola As Democratic President? by Blackteeth(op): 11:05pm On Oct 03, 2011
@big big1. Ehm. . . You said something about putting in place tools to make our laws function effectively. The question is HOW CAN THAT BE DONE? Don't you think it would require a dictatorial input?
PoliticsRe: Fashola As Dictator Or Fashola As Democratic President? by Blackteeth(op): 9:42pm On Oct 03, 2011
Sun of god, I said I used fashola as an example. I didn't really mean he should be president. Secondly, if a dictator gets it right, why would Hausas, yorubas etc remember what tribe they belong? At least a dictator can set the needed foundation to run a proper democracy later on.
PoliticsRe: Fashola As Dictator Or Fashola As Democratic President? by Blackteeth(op): 9:30pm On Oct 03, 2011
I used fashola as an example since most people exalt him as the action man. Am not implying he should be president.

Sun of god, democracy isn't working in Nigeria. Thats my opinion. Simple.

PoliticsFashola As Dictator Or Fashola As Democratic President? by Blackteeth(op): 9:04pm On Oct 03, 2011
Do You Prefer Fashola As A Dictator Or Democratic President?

Personally I must say that democracy is not working in Nigeria and will never work as long as the current lawlessness in the sphere of governance persists. In my opinion, I think it is easier for Nigeria to get transformed under a dictator who rules with absolute power than a democratic ruler in the kind of democracy practiced in Nigeria. The power sharing nature of democracy will never make any Nigerian president with good intentions achieve anything substantial or implement strict policies when he has to contend with a massive majority of selfish corrupt politicans who will shoot down anything that threatens their grip on the nation's resources. Though we have had dictators in the past who misruled the country, I still believe if a responsible dictator comes in and takes charge Nigeria will be better off than her lawless democracy.

So if may ask, between someone like fashola for instance as a democratic president or fashola as a dictator which one will be better off for Nigeria?
Christianity EtcRe: Horrible Night Dreams Without Bedtime Prayers by Blackteeth(op): 7:19pm On Oct 03, 2011
But the puzzle is why the nightmares stopped when I quit praying before bedtime and why it persisted while I was still praying then. Should have been the other way round.
Christianity EtcHorrible Night Dreams Without Bedtime Prayers by Blackteeth(op): 3:45pm On Oct 03, 2011
When I was younger during my 7 to 19 years of age, I usually have these horrible and frightening night dreams whenever I forget to pray before sleeping at night. Though its not the type that makes me wake up and start screaming, each time it happens I will be forced to wake up in my lonely dark room at midnight to say a little prayer before sleeping again, and I wouldn't have anymore dark dreams for the rest of the night.
I stopped praying at bedtime like 5 years ago and I discovered that the dark dreams I usually had back then now happens rarely compared to when I used to pray before sleeping. But the most recent dark dream I had just occured last night which makes me want to ask if there are others who experience dark dreams when he or she doesn't pray before sleeping at night.

CareerRe: Airtel Sacks All Her Customer Care Staff? by Blackteeth(m): 9:33am On Oct 02, 2011
Is it employees that decide what their pay should be or the employers? If the employees don't like the pay they should walk out. Some people are praying for N20,000 pay. There are 3,000 more people ready to replace them.

@Beaf. You are stupid indeed. If you think you are making sense you are better off jumping into the lagoon.
Every human on earth are gifted in one form or the other. How could you say Bill Gates is more brilliant than I am simply because he programs a computer while I can't. Am a fulltime structural engineer, can Bill Gates analyze structures better than me? Probably not. I ask again, is that how to measure brilliance? Besides kindly attach the source that says Bill Gates has an IQ of 140. Am waiting.
PoliticsRe: Bill Gates Visits GEJ (Pictures) by Blackteeth(m): 6:22pm On Sep 30, 2011
Am in full support of what Abujabir24 said. Honestly you guys castigating him are BIG FOOLS like he mentioned.
The brilliance of Bill Gates is greatly overestimated simply because he is wealthy and can program a computer. WHAT DA FURCK?! Are you guys saying that is the criteria to measure extreme brilliance? In your lame definition a man is VERY BRILLIANT if he can program a computer and become wealthy. Thats nonsense.
Bill Gates would have been nothing without the engineers at Microsoft. Thats a fact!!!

PoliticsAre People Migrating To Nigeria At All? by Blackteeth(op): 10:32am On Sep 13, 2011
Many Nigerians are mapping out escape routes out of the country to where ever the grass looks green or a little bit green at least. It can be anywhere from America to libya as long as the grass is greener. My question is, are people from other parts of the world migrating to Nigeria as much as Nigerians are escaping? Does it benefit Nigeria if many people are leaving since the government will have lesser people to carter for?
