My meter is not faulty. For the past 6 months they’ve been taking my readings and my highest bill so far is #912(nine hundred and twelve naira).

And it was after paying them a visit at their office and causing a scene they came to investigate.
N912 sounds like your meter is faulty. That should be less than 50 units. But what do i know. Call their customer service line abi na their Business Unit office and find out whats up.

This is proof that they weren’t reading my meter. This was what they did that got me seriously pissed before I went to their office to cause a scene and hence the investigation.
Your meter might be faulty. Please go to your undertaking office. The address is on your bill. Then call their customer service number at 0700-022-5543. Or tweet at them @IEserve. Or you go to their Business Unit address.

You are the one without sense and you claim you are a scholar. What is the court's business with CBN? Scholar, please go and do more scholastic digging.

CBN is the bank of all banks in Nigeria, if the judgement is true as claimed by innoson, ipobs and fools like you, a copy of the judgement will be sent to CBN through the court for effect.
The money will automatically be deducted by CBN from the account of gtb if gtb fails to respond to such judgement within a stipulated period of time given gtb by CBN.
Please show me where the law you just quoted is or forever remain a fool. Is the judgement against GTbank that CBN will be the garnishee? Arguing with intellectually deficient people reduces my IQ.

You will just sit at home and pull crap out your hat.

Our ancestors are very wise and our values, culture and traditions are the best. During the golden age of humanity when our ancestors walked amongst us, It was unheard of for a man to put a lady in the family way without first going to knock on the family's door to show interest.

It is an insult to put a man's daughter in the family way without his consent. Now, if such happens by mistake and the person responsible develops cold feet to make amends, the father or any male in that family have the right to defend their honour. May culprits have been decapitated in such madness. This shows how we value and respect our women.

This guy in this scenario must now approach the girl's father with all the respect he deserves to save his own head. Literally.
What century do you live in? Are you for real?

They do and that's why i am wondering why they want to err on the side of illegality?
Business › Re: Gtbank Clarifies Fake News Regarding Innoson by blank(f): 5:52pm On Apr 02, 2019
Truth234:
Because they have a pending case with Innoson.

Hence, the reason Innoson need to get his money because he knows what GTB is on about. Ask yourself, why will GTB be protecting Customs fund? This is a Tier I bank with a team of experts people. They have a serious case against him.
Regardless of whatever case they have with or against him, if the Supreme Court has ruled that an account should be garnisheed and they should pay, they had better pay up or be in contempt of the court ruling.

Honestly I'm disappointed to have shared same country with some set of tribes.

A lot of them were rejoicing that innoson has taken over GTB, even if most of them are not scholars, don't they have sense.

It's not the duty of innoson to effect the judgement as claimed if truly gtb is to pay 8b. It's the duty of the court to contact cbn for further effect.
You are the one without sense and you claim you are a scholar. What is the court's business with CBN? Scholar, please go and do more scholastic digging.

A bank doesn't have the right to sell a customer's property until the customer's is declared bankruptcy..... check the bankruptcy Act...you will see there....they could only hire a recovery manager which in most cases happens to be a lawyer...this is wat will do in the office for our clients owing banks....
Let me blow your mind now....if a bank sell ur property through a recovery manager or receiving manager......you can get your property back....I mean that Same property you used for collateral for the facility granted, for as long as the obligor has not been declared bankruptcy by the court, if his property is sold he can get it back as along as he demonstrate the willingness to pay back his debt to the bank...
That's why I said a financial consultant knows better because most financial consultant are chartered bankers..... because there is difference between a banker and a bank worker....most bankers u see in the bank are not chartered they are just bank workers....somebody that studied engineering or eng Lang in sch becos the parent are connected they will go and make ED of a bank...such person will certainly know nothing abt banking laws..
Have you read the AMCON Act? They are empowered to buy such from the banks and it now belongs to the FGN. They will be the ones to recover the loan.

It's not thrash. I haven't watched the one with the woman Dr but 10th and 11th Doctor were quite good especially David Tennant. The 4th Doctor was who we all grew up watching and he was the most popular so i feel there would be some bias there.

Jokerman:
These happened in my neighborhood

A couple got marrried about 4 years ago. They have two kids( A boy and a girl). The man works with a telecoms company as an engineer while the wife works as a banker.
Two years later, the man discovered that his wife was cheating on him, Buh his wife never knew that the man was in the know because he never asked her about it, however he was gathering evidence.

All through this while, though the man was planning to go overseas without telling anyonr not even his wife....

Two days ago, it was learnt the man had traveled to Australia with his two kids, and leaving his wife behind without telling her..

The wife was judging that the man was wicked etc.. The man now forwarded photos, text messages, DNA results of his 2 kids to the family as he said he won't be returning to Nigeria anytime soon...

Now isn't this too much of revenge against the wife.... I felt he should have divorced her or asked her about the cheating etc...instead of just disapearing like that with the kids

What do y'all think... Can you do this or something worse??
Fear God with your story.

Family › Re: "Children Inherit Their Intelligence From Their Mother Not Father" - Research by blank(f): 5:51pm On Mar 19, 2019
crackhaus:
I like your honesty, your theories are more personal than scientific.
There are equally super-intelligent men married to women with average intelligence who ended up having super-intelligent kids. I guess you may have read about the Lawyer dad whose children are all lawyers, or the Pilot dad whose children are towing the same profession.

This article and others like it on the internet are also 'anecdotal' which is the point i was actually trying to make with my question. None of the writers is a geneticist, biologist, or scientist, and even if we are to assume they are, where did they conduct the research and which journal was it published.

It sounds really good to hear that we inherit intelligence from our mothers because naturally most people are more psychologically & emotionally attached to their mothers than fathers (this is the nurture theory).
This is why its so easy to just believe the hypothesis without bothering to verify the facts, which is exactly what the writers bank on to get people to accept it. Basic reverse psychology at play.
I know that it is not scientific or based on facts. It's just my gut feeling why i said it's anecdotal. If you check those lawyers that their kids followed in their footsteps, you would notice that their wives are also intelligent just might not have followed that profession or choose not to work in the traditional sense of the word. It's a good balance. Intelligence is also not about whatever profession, i know you know that well. Some might say it is a bias but it's working in my husband's family.

crackhaus:
Lol.

Do you know the meaning of 'anecdotal evidence'?
Yeah. Personal experiences, stories, etc. They are not based on facts but what I see around me.

My dad married a super intelligent woman and gave birth to geniuses that are always top of our respective classes it's just Nigeria that is stopping us from reaching our full potential for change.

Some other people I see around that their mums are just average regardless of their dad's potential, usually struggle. My FIL always says, if your kids are dull, it's because you married a dull wife. That his family are noted for intelligence so no one should come and pollute their pool.

My anecdotes sha.

It's still left for people to harness it and polish it up.
