Depends on d kind if cramps. Is it like ovulation cramps? We're u given downreg like busserelin suprefact to pause ur natural circle? Were u treated for infection b4 the cycle? I think u shd discuss how u feel wt ur Dr. Its best u let them kno so they can check what d issue is. Not sure any clinic will cancel cos of cramps. Best of luck Dear

Its not compulsory don't let anyone fool you. For surrogates it's compulsory because they want the baby's arrival to be timed but for the real parents and if 1 baby it's not compulsory if all parameters are ok. You still have a long time b4 delivery so you can always get a second opinion. Drs advise CS because they believe its safer for those who have waited. If u are young, in good shape, baby is ok don't see why you shd be forced to use CS if you don't want to. Always get a second opinion from another specialist. Abi have u paid delivery in advance wt ivf fee? If answer is no, no answer am just do ur antenatal jeje n waka when time reach
My time d clinic my company referred me to South Shore refused CS sef. Dr Alabi said since everythg is okay I don't need CS. Na me run cos I wasn't ready for pushing things when Georges already gave me date to see my babies @37wks lolzzzz, so it depends on what you want. If u believe u dont need CS n second n 3 Rd opinion confirms same, Babe pray about it and ask God to take d lead. U fit even offload sef naturally before the CS date so don't allow anythg worry you at this time. U don't need it. One love

Good morning to you all. Please I need your candid opinion on this issue, my ivf doctor said they do recomend preventive cerclage at 12weeks for their patients. I don't have any issue with my cervix at all ,so I'm just thinking if its even necessary. Did any of you do any preventive cerclage or your doctor recommend it after ivf even when you u have no issue with d cervix. Pls mamas , I need response.

I didnt do cos my Dr said I didn't need it. If u are carrying double pls listen to ur Dr. If its one baby, pls seek second opinion if u are not convinced you need it. Your Dr is only trying to be careful. Some overdo it though but always seek second n even third opinion on anythg u are not comfortable with b4 taking a decision so you don't end up blaming yoursef 2moro

Please am begging in the name of God I need honest reviews. Am confused on which to use. Joje Abebe hospital or Grabbo for my IVF procedure. I had a failed procedure with El-Rapha hospital 2years ago and it wasn’t a nice experience at all. I developed OHSS and they still did a fresh transfer and I read somewhere for such a case you need a frozen transfer so all my hormones can calm down first. I have also done IUI at Grabbo. Didn’t like the experience as the Dr wasn’t patient. But that s not a problem as success is my upmost priority. Please help me. God bless you

I think I will go for Joje. The reviews av gotten from that Grabbo are not encouraging. Joje is from Diff so definitely knows his onions

As already mentioned, viagra works, cyclogest, gestone, cranberry juice. 8.2 is low but don't give up. Use the viagra u were given and u wod be fine

Not too sure there is much difference between a frozen and fresh cycle preparation except the egg quality prep part. Ou can detox b4 yiu start n treat for infection. The lining of the uterus and everything not concerning eggs are the same so follow same route with endometrium building. You will be given estrogen (progynova) by ur Dr. and Five days to ur transfer you will be placed on cyclogest. Depending on d clinic you are using baby aspirin n viagra may be added. After transfer, use the water routine, plenty of water helps a lot before and after transfer. Some people said pineapple core n cranberry juice helps few days after transfer. There isn't anythg much to do that is different from fresh transfer like I said earlier aside the long term preparations to improve egg quality. I hope this helps. All the best with this circle.

Grade A 8 cell embryo was transferred finally.
Still on progesterone support alongside folic acid.
Do we have someone that did a successful day 3 transfer?

Started taking pineapple core today and daily avocado#banana smoothies.
Any support ideas during this 2weeks wait?

My twins were day 2 transfer because Dr Emeka hasn't started day 5 then. Its the grade of embies transferred that is the koko and from u description ur Day 3 embies are very good to go. Have faith Sis, all the best

If u can modify that post it will help a lot since d intent is not to cause any harm n like u said its the way u felt that day. I later read where u explained what u meant by insensitive etc. Sis best is just modify or delete since that day has passed and you are now seeing it in a different light. A lot of us already quoted you but it will still be nice you take it out cos anyone who reads it will have a wrong impression about u and even respond like I did and like u said, u may not hav meant any harm. Of course surrogacy is not for everyone. If u can get pregnant easily on your own whether thru IVF, IUI or naturally, you definitely don't need a surrogate to carry a pregnancy for you. But if your situation is one that you have done IVF multiple times with no result even with no known issue, or you are advanced in age and iVf is also not working as well, or u have medical issues and can afford someone carry ur baby/babies for you then you should look towards surrogacy instead of moving from one prophet to d other looking for solution where there is none. Sad thing is a lot of those who can afford this and are advanced in age will rather not look this direction because of what will people say syndrome

Highly recommended. Most of my group members have used them and many are enrolling for the program. Av spoken to the Dr one on one and he surely knows his onions. He is one of the pioneer Drs in Diff before leaving to start his own thing. The prog is sponsored by donors hence the cheap price. Bear in mind that this price favours those using own eggs and own sperm.
